I’m going to be reviewing some key sales statistics from Gartner, Sales Insights Lab, and HubSpot and hopefully add some more color and context based on our experience working directly with dozens of sales and revenue teams globally. A lot of our work at SalesLeverage is based on solving the root issues that Revenue Teams continue to struggle with. These challenges are occurring even in the midst of having the presumed best sales training, best enablement methods, and best in class sales technology. 

You can’t solve what you can’t see and you can’t fundamentally change what you’re not willing to confront. In order to move beyond sticking points in the modern digital economy, you have to be willing to go beyond the ego, beyond politics, and beyond the perceived sunken costs that you’ve already invested.
