Cheron has a passion for health and fitness. As a youth she competed in gymnastics, basketball, cross country and track and field. And at the age of 48 Cheron entered in her first bodybuilding competition with only 7 weeks of preparation and placed 1st and 3rd
Being competitive and working out is an opportunity Cheron uses to strengthen her physically and in 1998 Cheron saw an opportunity to build her emotional muscles after a diagnosis of clinical depression. Since then she has immersed herself in wholistic practices and making healthy eating a priority which has elevated her emotional intelligence.
Cheron’s passion is to help women win in the area of selfcare which inspired her to create Serenity Sundays, an event where women get to indulge in experiences that gives them a timeout to take care of themselves.
