Hello and welcome to let's Talk Midlife Crisis with your hosts, ashley and Tracy. Pull up a chair for your seat at the table as we talk about 28 of the best menopause products to get you through hot flashes and I'm not sure if it's just because what I've been experiencing personally the last week or so, but this is very timely. I saw this article. It's on Oprah Daily and I thought we just have to talk about it.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I have had like waves of hot flashes over the past few years and I find I mostly get them during my cycle, or when I should be having my cycle, I should say, because I'm still experiencing that and it's crazy. It's absolutely crazy. I have a small four-pound Yorkie and I can't even have her laying next to me because her heat is just too much with my heat. Yes, yes.
Speaker 1:So every remedy I can find is so appreciated and when I was looking through these, I really liked the list. I know we've talked about hot flashes and um. You know remedies for them in the past and and items that might help, but I really, really love this list that Oprah's put together and we love Oprah, right, so can't go wrong with Oprah. Okay, so the first one is the Good Patch Hot Flash Hemp Infused Patch. Hot Flash Hemp Infused Patch. So you can find it at Ulta Beauty and it's around $16. And also you'll find throughout this list there are some things that are more expensive than others and some, in my opinion, for myself, would be out of reach.
Speaker 1:Especially, some things just don't work and I don't know how much I'm willing to spend to try. But um, for these um patches, I you know it's 16 at ultra, uh, ultra. I think it's great. They're infused with 15 milligrams of premium hemp extract, um and the discrete patch can be placed anywhere on your body. It'll deliver a cooling effect up to 12 hours. So it's got five-star reviews. There you go.
Speaker 1:And you can't go wrong with hemp, you can't.
Speaker 2:The second one on the list is called Peach Thin Sheets Cooling Sheet Set. These run for about $125. Which, um, if you know sheets, these are a 1500 thread count nice.
Speaker 2:25 is not bad. No, for not that high. Um, they stay dry all night long. Um, I guess it's like a moisture wicking fabric. Um, they're very breathable, very, very soft. They come in 25 different colors, so you're sure to find something that will match your bedding or your bedroom. But yeah, I've heard that a lot of things like that are really helpful, and there's other things that will tie into that. On this, list.
Speaker 1:Yes, yes, me too. Okay, number three Ember Thermal Wristband. It's a little more pricey $2.59. You can find it at Amazon it's currently on sale. But it says to wear it on your wrist and anytime you feel overly warm, push the button on the side to release thermal sensations. That'll help cool your entire body. I don't know, it's a little on the spendy side. There are some items that are more expensive, but I'm kind of interested.
Speaker 2:I mean, it's really classy looking it is it is.
Speaker 1:It looks like it's in rose gold, but again you can find it on Amazon. Ember E-M-B-R Thermal Wristband.
Speaker 2:I like that one.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 2:The next one on the list. I don't know if this is suking or sucking S-U-K-E-E-N Cooling Towels. Now, there's a lot of different brands of cooling towels. Yes, these are on Amazon. They're on sale right now for $20. You can get them pretty much anywhere, though I honestly used to use these. My daughter, you know, was playing soccer and running track all through her high school career and, oh my gosh, some of those track meets.
Speaker 2:You're in the heat all day long and it's just you can't escape it, and we would wet these towels before we left and put them in their container. They stayed wet and cool all day. You put it around your neck. They're amazing. Um, these ones are actually a mesh, which is not what I was familiar with, but I guess. Wet it, you wring it out, um, and then you kind of give it a little snap to activate the cooling technology in it, um, and then you can just dab anywhere that needs relief. You can just wear it around your neck, on your chest, behind your knees. The towel will stay cool for up to three hours.
Speaker 1:Wow.
Speaker 2:And it's you know. Yeah, it's really great for hot flashes, you know, any time of day, If you're working out, if you're just watching TV or if you're right. As we know, they can come anytime. So, yes, another handy one. That's actually very awesome.
Speaker 1:Okay, number five Jisoo Life handheld mini fans. Now, these are actually kind of cute and I know that there's again a lot of different little mini fans out there for cooling. These particular ones are 18 at Amazon, 21 at Walmart. They're on sale right now at Amazon, but they're barely bigger than a lipstick and it's a foldable fan, easy to stash in your bag. Easy to stash in your bag, so it's very portable. You can pull it out anywhere. The full charge lasts up to 21 hours, so if you're, yeah, going out for a day or for the evening, you don't have to worry about plugging it in all the time. So I really like that.
Speaker 2:Oh, it looks like it has a built-in flashlight.
Speaker 1:That's cool oh.
Speaker 2:That's really cute. Yeah, yeah, multi-purpose. So one year for Christmas, she was always complaining about how hot she was. Everywhere she went, she was always hot, she was complaining about how hot she was, and we would always tease her about it. And so for Christmas one year I bought her one of these, and she did not think it was very funny.
Speaker 1:but she used it all the time. Ah, so they do work. I've seen them before. They do.
Speaker 2:Yeah, they're really cool. So it almost looks like a headset if you're just looking at a picture of it. But it goes around your neck and on each side is a little fan and you can use it anywhere you slip it. It's wireless, hands-free. You put it around your neck and turn it on for a little breeze. The fan will last up to nine hours before you need to recharge it. It also has three speed settings, so if it's too annoying on the highest setting, you can tone it down a little bit. These are around $36 on Amazon Again. I've seen these all over the place, so Amazon's a great place to get it. But if you're more you know brick and mortar shopper I've seen them everywhere I'm sure you can get them at Walmart or Target or anything like that.
Speaker 1:Right, right, and just a reminder, you can find the link to this list in the description of our podcast, so wherever you're listening. Number seven Now, this is an interesting one and it's a little out of my comfort zone as far as price is concerned. But number seven a higher dose infrared PEMF mat. So it is higherdosecom. It's available at higherdosecom. It's $'s a mat, yes, $1,295. But it's a mat and you can lie down on it. It'll emit pulsed electromagnet field therapy to stimulate your body's recovery, and astronauts use it to keep their bodies, you know, to recover from their space missions. And it also emits infrared heat to encourage further stress relief vibes. So if you're in a cold climate, perhaps you would want to use the heated portion.
Speaker 2:Interesting, I know. Use the heated portion. Interesting. I know um infrared lights and heat are used for a lot of different things, um, like facials. Um, I had my chiropractor use them on areas that were, you know, I had a lot of tension in my neck or back, so yeah, it could be really therapeutic. Uh, the next one is better, not younger skin and and Scalp Collagen Gummies.
Speaker 1:So the brand Better. Not.
Speaker 2:Younger. The website is better-notyoungercom and they are currently on sale for actually 79% off, so you can get them for $29 for a bottle right now. It has 90 gummies for $29 for a bottle right now. It has 90 gummies. So as you go into midlife and start to experience menopause whether it's early stages or right in the thick of it our estrogen levels plummet and some of us experience a lot of hair loss. The gummies can help boost your hair's thickness, making any hair loss less noticeable. So, again, you're not going to grow your hair's thickness, making any hair loss less noticeable. So, again, you're not going to grow your hair back, but it helps keep the current hair healthy and feel thicker and, as an added perk, the collagen can also help with skin elasticity.
Speaker 2:So there's a lot of, you know, hair, skin and nail supplements out there. This one I just I don't know. I really I like the brand, I like the way that you know they the brand naming and the look of the product. So I don't know. I think I might try that one myself there you go.
Speaker 1:Okay, number nine numi, the signature undershirt. Now, this one is kind of intriguing to me. It's 70 at where numicom, so that's w-e-a-r-n-u-m-icom, and um, it's a shirt, it's just a t-shirt, basically it's an undershirt, and it's made with thermal regulating materials and has extra absorbency in the armpit area. Yeah, it's, uh, the nude shade. It's, you know, a beige nude. It's very practical, comes also in white and it'll look great under a cardigan or a button down. And one thing that I thought was interesting about this it's reversible. So, and not inside out reversible One side features a crew neck and the other side is a scoop neck.
Speaker 2:Oh, I see, Okay, I know Frontward or backward.
Speaker 1:Yes, exactly, instead of inside or outside, but I thought it was interesting. Again, a little bit spendy at $70. But I've also known people that when they get nervous they tend to perspire, known people that when they get nervous they tend to perspire. So it might be something. Even if you're not experiencing, you know, hot flashes, it might help you, you know, if you have that you know any kind of additional perspiration situations. Oh, I like this next one.
Speaker 2:I definitely want to try it. I love this one, I want to get one. Okay, so this is called Hot Girls Pearls, chicklet, cooling Bracelet and, oh my gosh, you guys, this is so cute.
Speaker 1:So cute.
Speaker 2:So it's called hotgirlspearlscom. It's $60. They also have it on another website called faircom, which is F a I R E dot com for $60. It's really cute. It looks like, just you know, like a chunky bracelet. That's like square stones, really pretty colors. So these cooling bracelets, I guess they have a lot of different color options and and they, like I said, it's really cute, so it would go with any outfit. But each bead is filled with a cooling gel that provides a total relief right on your inner wrist, your pulse point, and I've heard this. I've heard if you're experiencing any kind of hot flash, or even people who have heat stroke, they say put cooling things on the inside of your wrist or the back of your knee yes or your neck yep yeah, so, but it's actually filled with a gel, so I thought that was really cool, but I also, like I said, I think it's adorable and it would be fun to accessorize with it yes um sixty dollars.
Speaker 2:Not too bad for a piece of jewelry, especially something that's as functional as that right, yeah, it's super cute, which is an extra bonus.
Speaker 1:Okay, number 11. Now this one is screaming my name, at least the last couple weeks. I'm going to try it. When I do, I'll report back, I promise. So, number 11, the honeypot company refreshing panty spray. So this little wonder is nine dollars and you can find it at the honeypotco co. Um, and again, I said it totally speaks to me. Something's been happening with me for the last couple weeks, but I work from home. Whenever I get up to go to the restroom, my underwear are soaking wet, just soaking wet. So because I work from home, I'm thinking, thank goodness, but I really want to try this. Um, you know, and of course there's unpleasant odors, um, but it's an all-natural jasmine spray. Um, and it's also from a black owned wellness brand, the honey pot co company. So if you're not familiar with it, I definitely think you should hop onto their website. But it's meant to be spritzed onto your underwear and keeps everything fresh and lovely honey pot is a great company.
Speaker 2:They have a lot of really cool products and I. I believe they also sell them at target um, but they have a lot of feminine products that are really cool. So this one I have not seen before.
Speaker 2:I like that a lot yeah, yeah um, the next one on the list, tea botanics hot flash tea. So this sounds counterint, but drinking this hot tea might help diminish hot flashes. Um, it has echinacea, black cohosh and wild yam all ingredients that we've talked about before. Um, these three herbs are thought to reset certain physiological functions like hot flashes. Um, if you can't deal with the hot beverage, you can also put it over ice. It's about $30 at teabotanicscom.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I thought that was interesting. I know tea is good for you for all kinds of things you can even put the tea bags on your eyes for swelling and that kind of stuff but I never realized that there was one that is this specific for hot flashes and it's called hot flash tea. So love it. Very cool, okay. Next one number 13 rosebud arouse stimulating serum, so it's a little bit more expensive. Um, it's 75. It can be found at rosewomancom. And dryness down there, which can really take a toll on your sex life. It's a lubricating serum and it's meant to be applied before sex to help eliminate that dryness. However, there's also a bonus there's a slight tingling sensation for added pleasure. So there, you go.
Speaker 2:That sounds exciting.
Speaker 1:Yes, it does.
Speaker 2:The next one on here Lush Cold Water Soother. It looks kind of like a sponge. It's only $7 at Lush If you're familiar with that. They have a lot of different products like soaps and lotions and things like that. Um, this is their first ever cool water bath bomb. Um, it was designed specifically for cold water to help people feel reinvigorated, re-energized. It has a mix of eucalyptus, cypress and sum and spumitron patchouli oils, plus some Epsom salts. It creates a soft and soothing water. So if you need to take a cool bath to help your hot flashes or any discomfort that you're experiencing, we deal with the bloating, the body aches. This is something that can really help you and help you relax. Yes, and very affordable.
Speaker 1:Yes, very affordable. Okay, these are exciting. Number 15 joy lux cold her. So it's cold h-e-r. Cooling bra inserts. So are you telling me right now that I no longer will have sweaty boobs? This is crazy, and it's 19. You can find it at walmart and at joy luxux, j-o-y-l-u-x dot com. They're little inserts that you slip into your bra. You place them directly on your skin for targeted cooling. It doesn't have to be in your bra, it can be wherever you need it most. The best part is they can be re-ooled again and again, and again. So I think that's pretty interesting. I would love to try that.
Speaker 2:I, um, I actually am admitting right now that I, when I put deodorant on in the mornings during the summer, I also put it under my yes yes, because I sweat so much. It gets so hot hot here in Arizona. But that would be amazing. I would love to try that. Yes, the next one is called Cocoon by Sealy. That's Sealy mattress, the Chill mattress. This is actually really affordable for a mattress.
Speaker 1:It is.
Speaker 2:It looks like it's on sale right now for $699,. $699 at cocoonbysealycom, $699 at cocoonbysilicom. This was created for people who get hot while they sleep because regardless of any, you know, hormonal changes in your body. Some people just sleep hot, which I am actually one of those people.
Speaker 1:Me too, and men as well, right.
Speaker 2:Yeah yeah, it was put together in a way that won't trap heat and it's covered in breathable fabric that cools on contact If you have an achy back with age or you know. It just has the right amount of support and this cooling feature, which is really cool. And I do know you know if you're not in the market for a new mattress, they do also sell mattress toppers, like pads, that are also created to keep you cool at night, so that's an option to look at if you're suffering from that at night.
Speaker 1:Right, and I know both of us have talked before about needing new mattresses, so I was really excited about this one. It's affordable, it is very affordable, but I want to see. I'm the type of person that wants to touch and feel and try it. So if there is a place a sea leaf store maybe, or you know a merchant that carries that line, I would definitely like to try it out. But you're absolutely right about the mattress covers I see them all the time on tick tock shop and I'm just curious if they really work or not.
Speaker 2:so they do, they do I. I just recently bought um one of those memory foam ones and it also has a cooling feature and they do really work. I notice the difference with it.
Speaker 1:Okay, awesome, um um number 17 ever cool cooling pillowcases. Um now, we've talked a lot about silk pillowcases in the past, um and cooling sheet sets. But these are specific pillowcases that can be found at walmart for 89 or restcom for 71, a little bit cheaper there, which is kind of unusual to find a cheaper price outside of Walmart. But they actually help regulate your temperature. So these pillowcases absorb and push away heat, also keeping sweat away to keep you cool and dry all night. So no more pillow flipping needed. I do that. I flip my pillows.
Speaker 2:I do too, especially if I wake up sweaty. I know, I know, so again it speaks to me. I love getting into bed with a cold pillow.
Speaker 1:Yes, that not feels so good when you first lay on it, that and obviously it doesn't stay cold right so it would be really cool to have something that stayed cool a little spendy for just a set of pillowcases, but um, they're high, they're um highly reviewed, um, so I don't know. Try it.
Speaker 2:the next one is also a bedding. Um, it's called Luxum Lightweight Blanket. This is available on luxumcom. It's L-U-X-O-M-E. It's $180. On Amazon it's about $205. It's a naturally thermal regulating bamboo viscous fabric and the fill is perfect for hot sleepers. Um, this breathable, soft quilted blanket is designed to keep you comfortable year round, so you can use it summer, winter, Um I so I personally have an experience with a really cool blanket.
Speaker 2:This is more like a cover. It looks like the one that I um use is a throw, so it's not big enough to cover my entire king-size bed, but just enough on my, yeah, to cover me. My partner doesn't have to worry about this stuff yet, right? Um? So it's called life comfort and it's a cooling throw. Um, so it has this fabric on one side. One side is a print and is very comfortable, but the other side it's a. I don't know what this fabric is, but it is amazing and it has changed my life at night. I mean, it really truly keeps me cool. Um, right now, I got this one at Costco right now. They're, I think, 1899 or 1799.
Speaker 2:Um again, like I said, it's just a throw. So if you're looking for a comforter, this wouldn't be, but if you want to try something first, for, you know, less than $20.
Speaker 1:For that price point yeah.
Speaker 2:I highly recommend it. I just turned my mom on to it and she's in love. She won't sleep without it. Now I've bought them for my kids. It also has almost a kind of a weight to it, which is really good for people with anxiety, and it's really helped. I've mentioned my son before that has debilitating anxiety. It's really helped him a lot. So get out there and try it. I'm telling you it's worth $18,000.
Speaker 1:So it's a dual purpose, because I've also heard about weighted blankets a lot. I've never used one myself. However, I have at times put pillows over myself as I would a blanket and to have that weighting effect.
Speaker 2:So it's really nice. It's not too heavy. I know you can get different weights of those weighted blankets. This one, I would say it's very light but, like I said, it does have like a weight to it, which is very comforting I think. Yeah, some of those are just too heavy for me.
Speaker 1:Yeah, exactly exactly, okay love it um 19 cool time. Usa neck cooling tube now it looks cool. It looks actually very similar to the one that you were speaking of. The fan that we talked about earlier Almost looks like a headband, right, but you put it around your neck. But this was, or these, because they come in variety of colors.
Speaker 1:they were designed with materials originally created for NASA, so this cooling device is meant to be worn around your neck, just simply put it in the freezer for 20 minutes before you put it on, and it contains a gel that will stay cool for up to two hours, but it's perfect for a balmy day or any time that you feel those hormonal changes that are making you sweat. Wow, it's really cute and affordable.
Speaker 2:I like that yeah yeah. Number 20, fruit of the Loom. We all know Fruit of the Loom. Moisture Wicking, cool Blend Panties Wow, okay, these look really neat.
Speaker 1:They're actually kind of cool looking. They're not necessarily granny panties, um, but they are full back coverage, which I have, you know, turned to in my you know, yeah, but they're cute, they're really cute um, they're 14 at amazon.
Speaker 2:I'm not sure it's showing a picture of four. I'm not sure if it's a four pack. Oh yes, it says sold in a pack of four. There you go for 16 bucks. You can't beat that can't beat that. Yeah, if these help you stay cool down there, um, with the moisture wicking material that they're made of, um, they have a soft waistband that won't dig into. You know, a lot of us have our little muffin tops right yeah, won't dig into your waist.
Speaker 2:Um, there's no tags to irritate the skin. Yeah, they look really comfortable and, like I said, they are very cute. Um, the picture is showing white, navy, blue, gray and pink. Um, yeah, 14 bucks on amazon.
Speaker 1:Yeah they are super cute one.
Speaker 2:Yeah, they are cute number 21, womenless or womaness sexual wellness kit. Okay, this looks cool. I'm not sure that looks like a vibrator. I'm not sure let's see. Hormonal shifts may also lead to a low libido. So one way to help your sex drive stay steady a little self-love. I think I was right. Yes, this kit is created for women who are menopausal. It comes with a small vibrator. It's really sleek looking and it's purple, Tracy's favorite color.
Speaker 2:My favorite color and there's a lube to help address any dryness. This is a really classy looking kit. I like this. It's $45 at Womanesscom. We've got to take care of ourselves, ladies.
Speaker 1:Yes, we do so. Does it have any cooling abilities at all? It doesn't say it doesn't. It's just for self-love, got it? Can't go wrong with that you need to have an orgasm too. Right, and sometimes, you know, sweating can be good too.
Speaker 2:Number 22,. Lusum Eva Slip-N-Pick shirt. This is a little pricey $78 on loosomecom. That's L-U-S-O-M-E. It's kind of a nightgown, so it's like you know, a longer t-shirt. It's moisture wicking material again, and it can also double as a swim cover-up. It's really cute. It's a blush color. I guess it also comes in marine blue and black. So yeah, again, this moisture wicking material seems to really be beneficial for people experiencing, you know, hot flashes and things like that.
Speaker 1:So or people that live in warm climates like us. Right, and you don't want to be a sweaty mess.
Speaker 2:If you're, yeah, I suggest sleeping naked if you're experiencing hot flashes, because I don't I can't handle anything on my skin, yeah, and it's gross when you wake up and you're just wet.
Speaker 2:Your clothes are wet, your hair's wet it's just yeah uh, number 23, I'm not really sure how to say this. I don't want to slaughter it, but Boesh or Boesh V-O-E-S-H, new York, cooling Therapy Knee High Socks. I'm not going to lie guys. These look really weird. They're only $10 on boeshcom. They're knee-high cooling therapy socks. They're infused with tea tree mint and is it cica leaf C-I-C-A leaf extracts? It gives instant relief to tired legs and feet. I've heard that sometimes one of the things people experience as they get into midlife not just necessarily menopause, because I think a lot of men experience it too is restless leg syndrome.
Speaker 1:Yes.
Speaker 2:And that's immediately what I thought about when I saw this. It's not very attractive. You probably just want to wear it at home, not in public, um, but whether you're going through hard hot flashes or you know, a leg day at the gym or again, like I said, rust, restless leg symptom, it it's supposed to be very cooling and therapeutic.
Speaker 1:Yeah, one of our, one of our listeners, lisa t um, suffers from restless leg syndrome, so I'm hoping that she's hearing us now and um tries them out. Also, we have a guest that's going to be on our show, um, next week, and she has raved about cooling socks before we'll hear more about it. I'm not sure if it's the same brand, um, but stay tuned for next week's show or listen in again next week to hear more about that, because she definitely has a testimonial to share about cooling socks.
Speaker 2:So, wow, great, I've heard good things number 24 the outset, cool cream, smoothing mask and electric daisy. This is cool. Uh, it's 44 dollars. Um, I can't see how big the tube is. It looks like it's about two ounces. It's the outsetcom. Um, it's a moisturizing mask for bouncy, cushiony, soft skin, with no irritation. Um, anytime your skin needs a little hydration reset, whether it's on the way out the door or after a hot flash, um, you know, after a night, a night of hot flashes. Um, it's great as a makeup prep and you can also use it as a restorative overnight treatment. So it's some kind of cooling cream $44.
Speaker 2:Okay, yeah.
Speaker 1:Okay.
Speaker 2:Which you know isn't too bad for a face lotion. It doesn't sound like something you would want to use every single day, just as needed.
Speaker 1:Right.
Speaker 2:But yeah, that's not too bad for a face lotion. You know it is a little pricey if you're just trying it, but um, I'm always down to try stuff right and also, on that same note, it's not a lotion but it's a mist.
Speaker 1:So it comes in a spray bottle similar to your pump for hairspray, but it's a paul mitchell product and it's called awapui mist and awapui moisture mist and I have used this for decades and I just love it so you could use it as a makeup prep. But, um, it doesn't ruin your makeup if you already have makeup on. Again, I've used it for years. You can spray it on your body, but I mostly do. You know my face and my neck. But the interesting thing that I always thought about it and my kids can be a testament to this. But I used to carry a bottle of it in our car right Like in your cup holder. Carry a bottle of it in our car, right like in your cup holder. And in the summer months in arizona, when it's 120 degrees outside your car can reach I don't even know what 200 degrees ash right like insane heat in there but, when you would pick up the alapuy mist bottle and spray it on you.
Speaker 1:It sprayed on cool, it sprays on cool, no matter if it's sitting in your hot car all day. You pump, that, pump and mist it on you, and it is a cool mist every time.
Speaker 2:So that's hard to believe, because I've literally burned my hand on my steering wheel before.
Speaker 1:yes, yes and again, that's a paul mitchell. Mitchell, aloe Poole, moisture, mist You're welcome Paul, number 25.
Speaker 2:I think it's Divi, Divi Dry Shampoo. I hope I said that right Dry Shampoo. Oh my gosh, I love dry shampoo. Okay, this one. It looks like you can get it several places Ulta, it's about $26. Amazon, $23. And then Divi Official, d-i-v-i Officialcom $26. This is a dry shampoo that works with your hair. This one in particular helps sop up sweat after a hot flash or if you've just been out in the Arizona sun and you got sweaty and your hair, you know. I hate that because then your hair goes flat.
Speaker 2:This actually works with your hair and absorbs that moisture and it actually feels cool when you put it on. Oh, and it's weightless. It looks like it's probably a powder. Some of them are sprays.
Speaker 1:Right.
Speaker 2:I can't tell Some. You know some are sprays and some and summer powders. I can't tell by the two, but either way, um, it sounds amazing. I really like that one. Number 26, modern monkey, the mistinator, two-in-one rechargeable water fan. These are really cool. They are a lot of different colors. It's $16 at trudyshallmarkcom, $20 at 247dmcom. This is another fan, yes, but this one also has a little container underneath it to put water in, so when you turn the fan on, you get an ultra fine mist. There's four speed settings. You can take it with you on the go. It's not very big. It's perfect for terrible heat waves as well as well as terrible hot flashes awesome.
Speaker 1:You know we love our misters out here in the West number 27, alloy, and for face creams.
Speaker 2:This is another face cream. It's about $50 at myalloycom. This is specifically formed to combat the effect of estrogen deficiency from menopause. So $50 sounds like a lot, but it sounds like it does a lot. This cream has been tried and tested to be exactly what you need. It helps boost collagen levels, skin elasticity and moisture um, all things that we, you know, become very deficient in during midlife, or um and or menopause. Um, definitely one. I would try again. Like I said, I'm not I'm not nervous about spending a little bit of money to try something on my face.
Speaker 1:No, no, and like you said, it sounds very multi-purpose as well. Yeah, it's interesting. It's a topical for estrogen, right? Maybe like a yam cream. You know they always talk about yam cream and stuff Interesting.
Speaker 2:Interesting concept. The last one on the list. This is a hey Dewey Wellness Humidifier. I love humidifiers. I have chronic allergies, so I'm constantly having issues with dryness and stuffiness. I swear by them. They're amazing. This is on HeyDeweycom for $100, and it's also on Amazon for $100. These can make your space feel like a spa. It just makes the air feel really good. This one's very quiet, easy to clean and even has the mood light setting. So yeah, I guess they work for a lot of different things. I didn't even think about the fact that it could help with menopausal symptoms.
