The experience of grief is as unique as the individual experiencing it. In this episode of Overwhelmed to Resilient, I will share my journey through grief, the loss of my mother, and the lessons I learned along the way to help those dealing with grief during this time to seek out their support systems and avoid isolation. It's important to acknowledge the emotions and allow yourself to grieve, even during a season typically associated with joy and celebration. The importance of acceptance and healing in the face of grief is a reminder that even during loss, it's possible to find resilience and strength.
