Number"},{"startTime":214.05,"endTime":217.71,"body":"one, everybody was super"},{"startTime":214.05,"endTime":217.71,"body":"saturated digitally, digital"},{"startTime":217.71,"endTime":221.49,"body":"ads, you know, push"},{"startTime":217.71,"endTime":221.49,"body":"notifications, bulk emails, all"},{"startTime":221.49,"endTime":223.62,"body":"kinds of things. And I didn't"},{"startTime":221.49,"endTime":223.62,"body":"see that trend slowing down, if"},{"startTime":223.62,"endTime":226.86,"body":"anything, I thought it was going"},{"startTime":223.62,"endTime":226.86,"body":"to get worse as we move forward."},{"startTime":227.28,"endTime":231.78,"body":"And then to couple that the the"},{"startTime":227.28,"endTime":231.78,"body":"other trend I saw was that this"},{"startTime":231.78,"endTime":235.89,"body":"this concept of people"},{"startTime":231.78,"endTime":235.89,"body":"distrusting brands and actually"},{"startTime":235.89,"endTime":238.89,"body":"trusting communication from"},{"startTime":235.89,"endTime":238.89,"body":"their peers, more so than"},{"startTime":238.89,"endTime":243.18,"body":"communication from an actual"},{"startTime":238.89,"endTime":243.18,"body":"business or brand. And so, you"},{"startTime":243.18,"endTime":245.13,"body":"know, that that was that was"},{"startTime":243.18,"endTime":245.13,"body":"evident, because what's the"},{"startTime":245.13,"endTime":247.89,"body":"first thing you do? Whenever you"},{"startTime":245.13,"endTime":247.89,"body":"hear about something new? Is you"},{"startTime":247.89,"endTime":250.35,"body":"go and you ask around, Hey, has"},{"startTime":247.89,"endTime":250.35,"body":"anyone ever use this? Or you"},{"startTime":250.35,"endTime":254.43,"body":"look at reviews, right? So that"},{"startTime":250.35,"endTime":254.43,"body":"was holding more weight than"},{"startTime":254.49,"endTime":257.4,"body":"communication coming from the"},{"startTime":254.49,"endTime":257.4,"body":"actual companies themselves. And"},{"startTime":257.4,"endTime":260.07,"body":"I saw those two trends"},{"startTime":257.4,"endTime":260.07,"body":"accelerating and not slowing"},{"startTime":260.07,"endTime":263.64,"body":"down. And so I said, Alright, if"},{"startTime":260.07,"endTime":263.64,"body":"I'm trying to project you know,"},{"startTime":263.64,"endTime":266.31,"body":"1020 years down the line, and I"},{"startTime":263.64,"endTime":266.31,"body":"think that those two trends are"},{"startTime":266.31,"endTime":270.06,"body":"going to celebrate and be worse,"},{"startTime":266.31,"endTime":270.06,"body":"what are the tools that brands"},{"startTime":270.06,"endTime":273.63,"body":"are going to need to use so that"},{"startTime":270.06,"endTime":273.63,"body":"they can basically combat those"},{"startTime":273.63,"endTime":277.11,"body":"two things so that they can cut"},{"startTime":273.63,"endTime":277.11,"body":"through all this digital noise"},{"startTime":277.11,"endTime":280.59,"body":"and communication? In fact, I always like to"},{"startTime":426.42,"endTime":429.54,"body":"bring this up. Really cool"},{"startTime":429.54,"endTime":432.36,"body":"thing. So a couple years ago,"},{"startTime":429.54,"endTime":432.36,"body":"the Journal of vision actually"},{"startTime":432.36,"endTime":435.15,"body":"did this study. And it was a"},{"startTime":432.36,"endTime":435.15,"body":"marketing study where they put,"},{"startTime":435.42,"endTime":438.27,"body":"they separated folks into two"},{"startTime":435.42,"endTime":438.27,"body":"groups of people, and they let"},{"startTime":438.36,"endTime":441.9,"body":"one group of people visually see"},{"startTime":438.36,"endTime":441.9,"body":"a bunch of advertisement, they"},{"startTime":441.9,"endTime":444.54,"body":"couldn't interact with it, they"},{"startTime":441.9,"endTime":444.54,"body":"could just visually see it. And"},{"startTime":444.54,"endTime":447.39,"body":"then the other group of people,"},{"startTime":444.54,"endTime":447.39,"body":"same set of advertisements, but"},{"startTime":447.39,"endTime":450.51,"body":"they were, they're able to kind"},{"startTime":447.39,"endTime":450.51,"body":"of pick up and interact with the"},{"startTime":450.51,"endTime":452.94,"body":"the advertisements, they were"},{"startTime":450.51,"endTime":452.94,"body":"able to, you know, read it, feel"},{"startTime":452.94,"endTime":455.58,"body":"it, touch it, you know, smell"},{"startTime":452.94,"endTime":455.58,"body":"it, everything, like really"},{"startTime":455.58,"endTime":459.39,"body":"experience it. And what they"},{"startTime":455.58,"endTime":459.39,"body":"found is overwhelmingly, that"},{"startTime":459.39,"endTime":462.0,"body":"second group of people that"},{"startTime":459.39,"endTime":462.0,"body":"we're able to actually interact"},{"startTime":462.24,"endTime":464.13,"body":"with, with their environment"},{"startTime":462.24,"endTime":464.13,"body":"interact with those"},{"startTime":464.13,"endTime":467.82,"body":"advertisements, they could, they"},{"startTime":464.13,"endTime":467.82,"body":"understood the advertisements"},{"startTime":467.85,"endTime":471.27,"body":"better.
