So I can"},{"startTime":288.42,"endTime":291.96,"body":"start a business and I don't"},{"startTime":288.42,"endTime":291.96,"body":"have to invest huge amounts in"},{"startTime":292.14,"endTime":295.71,"body":"inventory upfront and order"},{"startTime":292.14,"endTime":295.71,"body":"these like container loads worth"},{"startTime":295.71,"endTime":299.88,"body":"of stock, because there's a"},{"startTime":295.71,"endTime":299.88,"body":"inexperienced entrepreneur that"},{"startTime":299.88,"endTime":302.61,"body":"will Risk felt huge to me what"},{"startTime":299.88,"endTime":302.61,"body":"if I ordered it? And there was a"},{"startTime":302.79,"endTime":305.37,"body":"manufacturing mistake with a lot"},{"startTime":302.79,"endTime":305.37,"body":"of the products? Or what if it"},{"startTime":305.37,"endTime":307.08,"body":"didn't meet certain"},{"startTime":305.37,"endTime":307.08,"body":"requirements? Or what if there"},{"startTime":307.08,"endTime":309.39,"body":"was a quality issue or, you"},{"startTime":307.08,"endTime":309.39,"body":"know, there's so many What if it"},{"startTime":309.39,"endTime":311.91,"body":"got damaged or I got scammed or"},{"startTime":309.39,"endTime":311.91,"body":"like, there's so many worries"},{"startTime":311.91,"endTime":315.12,"body":"with that. But I realized that"},{"startTime":311.91,"endTime":315.12,"body":"with drop shipping, it would"},{"startTime":315.12,"endTime":318.6,"body":"allow me to start with limited"},{"startTime":315.12,"endTime":318.6,"body":"capital, I didn't have 10s of"},{"startTime":318.6,"endTime":321.87,"body":"1000s of pounds in savings, you"},{"startTime":318.6,"endTime":321.87,"body":"know, I've worked in a decent"},{"startTime":321.87,"endTime":325.65,"body":"job. But like many people, I'd"},{"startTime":321.87,"endTime":325.65,"body":"probably only put aside the five"},{"startTime":325.65,"endTime":329.31,"body":"to 6000 pounds that I had in"},{"startTime":325.65,"endTime":329.31,"body":"like disposable cash that I"},{"startTime":329.31,"endTime":332.52,"body":"could use to do this. And so I'd"},{"startTime":329.31,"endTime":332.52,"body":"built a bit of financial buffer,"},{"startTime":332.52,"endTime":335.85,"body":"but I didn't have hundreds of"},{"startTime":332.52,"endTime":335.85,"body":"1000s to pour into buying a load"},{"startTime":335.85,"endTime":339.06,"body":"of stock and launching a brand"},{"startTime":335.85,"endTime":339.06,"body":"from scratch. So I wanted to do"},{"startTime":339.06,"endTime":341.13,"body":"it right the first time, I"},{"startTime":339.06,"endTime":341.13,"body":"didn't want to put that money"},{"startTime":341.13,"endTime":344.01,"body":"into stock that may never sell"},{"startTime":341.13,"endTime":344.01,"body":"or that may sell but the at a"},{"startTime":344.01,"endTime":347.34,"body":"terrible margin, or, you know,"},{"startTime":344.01,"endTime":347.34,"body":"all of the different downsides"},{"startTime":347.34,"endTime":350.7,"body":"that come with doing that. And"},{"startTime":347.34,"endTime":350.7,"body":"aside from the risk of doing"},{"startTime":350.7,"endTime":353.76,"body":"that, the flexibility of running"},{"startTime":350.7,"endTime":353.76,"body":"my business without having to"},{"startTime":353.76,"endTime":357.96,"body":"hold any stock was also a huge"},{"startTime":353.76,"endTime":357.96,"body":"game changer for me, because the"},{"startTime":357.96,"endTime":359.97,"body":"flexibility meant that I could"},{"startTime":357.96,"endTime":359.97,"body":"do it from anywhere in the"},{"startTime":359.97,"endTime":363.81,"body":"world. So yes, there's no,"},{"startTime":359.97,"endTime":363.81,"body":"there's a lot less risk, because"},{"startTime":363.81,"endTime":366.06,"body":"I'm not putting money into"},{"startTime":363.81,"endTime":366.06,"body":"stock. But it also means I don't"},{"startTime":366.06,"endTime":369.03,"body":"actually have to worry or think"},{"startTime":366.06,"endTime":369.03,"body":"about stocks. So the the"},{"startTime":369.03,"endTime":372.57,"body":"physical space that I save not"},{"startTime":369.03,"endTime":372.57,"body":"having to have a warehouse or"},{"startTime":372.66,"endTime":375.96,"body":"clutter my house with with"},{"startTime":372.66,"endTime":375.96,"body":"goods, but also the headspace"},{"startTime":375.96,"endTime":379.86,"body":"that I save mentally by knowing"},{"startTime":375.96,"endTime":379.86,"body":"that, okay, I can go and work on"},{"startTime":379.86,"endTime":383.34,"body":"this business from Thailand, or"},{"startTime":379.86,"endTime":383.34,"body":"Bali, or Dubai, or Vietnam or"},{"startTime":383.34,"endTime":386.73,"body":"wherever, and just have a"},{"startTime":383.34,"endTime":386.73,"body":"laptop, and just run the"},{"startTime":386.73,"endTime":389.7,"body":"business from a cafe with a"},{"startTime":386.73,"endTime":389.7,"body":"coffee, you know, really like"},{"startTime":389.85,"endTime":395.67,"body":"low overheads, but also like low"},{"startTime":389.85,"endTime":395.67,"body":"mental strain, because I have my"},{"startTime":395.7,"endTime":398.82,"body":"brain is not cluttered with all"},{"startTime":395.7,"endTime":398.82,"body":"these thoughts of, you know,"},{"startTime":398.82,"endTime":400.86,"body":"where's the product, how's the"},{"startTime":398.82,"endTime":400.86,"body":"inventory going to work, where's"},{"startTime":400.86,"endTime":404.25,"body":"the third party fulfillment"},{"startTime":400.86,"endTime":404.25,"body":"center. And it just becomes this"},{"startTime":404.25,"endTime":408.0,"body":"kind of really cluttered start"},{"startTime":404.25,"endTime":408.0,"body":"to business. I think as an"},{"startTime":408.0,"endTime":410.61,"body":"entrepreneur just starting out,"},{"startTime":408.0,"endTime":410.61,"body":"you want to keep it simple. They"},{"startTime":410.61,"endTime":415.05,"body":"think of this business model,"},{"startTime":410.61,"endTime":415.05,"body":"like managing an online catalog,"},{"startTime":415.08,"endTime":417.63,"body":"you remember the Argos catalog,"},{"startTime":415.08,"endTime":417.63,"body":"right that you see, and you walk"},{"startTime":417.63,"endTime":419.43,"body":"past August, and they've still"},{"startTime":417.63,"endTime":419.43,"body":"got it in there and sort of"},{"startTime":419.43,"endTime":423.12,"body":"laminated now. But imagine"},{"startTime":419.43,"endTime":423.12,"body":"you're running an online version"},{"startTime":423.12,"endTime":426.51,"body":"of that.
