Rob Failes is an award-winning PGA professional, and co-founder of Code Breakers Golf. He serves as the Player Development Leader at the Boar’s Head Resort in Charlottesville, VA, where he leads a comprehensive player development program focused on helping golfers of all levels. A graduate of the Clemson University Professional Golf Management (PGM) program, Rob has earned recognition as one of the top teachers in the game. He has been featured on Golf Digest’s rankings, including being named one of the Top Teachers in Virginia and one of the Best Young Instructors in the country.

In addition to his teaching success, Rob is a sought-after speaker, having presented at numerous golf coaching summits and PGA Education events. His expertise and passion for golf coaching, combined with his ability to simplify complex concepts, make him a standout figure in the industry.
