Byron Bye is The Director of Operations at Kowalske Kitchen & Bath got his start in High School rough framing houses with his Brother-in-Law and those summers eventually led him into The Construction Trade.
Byron shares his fascinating journey from Door-to-Door Sales in College, to working all aspects of Construction in South Padre Island, to starting his own Home Renovation Business in Wisconsin to finally finding a mutually beneficial agreement to join Kowalske Kitchen & Bath as Director of Ops in 2015.
Byron closes the episode with what to expect from him and his Operations Team once The Kowalske Design Team has the Renovation plans in Place. This is where Byron Shines as he and his team get ready to execute the Design Plan. Next up Demo Day.
