A Real Estate Renaissance Man Attorney Patrick Hessling - Ep.13
Attorney Patrick Hessling went to Law School with the intent of working in Federal Law Enforcement. Patrick applied at The FBI but they turned him down due to lack of experience and said go get some experience and reapply in the future.
Attorney Hessling set out for experience and got hired by a local law firm and got immersed in a few areas of Law and one of them was Real Estate. After a few years at The Firm a friend contacted Pat with an opportunity to join his company and use his Real Estate Law Experience within their Real Estate Brokerage where Pat got also got his licensee to become a Realtor. Pat's career took off after this experience.
Attorney Hessling then when on to start his own Law Practice 'Hessling Law Office LLC' where he does a high volume of Residential Real Estate Transactions & some Commercial Transactions along with being a licensed Title Agent. In addition to this Patrick handles Probate Law and Estate Planning hence why the name of the episode is 'A Real Estate Renaissance Man'
