On this episode, Dom and Emma are joined by EQI’s Workplace Equality Lead, Shannon Harmer, for a discussion on intersectionality – what it is, why it’s so important and how to actually put it into practice, to drive truly lasting and effective inclusion at work. They also discuss whether it’s truly possible to lead on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives without lived experience, and how to get buy in from senior leadership.
