On this episode, special guest, Ella Noah Bancroft. Ella is a proud member of the Bundjalung nation of Northern NSW, with bloodlines also to England and Scotland. She’s an artist, author, mentor, consultant and founder of ‘The Returning’, an Indigenous charity designed to bring all peoples of all ages, races and places back to country. On this episode, Ella joins us to talk all about decolonising the workplace - what it is, why it matters, and steps you can take to put it into action.
