Parkinsons with Geoff
Hello everyone. This is my weekly podcast where I will share you you my own experience of living with the cognitive aspects of Parkinson's Disease (PD), and let you know what I do, what worked, what didn't and include some of my very dry British humor along the way. I do this because I want people with PD to try and find tools, tips and tricks that will help them with their own journey, and you are not alone in your journey. Geoff
Visit my website at: http://www.parkinsonswithgeoff.com for more information and a free guide to read before listening to the podcasts. Yes, it really is free, I am not going to try and sell you anything - I promise !!

Hello Everyone,
In this episode I summarize some of my standard daily routines and give you an idea of how much time I spend on each one and of course, we add it all up ! For me, as long as I am following everything that I have been doing or recommended to do, it totals about 1.5 hours per day. But we are not finished after 1.5 hours.
Managing your PD, doing whatever we can to slow or halt its progression requires us to think and act with full intent throughout the day because we are trying to build new pathways that bypass the automatic part of our brain that is affected by PD. Please share your experience with us at parkinsonswithgeoff@gmail.com, we would love to hear from you. No two journeys with Parkinsons Disease are the same, your experience is likely to be very different from mine.
Take care,
Geoff
