One of the areas we all struggle with in our daily lives is having self-control. Especially when someone hurt your ego. Self-control plays a significant role in leading a good Christian life. Not only in spiritual life even for a healthy physical body, we must have self-control and avoid certain foods. Often it's tough for us to do that without being intentional about it.
