Liverpool FC are the 2024 Carabao Cup winners. An event-packed final was clinched with a glancing Virgil Van Dijk header deep into extra time.
Jurgen Klopp guaranteed at least one trophy in his farewell season, after defeating Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea side with two minutes of the game remaining. Despite having at least 9 first teamers out through injury, the academy kids delivered a record-breaking 10th League Cup for the club.
