In this episode, Kass & Hannah talk about their loss and gains, friendships, insecurities, and the value of vulnerability! This episode has a strong focus on friendships and how to work through the hurt we encounter in a healthy way. Every year brings unexpected surprises, bumps in the road, or complete detours with people that you'd rather not go through. Sometimes we don't know how to process the emotions of it all, so we either stuff it, fake it, or avoid it at all costs but eventually what we're going through will come to the surface and it can come out sideways. Learning how to walk through confrontation requires humility, vulnerability and an awareness of how easily our mind distorts the truth.
This is a real authentic conversation with two women who hope that their vulnerability in what they've faced this year will encourage you to believe that you're not alone in what your face or how you think!
