All righty. So it's been more than a minute Been busy, busy, busy. I hope you've been the same Busy, healthy, productive and, much as I try to keep it positive, wanted to share this with you. Maybe it's a positive message. So I'm taking care of a task today getting something ready for a fundraiser we're attending this evening. A little um well, what do you call it? Donation for a silent auction. That I thought might be pretty cool, but anyway. So I'm about to leave to carry on with business for the day. Enjoy the Saturday here before we head to our fundraiser tonight.

Speaker 1:

And by accident, this post on social media catches me, and it's a little interesting because this joker on camera says If you could start CrossFit again, what would you do differently? So I take the bait. I take the bait and I think to myself oh, he must be talking to somebody who matters, Someone within the CrossFit universe. Segway to this joker that he's talking to, this is some kind of personal trainer, fitness influencer with his Facebook page and probably all other periphery little social media platforms, and he begins to lay out what you would expect from a personal trainer. Well, first I'd get rid of all the olympic lifting, okay, and then I would focus on his. You know what do you call it? Garden variety, personal training programming.

Speaker 1:

All right, so if I were a more mature version of me, I would have just ignored it. It's just hard to listen to fundamental stupidity. All right, why throw out the name of a? You know if? If I were to start, you know what? Here's the thing, super Chief open a CrossFit affiliate, give it a try, but CrossFit's not for everybody. We know that. We knew that 19 years ago when we opened our doors. All right, we've seen a lot of people come and go, a lot of people like you, super Chief. Okay, so I mean, it takes more than maybe that. What was that? What was that farce that started years ago? The palm beach, is it the palm beach diet, something like that? Dude, you know, you do you, all right, you do you, but keep crossfit out of your vocabulary, right? You're obviously not one of us. So next slide, all right.

Speaker 1:

Anyway, the positive message for the day is stay away from dickheads like that. All right, can I be more positive? Right on, okay, so enjoy the weekend. It is Saturday, it is February 1st, all right. So, um, make the most of, uh, make the most of this month, all right. May not be appropriate to cap off this message with saying stay positive, but I am positive that guy was a dick. All right, guys, take care and, uh, I will see you later out.
