Heather Reid

We continue our conversations in our ever-going quest to find the meaning of workplace joy. This month we interview the fantastic Heather Reid. Heather has many years (ten or less if you ask her) experience working in various software roles. She takes us through her highs and lows (including some fairly crazy points), and gives us a lens of workplace fun and even what it means to create a psychologically safe environment.
