[00:00:00] Homaya: So welcome, welcome, welcome back. We're going to continue our conversation with Jac exactly where we ended, becoming aware of limitation and expanding beyond limitation as an echo to follow your calling. I'm just going to give you the space because I have a feeling that there's a download coming here.

[00:00:28] Jaclyn Shaw: I, just to start off, I feel like being called to share this quick little story because, you know this of me, Homaya, I share so much through my experience, through my lived wisdom, through my storytelling, and this is something that happened very recently. In my life, to be honest, like in the past six months or so, I was on a plane headed to Miami for one of the in person experiences that I was hosting.

[00:00:56] Jaclyn Shaw: Homaya and I got to meet in person in Miami, but this was the time before that I was on the plane and there was. Some things in the human realm of where I ended up sitting on the plane and I got on the plane and typically I'm like there and I just throw on my headphones, which I did.

[00:01:14] Jaclyn Shaw: And I, I was. It's sleeping a bit, meditating a bit. And I opened my eyes and the man who's sitting beside me is typing on his computer. And I just glanced, I glanced at what he was typing and I see on the top it says limitless love, limitless God, limitless possibility. And I tried to just be like, okay, let's just.

[00:01:41] Jaclyn Shaw: Give this man his space you can't read over his shoulder like go back and I tried to just go back like I had Meditation music then I tried to go back in that space and I kept doing this with my eyes

[00:01:51] Jaclyn Shaw: One eye open one eye kind of reading what he was writing and then I there was a few more Sentences that stuck out for me a few more sentences. I started reading and finally I really toyed with this I like to be in my own space. I often create a lot when I'm flying. So I like to like meditate and I like to write.

[00:02:07] Jaclyn Shaw: I don't want people talking to me, but I just kept feeling this calling in my soul to spark up this conversation with this man. And then I was like, my human was like, no, you can't like you don't like that. And I was like, but I kept reading. I was like now I'm just like, now I'm like fully.

[00:02:21] Jaclyn Shaw: Grabbed myself a tea. I'm like basically treating what he's writing like my book because I'm reading the entire thing I'm like, I need to say something to this man And so I just I was like do you mind if I ask you a few questions and he was like sure and I said You know, I can see what you're writing.

[00:02:39] Jaclyn Shaw: I asked him what he was up to I was like, are you writing a book? Are you like what are you studying and he said that he was a pastor and he was writing a sermon and it opened up this like huge conversation that him and I had for the majority for the rest of the plane ride and a conversation about my beliefs my growth, like where I was headed but it started with these words.

[00:03:04] Jaclyn Shaw: It started with these words, limitless love, limitless God, limitless possibility. And I wanted to bring that conversation forward first, because. We bring in so many limitations when we don't fully understand this, trust in this, know this, that we truly live in a realm of limitlessness. If we're willing to see it, if we're willing to choose it, if we're willing to see where we, the possibilities, where we put things in our energy fields, whether it's by holding on to old conditioning, old stories, old experiences, old.

[00:03:47] Jaclyn Shaw: Memories, or just currently what we believe right now in this moment, if we're only willing to see what we already know, like in our mind, if I'm only willing to see what I've already experienced, I'm putting limitation in my energy field because I'm only then able to go as far as my human mind can take me versus if I'm willing to Again, the willingness coming back in here.

[00:04:12] Jaclyn Shaw: If I'm willing to trust in what I can't see yet, if I'm willing to trust in the experiences that are meant to come, that my soul can't even fathom.

[00:04:22] Homaya: So how one is holding that large space? While we know that working on boundaries and healthy boundaries and knowing our center and so on is such an important part, we can say how do you navigate those 

[00:04:43] Jaclyn Shaw: two? So I actually, of course, just wrote something about this and wrote something about boundaries.

[00:04:49] Jaclyn Shaw: And for me, I think there's a big difference. between what people typically hold as boundaries versus energetic standards, let's say. And so oftentimes we place boundaries in place in order to,

[00:05:07] Jaclyn Shaw: because we don't trust in ourselves, we place, put boundaries in place to We think to protect ourselves, we have boundaries in place, but they're actually not even boundaries. It's really that we're putting walls up. It's okay if I don't trust myself to say no, when I want to say no, let's say, then I've got to put this boundary in place to make sure that I do.

[00:05:29] Jaclyn Shaw: And for me, I would say there's not a lot of firm boundaries in my life because I trust so deeply in my yeses. I trust so deeply in my no's. I trust that I'm going to listen to my soul. And so when I talk about like putting I don't really talk about putting boundaries in, but when the word boundary comes up it's more there's times where I just put energetic standards and it's I, the things that I'm also not willing to do.

[00:05:58] Homaya: Yeah, I witnessed you having conversations of really putting clear boundaries that for the common people, that conversation would be a hard conversation. And I've witnessed you having those conversations, it was not hard, it was hard.

[00:06:21] Jaclyn Shaw: And this because I truly believe that it's if it's in service of me, it's in service of you. If it's in service of me, it's in service of the collective. So let's say, something I often talk about is really looking at. I look at the world in terms of frequency. And when I talk about putting my frequency first, this means I put my energy field first.

[00:06:40] Jaclyn Shaw: I look at how does this impact my work field? How does this impact my frequency? And that means I'm willing to look at that first, how it affects my frequency before how it. affects, let's say that it disappoints my husband or that my child doesn't get what they want in that moment in, in time.

[00:07:02] Jaclyn Shaw: It's I feel when you say it's with heart, it's not heart, it's with heart because I feel like the ripple of that when I put my frequency first ripples out into my family, my clients, my kids. And that they then get to learn that's what they get to do as well. And I truly, when I look at the world as a whole, when I look at the collective, if we.

[00:07:23] Jaclyn Shaw: We're all willing to

[00:07:26] Jaclyn Shaw: operate from the frequency of love if we were willing to not, gosh, I just feel like there would be so much more experiencing of who we truly are. It's who we truly are, is the divinity that we are, and we would experience a lot more love. We would experience a lot more peace and the peace within us then would be reflected.

[00:07:51] Jaclyn Shaw: in our outer worlds, in our outer experiences. 

[00:07:55] Homaya: Yeah, I feel that this is actually a conversation about embodiment of the highest truth, embodiment of knowing that Everything that is happening in the world, in our world, in what we name reality, is repels of our presence. And if we are aware, in whatever degree we are aware, of the living God that we are, then why, once it get into probably relationship, the first thing, we are willing to give that truth away.

[00:08:35] Homaya: And put ourselves second, third, or at the last of the equation, the last part. What I hear you saying is I am so much in my center, and I don't need to do any effort in being in my center, so once a no should come forth,

[00:08:57] Homaya: it almost will be effortless, natural.

[00:09:00] Homaya: I don't need to define it in order to define myself. I am that I am, and it is being defined by the way that I'm willing to live life. 

[00:09:11] Jaclyn Shaw: In those words right there, right? I am that I am. I am just as you are, just as we all are. Can we stand in conviction of knowing I am, of who I am? Can we each stand in conviction with this truth?

[00:09:28] Jaclyn Shaw: This truth that's here for you to access right here within you, the God within the divine within. And this was actually a huge pivot for me. I would say in my journey when I viewed perceived as, the divine spirit God outside of me versus within me, because I started to notice where I gave my power away to.

[00:09:51] Jaclyn Shaw: Experiences outside of me to people outside of me, to results in my business, to things happening in the world. It was like, cause I didn't, I was like, okay, like here God source spirit, like you handle this because I'm surrendered. I'm on my knees. I can't do anything here. And it wasn't this step into the human doing, what I mean is I didn't recognize that the God within me is what's meant to be shared with the world.

[00:10:16] Jaclyn Shaw: And so this is when I, started leading with prayer, holding prayer space for my clients, for the people in my world. This is where I started to really bring my voice and my truth forward. Before I was really, I said, I shared online with what I thought I wanted people, what I thought people wanted to hear, with what I thought if I said this would get them to do this, pretty much the thing I wanted them to do, like we get them to buy, we get them this result, we get them. And I was like, can I just be the fullest expression of who I am? Can I put my love out into the world? Can I put my truth out to in the world? Can I put my prayers out in the world and trust in people's ability to receive in whatever way they are meant to receive?

[00:10:59] Jaclyn Shaw: And so I started to. Again, hold the frequency of love for people. I started to share from this place a full expression of knowing deeply who I am because knowing deeply who we all are. And this, I said, was a very pivotal moment for me because it changed so much in my life. It changed so much in my business.

[00:11:19] Jaclyn Shaw: It changed. What I was willing, the conversations I was willing to have, the conversations that I was, the thoughts, the contemplations I was willing to share. I no longer felt like I had to keep things in a box or keep things hidden in my journal. I was like, if it comes through me, it's meant for me. And it's meant for you, it's meant to be shared.

[00:11:39] Jaclyn Shaw: And another part of this that I felt so strongly was I can share my truth freely. Because I also allow others to share their truth freely, that I believe multiple truths can coexist. So I stopped needing to convince anyone that I was right, which I really, I really love to be right.

[00:11:56] Jaclyn Shaw: So that was a hard one for me. I stopped needing to convince though, that I was right. I stopped needing to be like, come here, like you, you got to come here. I've got the wisdom. I've got the knowledge. I've got this for you. And I trust it in. People appearing when they were ready. I trusted, I started to really trust in people and their power.

[00:12:13] Jaclyn Shaw: And I started to trust in each person's. Journey. 

[00:12:18] Homaya: Yeah. And when you said, they will receive what they need to receive, what I felt is the strong trust, I would actually love to use the word faith, that you will receive. What you are here to receive and that, when it is done in that dynamic, it really, I almost don't want to say the word, explain why you are under this reign of 

[00:12:46] Jaclyn Shaw: grace.

[00:12:48] Jaclyn Shaw: And I love that you felt to, to shift from the word trust into faith, because this for me is such a, it was, it is. It's leading people in faith beyond measure,

[00:13:01] Jaclyn Shaw: faith that we can't even define.

[00:13:04] Homaya: Jac, I'm going to ask a question, not sure that we will have an answer, but it as a question, it will open something. Ask away. Yeah. I don't know who are the listener right now, and I would love to know. So if you're listening, you're always welcome to say hello and introduce yourself. But I wonder sometimes, you are going through a certain period of your, on your, in your life, or you're going through something in your life where you don't feel this limitless and you don't feel that the limitless is available.

[00:13:39] Homaya: And you lose the trust that this limitless is there. Sometimes people are having their challenges and having babies or meeting their life partner or writing their book, achieving a certain milestone in their business. Do you feel a certain energetic transmission coming from you to how one can rest even more in the truth of us being limitless also in the body?

[00:14:15] Homaya: So what I 

[00:14:16] Jaclyn Shaw: feel that I want to share, that I want to say what's coming through is that when we're in these experiences, when we're in the moments that feel truly hard, that can feel heart wrenching, that can feel heartbreaking, this is where I feel like So often we either step in and try to control that.

[00:14:36] Jaclyn Shaw: We try to take the steering wheel, we try to control the outcome. We try to force, we try to manipulate, we try to make things happen, or this is where fear comes in. Fear comes in and beads and becomes the leading energy. And so I would look and see like, where am I? Letting the fear take over, where am I letting the pain take over, versus where am I anchoring back into, and when I find these moments, when I find these moments where the fear is taking over, and because the fear, here's the thing about the fear, it feels so good.

[00:15:12] Jaclyn Shaw: Real, it feels so, it's so convincing, it feels so real, but we have to come back into this place of inner wisdom, knowing that, that fear is an illusion. That fear is not the truth. The fear is not the truth of who we are. The fear is not the truth of our soul. And for me. When these moments, and because of these moments, like they come in for me as well, the moments where like the fear wants to take over where I want to manipulate, where I want to control, where I want to force.

[00:15:38] Jaclyn Shaw: And so for me, it's always about having tools, having ways that I remember, like in an instant of who I am, that I remember in an instant who we are as divine human beings, divine souls as creators of our existence here in this realm. And so for me. That, that happens through meditation, that happens through prayer, truly one of my deepest spiritual practices that I often share with people is reading.

[00:16:06] Jaclyn Shaw: And people will be like how's that a spiritual practice? And I read there's books that sit on my bedside stand and there's underlinings and highlighted marks. And I can just open to a page and read that passage. And I remember. I remember who I am at the core of my being. I remember who I am at my, at a soul level.

[00:16:23] Jaclyn Shaw: And then instead of judging myself or shaming myself because I had that thought, or because I had that fear, or because I wanted to choose moments of self righteousness or vindication. I remember who I am. I remember the love that I am. And I remember that I'm here on a soul journey, having very human experiences.

[00:16:46] Jaclyn Shaw: And so I see my human, I honor my human for what she's experiencing. I don't punish my human. I don't guilt my human. I don't shame my human. And then I choose to also not deny my soul, the truth of my soul. I choose to listen. I choose to go deeper within. I choose to see the illusion. I choose to see the limitation.

[00:17:09] Homaya: Creating the priority. Soul first. Spirit first. Soul first. Spirit first. Yeah. 

[00:17:16] Jaclyn Shaw: Soul first. Spirit first. And I think at the beginning of this conversation we talked about like where we put limitations in our energy field. And so I'm also really willing to take responsibility for where Those limitations are placed in my energy field.

[00:17:30] Jaclyn Shaw: It's I don't believe for a second that the universe, that God places a limitation in my energy field. I do my belief codes do my actions do. 

[00:17:40] Homaya: Yeah. Oh my God, this is so good. So good. And like I'm listening to you and I can. I can almost expect that there would be people who would listening and gonna start.

[00:17:53] Homaya: So how do you do that? And how do you go there? And there's no how, there is presence. And I feel that, 

[00:18:01] Jaclyn Shaw: yeah this how, this presence, like the how for me is all stems from awareness, all stems for, from, like you said, this presence here. So once I'm aware of the thing that, the limitation, it's I just, there's no option.

[00:18:14] Jaclyn Shaw: It's this is where I now, no option, the unit or the limitation, it's I see you. You no longer get to live here. I see you. You no longer get to be the thing driving the show. I see you. And every time that limiting thought comes in that limiting belief, that limiting action I'm about to take, it's no, that's not true.

[00:18:32] Jaclyn Shaw: That's a story I've been buying into a lie I've been telling myself. And so I recode it again and again and again and again and again. Until that new belief code, that true belief code is so anchored in so like that I know and not know in my mind, but I know it in my soul.

[00:18:47] Jaclyn Shaw: And this right here, I think is where we limit ourselves. So many people limit themselves because they're willing to know in their mind. They're not willing to take it into the depth. They're not willing to know in their soul. This is the difference between. Wisdom in your mind and wisdom, like true, deep embodied wisdom, lived wisdom, experience wisdom.

[00:19:06] Homaya: So good. So good. Just take the download. This is what I can say here. Just take the download, put this last five minutes on repeat and get the download, take the download, breathe the download, drink the download, take that into your system to free yourself to be who you truly are. This is gold. This is gold.

[00:19:29] Homaya: This is. Precious. And this is so liberating. Oh my God, this is so amazing. 

[00:19:35] Jaclyn Shaw: This right here, when you say take the gold, this is gold. This is what we all have to know. We have so much gold within us. We have our own golden voice, our own golden wisdom, our own golden threads. Can we be willing, can we be willing to find the gold within us and then bring it forward to be the gift to others.

[00:19:58] Jaclyn Shaw: We're not the keepers of the gold. Like you, Homaya, are so much gold. This conversation has been so much gold. We are not the keepers of the gold. Find your gold. It's there. It exists. Yeah. Always has. Into a life of celebration. Always will. Tell me again. I said the gold, it exists, like it always has, it always will, like the gold exists within you.

[00:20:18] Jaclyn Shaw: Yeah. And then you said it perfectly there. And then in the life of celebration, celebrate it, celebrate the gold, celebrate your wisdom, celebrate your voice, celebrate your living, celebrate your love. You just get to live it. Get to live it.

There's so many doors that I open through masterminds, my devoted mastermind that's about devoting to your soul, devoting to your truth, devoting to your voice. I work one to one with clients.

[00:21:27] Jaclyn Shaw: I hold, spaces inside membership. So there's not a specific door to open, but just know that my door is open. 

[00:21:36] Homaya: So beautiful. Oh my god, I'm so grateful for this conversation. I'm grateful for the time we've been together here, and I know that it's just a tiny little bit, and I'm so grateful that we have so many other possibilities to continue and deepen these conversations.

[00:21:56] Homaya: I actually feel in that light to invite those who are listening to share with someone what touched you, because if you take something from this conversation and you translate it and give it your words and share that with someone else, your embodiment of what you've heard is increasing, and it is becoming more you, because it was rendered, again, through you.

[00:22:24] Homaya: It doesn't matter that you heard it from the outside, you take it in and you find your own words. And by that, it becomes more you and you become more aligned with that truth, with your soul, with limitless possibilities for creating and living the life that are possible for you. 

[00:22:46] Jaclyn Shaw: Oh my gosh, the smile on my face right now, like you can see the smile on my face because like the resonance of between us and what's going on in like my life when you say something, what's going on in your life.

[00:22:57] Jaclyn Shaw: So often when I say something. I'm reading this book right now. That's like a very, it's been very powerful for me to read. And I read the first couple of chapters and then I said to my husband, I'm like, do you want to I'm just going to read it to you. I was like, I'll just read you parts of this book every night.

[00:23:10] Jaclyn Shaw: And then I was did one night and I was like, Nope, I'm going to read it. And then, but then every day I basically go and I tell him like what I read and my experience of it. And just what you're saying here, I feel like the embodiment, the anchoring into the wisdom is so powerful when we're willing to give our voice in it as well.

[00:23:28] Jaclyn Shaw: Gosh, I love you. Gosh, I love you. I love our work together. I love this space. I love these conversations that we get to bring forward to the world. So thank you. Thank you for the calling. Thank you for calling me into the calling. Thank you for your magic, your light, your love. You are such a gift in my world, in the world of your listeners, in the world of all of us.
