[00:00:00] Homaya: Blessings, beautiful people. We're going to go deeper, another step, and what it means and how it feels when you cast your vision and you manifest your vision and you become one. With your vision, you transform your life through it. And the aspect I want to bring today is the aspect of leadership. Now, I wonder if you hear the word vision with leadership, how it feels?

[00:00:34] Homaya: If you hear your vision and listen to your vision and you hear the word leadership with it, how it feels? Because the context of leadership in the old world

[00:00:49] Homaya: is that someone might have a vision for the rest of the people. There would be one person who would lead with a vision and it would be either his vision or a vision that he receives for everyone and that leader is leading others with their vision. But I want us to look at leadership in a complete different way.

[00:01:13] Homaya: I want you to see yourself as a leader in a complete different way. Because in order to be, and to have, and to experience, What you know inside of your heart that you were born to be, have, and experience. The only way to get there will be to lead yourself.

[00:01:42] Homaya: No one knows what you were born for. Only you. No one in the entire world knows what you were born for. No one in the entire world know what is your vision. No one in the entire world knows how you are in your greatest moment. Only you. Then no one in the entire world

[00:02:17] Homaya: can lead you to fulfillment. can lead you to a feeling of wholeness, can lead you to a self realization, can lead you to a manifestation of your desire and of your vision. No one can do that. You're the only one to lead Of course, you can have relationship and connections. with people, with guidance, with books, with theories, with methodologies, with practices.

[00:02:53] Homaya: There are so many things along the way, but it is your path and your path only. No one else can do that.

[00:03:00] Homaya: Therefore, You are the leader of that specific transformation, of that specific healing, of that specific vision. You are the leader. And without you, it wouldn't happen in this world. I don't believe that someone else will have this vision. I don't believe that anyone can give birth to your frequency.

[00:03:28] Homaya: You're the only one who can do that. And that is part of the responsibility of the leadership. But I also want you to look at yourself as a leader from another aspect that will even enhance more what this leadership is about, which is

[00:03:46] Homaya: living your life inside out and experiencing life and showing up for life as the creator. is a complete contradiction to being a victim. 100 percent contradictions. Nothing can be a match here. It is radical and it needs that level of radicality inside of you to really create this magic. To really create the wonder.

[00:04:20] Homaya: Because the ordinary is for the victims. The ordinary is for the followers. The ordinary is for those who do not have a vision. The extraordinary, which is named as extraordinary, not because it is extraordinary, rather because it is rare. The extraordinary, the unique, the beauty, the grace, is for the creator.

[00:04:54] Homaya: For the leader, the victim is an outcome of reality. The victim is the one that runs on the frequency of what is not working, of really matching with pain, really matching your frequency with what is not alive,

[00:05:15] Homaya: connecting with other people through body of pain, through suffering, through frustrations, through limitations. This is the frequency of a victim. But the creator, if you are the one who's creating, cannot be reactive. You cannot be an outcome.

[00:05:37] Homaya: You're the one who's pouring energies. You're the one who's composing a frequency. You're the one who is increasing his capacity to be more and more in the frequency of joy and the frequency of bliss in the frequency of grace and the frequency of expansion in the frequency of love.

[00:06:02] Homaya: This is leadership.

[00:06:04] Homaya: It's not only walking first. It's not only walking and maybe others will follow. Leadership is Expanding into better and better, higher and higher in alignment with creation,

[00:06:25] Homaya: transforming whatever pain, whatever complexity into healing and health and beauty and grace. This is leadership. And for every leader, for everyone who's living their life as a leader. It's really not about other people. It's not about being an authority. It's not about ordaining something for other. It is a self ordained experience.

[00:06:56] Homaya: It is choosing yourself and following yourself. And as you will follow your own light, as you will follow your heart, as you will align with it, Yes, you will be of service for those who are around you. And some might follow, but they are not following you because you have an answer. You would not be interested in having relationship with those who will follow you because you have an answer.

[00:07:32] Homaya: They will follow you in a very different way. The way that you will follow them.

[00:07:41] Homaya: A better word to say, they would choose to have relationship with you. The way that you will choose to have relationship with them. The old paradigm of leadership, the leader is actually disconnected from you. The group from others.

[00:08:06] Homaya: We know those saying that it's lonely at the top. I can share from my own experience as I'm moving myself more and more to leadership. I find myself in relationship with everyone. Such, so many incredible people because the frequency now is a match to have those relationship. It's not lonely at the top.

[00:08:34] Homaya: It's lonely at the top if you feel that you're right. It's lonely at the top if you feel that you have an answer. It's lonely at the top if you like everyone to obey, but it is such a festive at the top if you understand that you are the landscape of life. It is such a festive at the top when there is no high and there is no low.

[00:08:58] Homaya: There is an obedience to your inner most. There is a constant surrender and a beautiful connection with that. divine light inside of you.

[00:09:13] Homaya: So part of allowing yourself to experience yourself as a leader of your own life is to be in communion with others, to be in relationship with other people who are doing the same acts of confronting insecurities, of confronting limitations, bypassing and ultra passing. old paradigms that you know inside, you all know, we all know inside that they cannot continue leading us.

[00:09:52] Homaya: I've learned as I evolved in, in my leadership, in my teachings, in my light services, I've learned how important it is, my self care, that if I want to move forward, I need the resilience. and I need the stamina to expand and extend and break from illusion and break from limitation. I need that.

[00:10:23] Homaya: And it, it wouldn't happen by itself. I need to take the time to take care of myself, to nourish myself. And yes, some self nourishment and some self care is through what you eat and, the massage that you can give yourself. Some self care is about being in communion with people who are walking the same path, with people who have big visions.

[00:10:55] Homaya: Being with them, experiencing life with them, exchanging with them, masterminding with them, celebrating with them, leading with them.

[00:11:08] Homaya: Part of the composition that I composed for us to cross through the Lion Gate of 8, 8, 8. is to be in companionship with other leaders, with people who are taking themselves wholeheartedly, not seriously, but wholeheartedly.

[00:11:34] Homaya: People who really want to take care of themselves and through that have a ripple effect and allowing reality to shift and change.

[00:11:44] Homaya: Those who do not have a vision, Not necessarily we'll be interested in passing consciously through a portal of infinity and having a direct experience with

[00:12:03] Homaya: the realm of potentiality, with the quantum, with the unknown.

[00:12:10] Homaya: I'm sure 100 percent that those who are magnetized to celebrate the 8 8 portal together, will are exactly like you, with a vision on your heart, knowing that you're the only one who's going to lead yourself to this vision. And by that, you're going to lead yourself to any other vision. And by that, you're going to lead the world to this vision,

[00:12:35] Homaya: knowing as a leader. That each and every one counts. Each and every part inside of you counts as you're transforming your life and you're transforming yourself. And same in a group. Each and every one in this group counts. In the old paradigm of leadership, people were embarrassed to do work in groups.

[00:13:04] Homaya: The old paradigm of leadership. People were choosing isolation and you can see how the world looked like. It's a mental disease of loneliness. In the new paradigm of leadership, each one knows that once one person transforms, everyone transforms. I want you to imagine how it will be to be in a room

[00:13:33] Homaya: with leaders. And light activators who are dedicated to lead, who are dedicated to lead ourself into an expanded experience of happiness and joy and bliss and wealth and love. And that this group of people are gathering together and once one is open, the second one is open and One after the other are going through their own transformation for themselves, which will have a ripple effect on everyone who will be in the room.

[00:14:11] Homaya: The 888 is just around the corner and you can listen to this and can tell yourself so many stories of why yes and why not, but the truth is you can simply ask the real question, am I ready to lead myself? Even more. Now, am I ready to lead myself to where I feel the calling? Am I ready to have this experience of universe really gifting me?

[00:14:50] Homaya: And then, you might do something that might be named as crazy to so many other people, but for you, will be delicious. Will be as kiss with infinity.

[00:15:07] Homaya: The 888 portal is named Golden.

[00:15:11] Homaya: Cause this is the frequency we want to be in.
