I’m your host, Homaya. In today’s episode, Healing Is Not Fixing (The Healer Series 01 of 08), I’m opening a space for healing, expansion, and truth, not as a concept, but as a lived experience in your body, in your choices, and in the way you show up in the world.

This conversation is inspired by one of my most beloved masterclasses, The Healer.

I share a little of my story, from being deeply sensitive, through a challenging childhood and adolescence, into my awakening, and the different seasons of healing that followed. I speak about the shift from healing that was mostly mental and unconscious, into a second season of pure energy work, where my mind could not keep up with what was moving through me.

I also share what I have witnessed as a healer and as a teacher travelling the world, the miracles, the transformations, and the patterns that can quietly limit healers and spiritual leaders. The glass ceiling. The plateau. The places where we can be powerful in the room, yet still feel uncomfortable being seen, being paid, or taking ownership of our impact.

And I offer a shift in perspective.

Healing is not about fixing. There is nothing to fix. Healing is about bringing the highest frequency into the space.

This episode is a call to leadership. I believe healers, light activators, spiritual guides, and spiritual leaders are here to lead, and that the world needs healing more than ever. For that to happen, we must lead ourselves first.

We close with one of the most important spiritual muscles we can build, commitment. There is a difference between being inspired and being committed. Inspiration can be beautiful, and commitment is the part of you that says, yes, I am showing up for what I know to be true.

[00:01:41] Hello, hello, hello. Blessings and welcome to The Healer. 

[00:01:48] Okay. Almost all my teachings and all my offerings are for the collective. It is [00:02:00]beyond just me and you. As a healer, I really strongly believe that we move in one breath, we move in one motion, we move in one heart, we move in one consciousness. And I believe that in order to have a new experience in life, there is emotion and internal work that you will be doing for [00:02:30] yourself that I am doing for myself to evolve, to transform.

[00:02:33] And there is the reflection. And the more your circles around you are in the frequency of your emitted light, the reflection will be coherent and your own transformation will be facile, sweet and easy.

[00:02:56] So I want to share with you [00:03:00] a little bit about myself and my story. I had my awakening after a long period of. Very challenging childhood and adolescence. I knew myself to be super sensitive, but at the same time it felt like it's normal. Everyone is like that. [00:03:30] There was something in it that shift everything and put everything in place, and I started healing.

[00:03:43] Now, I healed myself to a certain extent until the moment of my awakening, but then I moved to another period of healing. [00:04:00] The first period of healing was more. Mentally and everything that happened energetically at that time was without awareness. The second period after my awakening and starting healing myself was very, very, very pure energy work [00:04:30] and some percentage of mental. That means that my mind was so behind of whatever is happening.

[00:04:38] My mind was so behind, and I very fast started not only giving healing. My clinic was full quite from the beginning. Every time I open a certain two spots. For per week, five spots. It's [00:05:00]like every time I said I'm gonna accept more people to come. It was full. It was completely full with almost no words. And people had this attitude also asking me, what happened?

[00:05:15] What have you done to yourself? There's something different. What do you do? I want to receive that. I want to experience that I didn't know. I was fascinated to experience [00:05:30] this passing of currents through me and I dedicated my life to healing. And very soon afterwards, very fast afterwards, also to teaching healing.

[00:05:44] And I started teaching around the world. I've taught in many, many countries and I know that there's a lot of people here who have learned with me and know me since that time, and I've met me when I was teaching in Paris, when I was teaching in, [00:06:00] Italy, in Switzerland, in Morocco, in Germany, in England, in Peru, in the us.

[00:06:09] I was traveling the world teaching healing and I've learned so much from teaching. I also traveled the world learning, learning with great masters and great teachers. But today I want to emphasize what happened to me as a [00:06:30] teacher.

[00:06:31] I started seeing. Some things about healing and some things about healers that had a limitation. I have seen so many great healers around me and I kept on seeing that they grow and evolve and expand [00:07:00] and there's a glass ceiling, there's a limit. And not necessarily at that moment, my students or the healers that I was in contact with would say that they meet a glass ceiling. They were content from giving, they were content from their impact.

[00:07:27] They were content from. [00:07:30] Running energy through them and experiencing and witnessing marvelous phenomenas, which I'm sure you all know what I'm speaking of. I'm sure you all had experienced those things as well. But I also noticed that at a certain moment, both for myself and for the people that I've worked with, there's like a certain [00:08:00] plateau and that plateau could stay for quite a long time, and I've realized that what is possible is experienced in some way as everything is possible. I can do everything. I can work with this clients and that client with this disorder and this disease, with this challenge and this limitation. [00:08:30] I can work with anyone. I can work with everyone. I have no problem to support this one and this one, and this one and this one.

[00:08:39] But then if you would look on what is the transformation that was possible to the common ground, not to exceptional, powerful, huge transformation. What is the transformation that was [00:09:00] possible for the collective? What I felt and what I've seen is that there's a huge limitation.

[00:09:08] And I'm gonna give you examples.

[00:09:11] So I could see healers performing miracles and a lot, but I could also see the same healers and me included. Yes. Not feeling [00:09:30] comfortable to speak about the miracle, not taking ownership on the miracles. I could see healers speaking about, and not only speaking, really performing huge transformations one person at the time and not necessarily with awareness to the collective.

[00:09:54] I have seen so many of my students that were powerful [00:10:00] healers, powerful, amazing, amazing healers, but didn't earn more than a certain amount or were not able to have more clients than what their heart really wanted. Or even if they were supporting some clients, there was a certain limitation.

[00:10:24] That camps with different stories, either moral or [00:10:30] shame, or guilt or power, feeling afraid of your power. Feeling afraid to hurt someone. Feeling afraid to hurt yourself. There were so many story repeating again and again and again and again of why not? Why not more? Why not more money? Why not more clients?

[00:10:50] Why not more transformation? Why not in the collective? Why not being seen, why not declaring? And [00:11:00] that was part of the things that made me feel that I need to go, we can say inside and see for myself, where am I heading as a teacher. I want you to put yourself in my shoes. I was teaching at that time, I feel it was already 15 years, more or less, almost 15 years that I was traveling the world and teaching.

[00:11:29] And still I [00:11:30] felt there was some limitation there. We're speaking about God, but we don't move like God. We're speaking about light, but we feel embarrassed to say what we're doing. We are working with light and still we're not showing up as light. And I know that some of this distortion is because there is a collective issue [00:12:00] with feeling comfortable with your power and feeling comfortable with your light.

[00:12:05] That there are memories from past life and stories from here until the end of the world of why. We shouldn't show up in our majestic power. But a part of this, a part of this, I felt that there is a perception of [00:12:30] what is healing and what is health and what is possible that limits the way that we show up and what we create.

[00:12:45] I believe. That the reason that the world look like it looks is because we are the healers of the world, and there's a next step for us, and we are called for this [00:13:00] next level.

[00:13:01] I believe that healing is needed in the world more than ever. I believe that healers, light, activators, spiritual guides, spiritual leaders, are the leaders of the world, and that currently we're not doing our job. We're doing it in a very limited way, and then we have misconception [00:13:30] about what it means to do this job.

[00:13:32] We think to ourselves that if we are going to lead the world and we start by leading ourself, we start by leading our community. We will be in some connection to what now is leading the world as this is only one place of leadership. And that will go, and then light leaders will come in. [00:14:00] And the reason that I feel that, and the reason that I see this illusion is because every time I'm speaking with healers about what is perceived as a challenge or as a shadow or as a distortion, they're still coming with an attitude that that need to be fixed.

[00:14:25] It doesn't need to be fixed.

[00:14:28] There's no need to fix [00:14:30] nothing. Healing is not about fixing. It's about really bringing the highest frequency to the space.

[00:14:42] I also believe that as healers, we deserve not because someone else will do that, but just because this [00:15:00] is what it is to be highly paid for what we're doing.

[00:15:08] Because healing work is activation of life force and life force. Starts to be really, really precious I also believe that it is up to us if it'll happen or not, [00:15:30] so no one gonna give it to us and we don't need to take it from no one. It is up to us. We will be willing to remove the glass ceiling that we have above our head of what is possible, what is not possible. And I'm not saying what is possible if I can, if someone can get pregnant just because I worked with her energetically.

[00:15:55] This, we're sure that this is possible, correct. [00:16:00] But what is possible for us? What is possible for us as a community? What is possible for us as a collective? What is possible for us as humanity?

[00:16:15] If you see the vision as you see, as I see it, if you feel that definitely we need to heal the world, definitely we need to lead more.

[00:16:27] Definitely life force is [00:16:30] precious and therefore our work is precious, and there are so many other reasons and that we are responsible for this transformation. It is essential for manifesting this vision to have the strength of leading ourself. If you sign up for a class and you show up for the first day but then tomorrow you let [00:17:00] other thing takes over, you didn't manage to lead yourself in three days.

[00:17:06] What does it mean that in your internal dialogue, without giving words, what you will say to yourself is that you cannot trust yourself. In your internal dialogue, what you might say to yourself is that you cannot lead. Now, I am the type of [00:17:30] teacher and the type of healer that believe in life force and believe in spiritual muscles.

[00:17:38] I believe that we are an energetic match to the divine, and therefore I believe that we should show up for it as such that we will be able to allow strong currents to pass through us. And if I want to have the impact, if I want to be able to deal with the reflection that will come if I'm want to [00:18:00]be able to deal with the energy that's gonna pass through me as I'm doing it.

[00:18:04] If I want to be able to deal with expansion, with large impact with high income. Then I need to lead myself, and I need to be able to stand for my words and to not just have intention, but take the intention and bring the intention into the room. [00:18:30] Intention is not something that I have when I click the button and I say, oh, it's so easy.

[00:18:33] I want to be this class, but then I forget about it, then all I have inside of my system is just more pollution, open threads that goes nowhere. Intention is I'm recognizing that there is another level for me and for the collective, and I'm willing to show up for it even if I cannot show up in time. I'll show up [00:19:00] and watch the replay.

[00:19:05] The power of commitment is one of the strongest powers that we can work with and that we are called to use. It's a fundamental power, Commitment, and we are going to tap into Commitment in healing and in healing myself.
