19. Talking About Your Art
Recently, I’ve had to talk about my work with a fair amount of people, in various settings, and I’ve had to share more deeply about why I make my work, what it’s all about, and what it means to me. Without fail, each time I share about my work, I can tell that people feel more interested in my work, more inspired by it, and more connected to it in general.
I’ve been working on this for a few years now and I’ve learned a lot about the process. It’s not natural and it’s not easy, especially for artists, but you can learn! And in this episode, I’m going to share with you how I did it, and how you can do it to.
