EPI 69 - Women's Wellness: 5 Pillars to Thrive
In this episode, I introduce five crucial pillars to build a deep, non-surface-level foundation for your well-being, helping you become the true, "shiny you" – mind, body, spirit, soul, and energy. I passionately discuss moving beyond the limitations of the traditional medical system and challenging conventional approaches to women's health.
Here's what you'll discover:
- Pillar 1: Center the Woman - It's time to reclaim your lead role in your own health story, just like the sun is the center of our solar system. Your needs are not an afterthought, and recognizing this allows you to radiate.
- Pillar 2: Bio-Uniqueness is the Blueprint - Understand that just like a fingerprint, no two individuals are the same. Your body has its own unique rhythms, patterns, and history , and tuning into these communications (like cravings or energy dips) is data, not a sign of being broken.
- Pillar 3: Quantum Wholeness - You are not a machine, but a symphony, an integrated web of energy, frequency, and consciousness. When you shift how you feel about your body, your biology responds.
- Pillar 4: Root Cause Reverence - Stop addressing just the "wilting leaves" (symptoms) and instead, honor the messages your body is sending you by looking at the root cause. Fatigue might be wisdom asking for stillness, and mood swings could indicate misalignment.
- Pillar 5: Collective Ripple - When one woman heals, it creates a ripple effect that extends to her lineage, community, and even the planet. Your radiance and self-trust can empower others to stop performing and start truly living.
I emphasize that these are not just philosophies, but "lived truths" that have transformed my life and the lives of the women I work with. If you're ready to stop blaming yourself and start asking more interesting questions about your well-being, these pillars form the ground beneath you. Get ready to take your power back, not from hustle, but from deep cellular nourishing!

(0:00 - 0:40)
And this episode, I'm just going to walk you through some pillars that I believe are really important to create a foundation. Um, that isn't really, that's not surface level that, that goes deeper and there are the codes that will finally help you be the true shiny you that you are mind, body, spirit, soul, energy, all of those things. Welcome to the habit within this podcast is for high achieving women, 35 and older who seem to have it all together, but feel like they're constantly running on fumes, struggling to balance it all and losing sight of the woman they used to be.
(0:40 - 1:05)
I'm Camille Kinzler, a former physician assistant turned transformational coach, blending science, positive psychology, and a metaphysical approach to habits, health, and vitality. If you've ever asked yourself, why am I so exhausted even after a full night's sleep, or I feel like I'm juggling so much, but I'm just barely keeping my head above water. You are in the right place.
(1:05 - 1:23)
Each week we'll explore the real reasons behind feeling overwhelmed, trapped in the cycle of overworking and constantly running low on energy and how to break free from the patterns, keeping you stuck in survival mode. It's time to stop living on autopilot and to start feeling like yourself again. Let's dive in.
(1:23 - 1:38)
Hey, welcome back to the habit within I'm Camille Kinzler. I am about to take off on a couple of week vacation. We're headed over to Washington state to celebrate my dear friend's 50th of birthday, uh, on the Puget sound.
(1:38 - 2:09)
It's going to be a fabulous, then we're headed over to Toronto and then, uh, going North into Ontario and deeper into Ontario to drop my son off at his canoe camp, where he will be for almost four freaking weeks. I am actually the other night I was lying in bed, having to do some breathing exercises because I was feeling the feels. I was allowing myself to really sit in it, uh, with tears streaming down my face.
(2:09 - 2:21)
It just changes the dynamic of the, of our family when one of us is gone. And this is going to be the longest that he has ever been away. I mean, I guess that makes sense because he's only 13.
(2:21 - 2:29)
Um, but it really does. It kind of shifts everything. And I'm going to let you guys know, we are doing one of the mini canoe trip.
(2:29 - 3:03)
Um, my youngest and my husband and I, we are doing a four day canoe trip. So I will tell you all about that when we get back, I, this whole next two weeks is going to be in nature. We're going to be, um, you know, in a yurt on the Puget sound, then we're going to be in a cabin in, at the base of Mount Rainier, and then we're going to be three days in Toronto, which is super fun and a fancy hotel, but then we're going to go and do some adventure canoeing in Ontario.
(3:03 - 3:20)
So we're going to get a lot of nature and I am so excited about that. I am less excited about the mosquitoes that are in Ontario and other biodiversity. There are a lot of bugs in the spring and summer up that way.
(3:21 - 3:49)
So, um, mosquitoes love me. So I will tell you all about the fun canoe trip, but today I just, I'm just feeling extremely passionate about really changing women's health, changing the way that we look at women's health, that we treat women in the medical system and actually removing the medical system from it completely. Um, because I have talked to so many women, I help so many women.
(3:49 - 4:21)
I am that woman myself that's, um, you know, has followed a plan to the letter, to the T and then I feel even, you know, more disconnected and more tired and more confused and more like, oh my gosh, there are so many different protocols. Like I have been, um, researching like what the best diet is for. Well, I guess the, the most recent fad, um, I have done all of them.
(4:21 - 4:51)
And it's so interesting because now I look at food and I know better. Y'all I have like a master's degree in science and I'm a physician assistant, like, and I've done so much external research on my own and study on how our body responds to everything from what we put in it to what is, um, on, you know, on our skin to our thoughts and our emotions and all of those things. And now I look at food and I'm like, none of this food is good for me.
(4:52 - 5:02)
No, like, you know, I look at broccoli and I'm like, no, it's the broccoli's out and I look at you, you know, spinach. You can't put spinach in smoothies. Cause then it breaks down and releases, talk all this stuff.
(5:02 - 5:21)
Like I'm, I get it. We are given so much information that it becomes confusing. So let me ask you, has that ever happened to you? Have you ever followed these protocols and plans and all the things, and then just ended up feeling more disconnected from yourself, more exhausted, more confused than you ever were before.
(5:22 - 5:33)
So let's exhale together. Cause I totally get it, totally get it. And I feel like there, the big missing piece is the woman, the woman being the center of it.
(5:33 - 5:41)
Women's wellness has been, you know, built on, um, like a house. Okay. So let's just use this metaphor.
(5:42 - 6:09)
Like the, the women's wellness was built like a house without actual foundation. So we make everything look super shiny on the outside, right? We, uh, with, with Botox and with creams and with glitter and, you know, an eyeshadow and mascara and all of it, all of the, the external stuff, but the real, real, the underneath, it just collapses. It collapses under real life because it wasn't built on a great foundation.
(6:09 - 6:35)
So that's what we're really doing. And this episode, I'm just going to walk you through some pillars that I believe are really important to create a foundation. Um, that isn't really, that's not surface level that, that goes deeper and there are codes that will finally help you be the true shiny you that you are mind, body, spirit, soul, energy, all of those things.
(6:35 - 6:48)
So come with me on this little conversation and journey today. And I would love to know your thoughts and if any of this resonated with you. So pillar one is the center is the woman center, the woman.
(6:49 - 7:02)
So just visualize the solar system, just picturing this vastness where everything orbits around the sun. So we're imagining our solar system and you are that sun, babe. You are.
(7:03 - 7:11)
Okay. So let's just go ahead and take it, own it, be it, be that sun. You are that main character.
(7:12 - 7:23)
You are the main character in yourself. And when you are treated like this extra, this extra person in your own health story, then, then that's not, that's not okay. We're just going to say, it's just not okay.
(7:23 - 7:44)
It's time to reclaim the lead role. So instead of chasing your symptoms and these protocols and someone else's idea of what balance is, we bring the woman, the whole man, the whole you back to the center. So imagine how life feels when your needs aren't an afterthought.
(7:44 - 8:12)
What would shift in your desires and your tone and in your life, if you are not part of that to-do list, you begin to remember that you are here to radiate pillar to bio uniqueness is the blueprint. So imagine a fingerprint, no two are the same. Now, imagine that you're trying to fit yourself into your best friend's custom made dress, pencil dress.
(8:13 - 8:18)
It's not going to zip well, right? It's not going to feel great. It's not made for you. It's not fit for you.
(8:18 - 8:33)
So this pillar really invites you to really check into that, that you have your own bio uniqueness, that you have your own rhythms, your own pattern patterns, your own history, your own story. None of these things are random. It's personal to you.
(8:33 - 8:55)
So just begin to notice how your body communicates, you want, you know, some subtle cravings that might have dips in energy, the timing of your emotions, your tears, again, like we have set up these patterns and rituals and habits of our emotions and our thoughts. That's data for you. That's part of you.
(8:55 - 9:03)
And that doesn't mean that your body is broken at any way. It just means it's brilliant. We need to turn in, tune in and turn in a little bit more.
(9:04 - 9:18)
Pillar number three is this thing called quantum wholeness. Okay? So just imagine this spider web shimmering with dew and every thread is connected and it's all vibrating together. You are not this machine.
(9:18 - 9:35)
You are this symphony. You are this beautiful integrated web that's so beautifully created and crafted. And there's, you know, there's so much awe and gorgeousness within that.
(9:35 - 10:08)
And this pillar really opens that door for you to, you know, not ignore that you aren't energy, that you aren't part of this world, that you are frequency and vibration, and that we are all connected and that you're not just these cells and these chemical reactions, that you are consciousness. So when you shift how you feel about your body, your biology responds. My love, Joe Dispenza has now gone to the extreme of, of, um, doing a lot of research.
(10:09 - 10:14)
So if you need the data points, those are there. This is the new frontier of women's health. Okay.
(10:14 - 10:24)
So are you ready for it? You ready to be part of it? Cause you already are. If you're listening to this pillar for brute cause irreverence. So think of a tree with wilting leaves.
(10:24 - 10:37)
Would you spray the leaves? I know that maybe we do that on some houseplants, but we're talking about this tree that's outside, right? With roots. So would you spray the leaves or would you water the roots? Okay. So that is what we're looking at here.
(10:37 - 10:57)
We're looking at really looking at root cause, not just the wilting leaves. We need to revere this whole majestic tree, not just what's coming off of them. We need to understand and recognize that those wilting leaves are giving us a sign.
(10:58 - 11:07)
It's a symptom, right? And we need to figure out why the leaves are wilting. So this pillar is about honoring the message inside. Okay.
(11:08 - 11:25)
Yeah. I mean, it really is about like really looking at the discomfort that we might have in our bodies, right? And saying like, where is this coming from? Is this fatigue? It's not maybe weak or laziness. Maybe it's really our wisdom asking for more stillness or mood swings.
(11:25 - 11:49)
Maybe it means that we're just misaligned with something that's going on in our lives or that anxiety or nervousness that we're just misaligned. So just begin to wonder what if a part of you, you were trying or have been trying to fix all along is actually your biggest cheerleader is actually trying to knock really loudly at the door and made you back home. A pillar five is collective or ripple.
(11:49 - 11:59)
I love this one. This is my favorite. A single drop landing in water creates a ring, right? After ring after ring and expands, expands out the ripple effect.
(12:00 - 12:20)
Um, so when one woman heals, I've truly believed that the entire lineage heals, that it's not just this personal thing, that it is, that it, that it affects the whole planet. So your radiance actually lifts others up. Your self-trust becomes a mirror for your daughter, your friends, your community.
(12:21 - 12:41)
So what if just by being fully you, that you made it safe for others to stop performing and really start living, right? Cause I lived a performative life for quite a while. And it's not, it, it doesn't attract the right people. It, you just, you really have to stand in your own, my love.
(12:41 - 12:52)
And it's not selfish again, cause we're putting it back in the center. So these aren't just, uh, well, like they are, they're my philosophies, but I, they're not just philosophies. They're, they're these lived truths.
(12:52 - 13:11)
These, this is what I've seen and really helping transform my life. The work of others that have been, um, walked alongside me. They are the, really the unseen architecture behind everything is behind everything I teach, everything I create and everything that transforms the woman, the, the women that I work with.
(13:12 - 13:40)
So you just, you don't have to memorize any of this, but if you feel like one of these things or areas that you're really craving to learn more about, then reach out to me and maybe you're ready to come back to your center, or maybe you're ready to create your own unique blueprint, or finally you're ready to stop blaming yourself and stop asking better questions. Instead of like, Oh, I'm just getting old. Why is my body turning on me? But really, really wanting to know something more.
(13:40 - 14:11)
And, and I always consider it the more interesting question. So wherever you began these pillars form the ground beneath you. So just really consider that as you're stepping through this next season of your life, so you're not forcing this, but really becoming this, you know, this powerhouse really taking the power back as they say, not from hustle, but from like this deep cellular nourishing, which even just saying that just nourishes me at like a cellular level.
(14:11 - 14:32)
So yeah, we will dive in to these. I'll break these apart. I, from this point on for the, at least next couple of episodes, we're diving into a summer series because I'm going to be traveling a bit, like I mentioned, so where we really tap in, follow up some of our favorite speakers from the summit, you do not have to have attended the summit in order to get.
(14:33 - 14:51)
Some gold out of these conversations. I ask each speaker, um, what they're like, how do they stay on purpose and vital and energetic and confident in their own life, because the women that I interviewed for this series are all powerhouses. They have done amazing work.
(14:51 - 15:04)
They do amazing work in the world. And so I wanted to pick their brain and like, how do they stay on point? Right. How do they keep doing what they do? They're doing with such integrity and power and purpose and all of those things.
(15:04 - 15:17)
So please stay tuned for that, but we will come back to this episode. So I will reference some of these pillars in the episodes to come. So we can really dive into it and get a little bit more personalized with it.
(15:17 - 15:31)
Uh, again, I hope you enjoyed this episode as much as I enjoyed making it for you. And until next time, my love, we'll see you then. The world needs the vibrance and wisdom of a woman's intuition to help heal the world.
(15:31 - 15:41)
When we learn to trust ourselves through leaning into and through discomfort, we learn to trust ourselves and in that space is our power and clarity.
