The Habit Within: Beyond Busy to Bliss

EPI 80 - Quantum Wholeness: Beyond the Body

Camille Kinzler Season 1 Episode 80

Hi friend — welcome back to The Habit Within! I’m Camille Kinzler, and today we’re continuing our five-part series on reclaiming women’s health with something that might stretch your perspective: quantum wholeness.

Because here’s the truth — you are not just your body. You are energy, chemistry, consciousness — all woven together. And the way you think, believe, and perceive actually changes you at a cellular level.

I know this can sound a little “woo,” but science is catching up — and research shows that your thoughts, beliefs, and environment are constantly shaping your biology.

In this episode, I share:

  • What I learned from my 2018 spiritual awakening — and why I feel like I’m stepping into another evolution now
  • How somatic and immersive practices anchored me into a completely new version of myself (and why I’m returning to them)
  • Why you may feel “stuck in your last update” — and how to courageously release what’s no longer serving you
  • How visualization, meditation, and future-casting can shift your identity at the deepest level
  • A simple guided practice to expand your awareness beyond your physical body and reconnect with your energy field

This isn’t about hacks or quick fixes. It’s about stepping into the truth that you are whole — body, mind, energy, and spirit — and that your terrain includes so much more than what you eat or how you move.

Big Takeaways:

  • Your beliefs and mindset are as powerful for healing as any supplement or protocol.
  • You’re not just your body — your energy, environment, and self-talk are part of your terrain.
  • You’re allowed to update, recalibrate, and step into the next version of yourself.

I’d love to hear from you:

That it's not just your body. It's not just the physical body here. It's all about the energy and the chemistry and your consciousness all woven together.

(0:09 - 0:49)

If you've ever asked yourself, why am I so exhausted even after a full night's sleep, or I feel like I'm juggling so much, but I'm just barely keeping my head above water.

(0:49 - 1:27)
You are in the right place. Each week, we'll explore the real reasons behind feeling overwhelmed, trapped in the cycle of overworking and constantly running low on energy and how to break free from the patterns, keeping you stuck in survival mode. It's time to stop living on autopilot and to start feeling like yourself again.

Let's dive in. Hey, hey friends. Welcome back to the habit with them.

This is Camille, your host. And today we're continuing the five part series where we are. Changing the paradigm of women's health, where we claiming women's wellness, not through any sort of hacks or hustle, but through some deep truth, trust, and alignment.

(1:27 - 8:00)
And today we're going to talk about quantum wholeness. I don't know where that came from. I might change that, but I'm just saying that it's not just your body.

It's not just the physical body here. It's all about the energy and the chemistry and your consciousness all woven together. And before you start stepping away saying this is woo, or something that isn't based in science, there has been tons of research and brain studies that have shown that what we think and what we believe actually affects us at a cellular level.

So you, it's time. It's really time. We're talking about the paradigm shift.

It's time for you to step into that and understand it as truth. So I've been going through a really big transition lately. I can call it a rebirth or a rebrand or a recalibration or whatever, maybe it's all three, but it really hit me recently because my husband asked me out of the blue, he's like, what are you doing differently now than you did last time you were going through this huge upheaval in your life, which was around 2018 or so.

It's when I have what I've called my biggest spiritual awakening that's ever happened. And it changed everything in my life. I'm actually creating a podcast episode that will air in a few weeks that really talks about the 10 things that I did during that time that created a true 180 in my life.

I've never been the same that I was after that. But this question that he had me really made me pause. One, because he saw that I wasn't standing in my confidence and I wasn't as self-assured as I was back in 2018 when I did this huge transition in my life.

And it got me thinking, what is different? What is different now than when I left my job as a PA and I stepped out of the system and I started thinking about all of these things that I really wanted to change in my life and actually invested in it, and not just read books and podcasts. But when my husband asked me that question, it really made me pause. The first thing is because he noticed that there was a difference, that I wasn't as confident as I was back in 2018 when I had this really big upheaval of everything in my life, this big 180 shift.

It's when I left my PA job and I stepped out of the system and I really started changing the way I thought about pretty much everything. And I think he really sees me right now and he's like, wait, where is that confident woman that I saw back then? What were the things that you were doing back then that you aren't doing now? And it really made me really, really think about this particular pillar within this changing the way we view women's health. And I think this is a really, really big one because my mindset wasn't as clear, I should say, as it was back in 2018.

Back in 2018, I did things besides just read books and listen to podcasts. I see you, I see you, I love you. But I did some really deep and immersive somatic level transformation.

And sometimes, you know, we go through these big seasons of our life where we do a lot of that. I mean, I spent years doing a lot of that. And then I no longer felt drawn to it.

And that's fine. It's beautiful when we can feel like we have a moment to breathe and we don't have to do all of this deep healing anymore, where we feel like we can just live. But what I recognized is some of the things that were really anchoring me into this future version of myself was not happening.

I wasn't doing it. So my visualization, my really creating this life that I want in bold colors, where I was writing it out as the woman who has already achieved this, where I was sitting in meditation and allowing myself to be in silence to where I could hear the next aligned step for me to take, and to really just exude the person who had already completed the thing that she wanted. And that's really important, because it changes us on this biological, cellular level, y'all.

And, and I knew it, I saw it, I was I experienced it. And so I am still I've never gone back to that woman that I was back in 2018. I'm now this new version.

However, what happens is, is that we get stuck within whatever version that we last update, we get we're stuck in our last update, if you will. And so that's where I am currently, I want to go to this next iteration of me this next beautiful level of myself, not because I need to change, but because I desire, I'm curious, like, what if I continue to grow and learn and let go in order to become this next version of myself. And in order to do that, I need to put in some new, new, let's see new programs, if you will, I need to put in some new practices that will actually get me to where I want to go.

And they need to be different than what I have been doing. And I really need to sit and say, what are those things that I need to do in order to become this next iteration of myself. And that's what's so important when we're looking at changing our health and vitality is that we need to say what's working and what isn't working anymore.

And we have to be courageous enough to let that go. And again, I'm gonna have a whole podcast episode that's about all of these things that I did that shifted everything that it, it literally stopped the reoccurring argument, my husband, I had been having for the entirety of our marriage for over a decade and a half at that time, overnight, where we never had it again, it caused me to stop over drinking on the over drinking, it caused me to quit a job that I no longer felt aligned with. And so many other things.

So I want definitely want to share that with you. But for now, what I really want to do is zoom out. And I want us to look at this big picture, because like, why is it important for us to have a positive mindset, not even a positive mindset, just a changed mindset? Like, why is that so important? And the and it's not just about our mindset alone.

(8:00 - 8:54)
It's also about the environment that we are in, right, the environment that we are in changes our behaviors, it changes that our identity, what we put in our mouth changes who we are, just by saying, Oh, look at me, I'm a healthy person, eating salad and chicken or whatever it may be, you know, changes the way that we view ourselves and our identity. And the reason why this matters is, let's say that we have this DNA test, this genomics test that tells us all of these beautiful secrets about our lives. Some of them, we may be new, right, because of that intuition, because we put ourselves at the center.

And some of it might be brand new to us. And some of it, although none of the stuff that you will see is frightening, it's not going to talk about rare diseases or anything like that. But it would show you like, okay, these are areas that may need more support.

(8:54 - 19:20)
And I have control, I can empower myself to get the support I need in order for this variant, maybe not to be turned on, or to turn off. And I'm saying like, this can be something as simple as maybe you have gut issues, leaky gut, a big one for people. And then you know, like, Oh, my gosh, I knew that I needed support in this area.

But actually, it's not the way that these providers or practitioners told me that I needed to support my gut, I need to support it in this way. But if you don't believe on a level that you can change, then it's very hard to change even if you have the correct supplement or medication. It's very, very hard to change it to have sustainable change, I should say.

It's easy to change for a period of time. I mean, who's lost weight and but the hard part is is trying to keep it off trying to keep off the weight is trying to keep yourself at like this other higher level. It's that 180 where you're becoming truly this new person.

But your mindset truly changes your mitochondria, it changes the way that your immune system functions, it changes the relationship that you have with your hormones. If you're fighting with the change, because hormonal changes, sex, hormonal, sex hormone changes are a natural process in our lives. So just a little caveat.

Over the past several years, so my perimenopause definitely started when I turned 40. Exactly. And I'm 48.

And over those eight years, I have not done biotechnical hormone replacement therapy. I had some testosterone for a little bit here and there throughout the time, but I have not taken anything consistently. And what's been very, very interesting is the way that it fluctuates, man, I mean, some, it is not as bad as it was at the very beginning, because I'm recognizing that the change that I'm experiencing is transient, although doesn't always feel like it, but it is transient.

And we can do other things to support our body. It does not mean that I won't ever use biogenical hormone replacement therapy. I have a medical issue, which makes it a little bit harder for me to get prescribed the medications that I feel like I need.

But point is, is that when we, it's about this mindset that I have around my hormones. If I feel like I'm not getting what I want, stomping my feet, I can't have bioidentical hormones. And now I'm going to be frail.

I'm not going to be able to have, you know, create muscle and I'm not my libido, never going to have good sex again, and all of those things. And guess what? I'm never going to have those things again. But this beautiful opportunity that I've received with not feeling aligned with, with taking bioidentical hormones right now, is that I've been learning to have this relationship with the new irregularity of my hormones.

And that truly, truly is a gift. And it is all in the way that, it's all in how we believe, how we want to perceive what's going on in our world. And the research has shown that thoughts change our tissues.

It just does. And it's free. And it's right there within your reach.

You can do it right now. And actually, let me just tell you that some of the ways, if this seems like something that really aligns with you and really touches your heart, then you can go on and find, I'm sure, even through Insight Timer or Mindful, I think it's called Mindfulness app, so many different apps, and that they have meditations, but they also have hypnosis for all sorts of things. And it's the best way to go to sleep at night.

My favorite meditations are the ones that take me into the future-scaping of who I want to be, and merging who I am right now into who I want to be. It is beautiful. I also have done hypnosis where I go into a healing space.

So when I was going through the abnormal changes of breast tissue, I went to my healing space in my meditation all the time. And I pictured myself having the follow-up mammogram, and it being negative, and what I was going to do with my life, and how I was going to celebrate, and the look that was going to be on my face, and all of those things. It's beautiful.

So let's do a little practice right now. And if you're not driving, then I want you to go ahead and close your eyes. Just take a breath.

And I want your awareness to soften, but I don't want it to go inward. I actually want your awareness to go outward. I want you to feel this awareness extend 360 circle around you.

See if you can feel that subtle tingling that extends out. Notice that you take up that space that's around you. Don't forget behind you, to the sides, in front of you.

This is your field. This is your electromagnetic field. Your emotions lie there, your presence, your past, your future.

You are not only your body, but you're the space around it. And that space is speaking to yourselves at all time, just as well as your mind is talking to your heart. Your heart is talking to your gut.

Your gut is talking to your brain. All of it is connected to the space that lives around you as well. So you can open your eyes.

And let me just ask you, what do you wake up to? What are the thoughts that you wake up to about who you are, who you want to be, what your body is to you? What's the tone in your home? Is it rushed, noisy, frantic? Or is there some calmness, some rhythm, some sacredness to it? How do you allow to come into that energetic space, into that electromagnetic field that's around you? And how do they make you feel? And what words do you speak to yourself? And again, this is why it's so fascinating to know your own unique blueprint, your unique code, your unique DNA. And like we talked about last week, your bio-uniqueness is your blueprint. But what most people don't realize is that blueprint is not static.

It's just a guide. It's a foundation. It's a possibility.

But you still have to build the house. But you can also edit the house. You can put a wall here.

You can take one down over there. You can put a really large picture window so more light can come in. You can add a water feature to calm the nervous system.

You can choose where the energy flows within this blueprint. But if you never build this house, if you never do anything to change, and you just leave it there, then the blueprint fades. Those lines will wear down, and your energy will follow suit.

And that's why it's so cool with your personal genome. And that's why it's such a powerful tool, because you get to know the areas that need support, where you need that supporting wall, if you will, where you're more prone to inflammation, or where you need to strengthen detox pathways, or where a supplemental amino acid or something like that, a peptide, would be helpful. You can finally understand why something that should work hasn't been working all along.

But the biggest instigator for change, even when you know that, is your mindset, is your thoughts, are the habits of your mind. So if you haven't yet, or if you listened to it, but it was a while ago, go back to episode 39 through 43. I share the top five habits that made me a happier person.

And I want to actually go back and listen to them as well. Because like I mentioned earlier in this podcast, my husband's like, yo, something's a little bit different. And so I'm going to tap back into those to see if I can start implementing them.

And remember, in a few weeks, I'll have the top 10 shifts that I made during this spiritual awakening and life evolution in my life. So if that interests you, then keep an eye out for that. Because what I found to be true is you can take the best supplements in the world, but if your thoughts are toxic, your body won't receive it.

And it's the same as you can take all of the BHRTs that you want. But if you don't have the right nutrients and the way that you're moving your body and the systems in place to process these hormones, they're going to lie flat. So you can do all the cold plunges and red light therapy and adaptogens.

But if your nervous system doesn't feel safe in your body, you won't heal. That is why this pillar is so important. And it's really truly one of my favorites.

(19:21 - 20:08)
Your energy field, your home environment, your self-talk, your beliefs, those are also important. They're not just background noise. They are your terrain.

So you need to reclaim it. You need to reclaim it. Okay, deep breaths.

I hope you loved this episode as much as I loved making it for you, woman. And as always, if you need my support, you can go to the show notes. There's a link to get ahold of me where we can set up a time to talk.

See you next time. The world needs the vibrance and wisdom of a woman's intuition to help heal the world. When we learn to trust ourselves through leaning into and through discomfort, we learn to trust ourselves and in that space is our power and clarity.
