Maroon Community Media
Maroon Community Media (MCM) empowers communities to tell their own stories.
We bring people together through creativity, arts, and media, helping individuals develop skills in radio, podcasting, and visual storytelling. By building confidence and practical media skills, we support communities to raise their voices, share their experiences, and shape the conversations that matter to them.
At MCM, skills are our tools — and community voices are our power.

Enfield Poets began life in 2000, founded by Anthony Fisher, Valerie Darville, and the late Jane Elder. Its primary purpose was to create a space where local poets could share their work in a supportive and inspiring environment.
This podcast documentary tells the story through the voices of the poets who make up Enfield Poets. In his signature creative montage style, Soveks Lo blends interviews with actuality to craft a charming and evocative radio podcast piece.
Maroon Community Media is a community interest company focused on developing digital media production skills for all. We are now undertaking Podcast Clinics, workshops, courses to help people develop their own podcasts and develop podcast for individuals who wish to use this form of media.
