CT HB7033 - Follow Up

Recently I did and episode where I discussed CT HB7033, a house bill in Connecticut which is designed to protect homeless individuals from harassment, however some of the verbiage within the bill has given some pause. I looked a little more into the bill and I have more questions. CT residents, take notes...we don't want to become San Francisco.
