CT Blames Homeschooling for CT Failures

Earlier this year, a man was discovered to have been held captive by his step-mother for over two decades in the city of Waterbury, CT, sparking debate and questions over how this man fell though the cracks within the system and how to prevent others from having a similar fate. Recently, some have claimed the reason that this man, and other children, have fallen through the cracks is due to lack of oversight and regulations with homeschooling. Others blame DCF. I get into some of the comments made, what homeschooling regulations there are in Connecticut and of course my opinion on the entire thing. Enjoy.
