John Goodey is a naturally gifted Medium from the city of Oxford England, a Minister and President of Oxford Spiritualist Church. 

 His Mum had mediumistic abilities, and his Aunty helped run the Oxford Spiritualist Church.

 He has worked with Spirit all his life, giving messages since about 11 and platform since 14, working in and with trance since the age of 16 for about 54 years now!

In his family it was normal to see and communicate with Spirit, so he was always encouraged communicate with Spirit by his mom.

 He is a teacher and demonstrates both trance and Mediumship for over 40 years, holding groups, circles, conducting one to one readings. 

 He has worked in Holland, Spain through the U.K. and in the USA with his friend the late Janet Nohavec’s Church The Journey Within. 

 John and his family built a centre, named after Benjamin Hawkins know as Ben’s Place Centre for Spirituality on his premises where he lives in Garsington, a small village just outside Oxford, where he host friends -notable Mediums to do Workshops and Mediumship Demonstrations such as Chris Drew, Tony Stockwell, Su Wood, Rebecca Sawyer and many more as-well as many classes workshops specialising in Trance with himself both in Bens place and on zoom Ben’s is now starting to have a following and they are hoping to expand to hold more week long courses in 2025 for overseas visitors with himself and other tutors.
