Her podcast expertise stems from the many facets of her intriguing career: a BioPsychology degree from UBC, a professional beach volleyball player for her native Canada, a change management facilitator for corporates and even a wellness business with over 14,000 members.
She has been the host of her own podcast of 125 episodes (and counting) In The Game for over 5 years.
Through Chatta-Box and podcasting; Sarah wants nothing more than to uplift others and leave the world a better place. When she’s not working she enjoys spending time with her family, some downward dog, travelling and hanging out with her fav friends.
