SPEAKER_01A judge sat in a courtroom. The evidence was overwhelming. The accused stood guilty. The law was clear. The sentence was heavy. Justice demanded punishment. As the judge lifted the gavel, silence filled the courtroom. The guilty as church verdict was about to fall. Then something unexpected happened. The judge stepped down from his seat, removed his robe, walked around the bench, and stood beside the guilty man. He signed the penalty with his own name. He paid the fine himself. He took the punishment upon himself. Justice was satisfied. The guilty man walked free, not because he was innocent. No, he wasn't. But because someone loved him enough to take his place. The guilty man walked free, not because justice was cancelled, but because mercy stood in his place and paid the full price. The verdict said, guilty as charged. The Lord demanded justice, but love stepped forward and said, Let the punishment fall on me. The guilty man deserved the sentence, yet mercy rewrote the ending when another man took the punishment meant for the guilty soul. The guilty man walked free, not because he deserved mercy, but because grace stepped forward, took his chains and gave him a freedom he could never earn. That is the cross. The cross is love carrying justice on his soldiers. The cross is mercy, bleeding so that you can live. Listener, welcome to the fate hour. Where eternity is not a theory, it is reality. Where truth is not adjusted, it is declared. And where your soul is more important than your comfort. Faith in Jesus Christ is not a mental agreement with the gospel, it is a decisive break from the old sinful life and a full surrender to the new holy living. Today we are comforted the most powerful revelation in human history. The love of God revealed at the cross. You see, the love of God is not measured by how worthy you are, but by how far he came to rescue you. Grace is love stepping into your failure, lifting you from what he should have buried you, and giving you a future you never earn. The love of God does not ignore your sin, it confronts it and there chooses to erase it. Forgiveness is love looking at your worst moment and saying, I will not define you by this. I will redeem you from it. The love of God was not spoken in words alone, it was written in words. The cross is love standing in your place, receiving the judgment you deserve, so you can receive the life you never deserve. The love of God is not imagined, it is demonstrated at the cross. It is the love that bleed, the love that sacrifice, and the love that change everything. But hear this word. If you misunderstand the cross, you will misunderstand the love of God. And if you misunderstand the love of God, you will misunderstand salvation itself. Let this be the reality that wakes you up, all sleeping soul. Because many talk about the cross, but few understand it. Some people wear it as an ornament or jewelry, but never follow the cross. Some sing about it, dance about it, and even kneel to it, but never surrender to it. They never surrender their soul to it. This is where many are deceived. They think the cross is decoration, they think the cross is tradition, they think the cross is religion, but the cross is confrontation. The cross confronts our sin. The cross confronts our pride. The cross confronts our independence. The cross confronts our rebellion. Do not miss this because it is important. The cross is proof that sin is so serious, it requires the death of a sinless son of God. The cross is proof that forgiveness is not cheap. It was purchased with the blood of the innocent. Grace did not ignore sin. Grace crushed it at Calvary. The cross is proof that love does not excuse rebellion. It confronts it, carries it, and pay for it. God did not lower his standard to save us. He gave his son to satisfy it. The cross is not a symbol of comfort, it is a declaration that sin came. If sin were small as many are projecting and living today, the cross would not have been necessary. The love of God is not soft. It is strong enough to crush sin at Calvary. Unfortunately, in today's modern world, many want the love of God but they resist the cross. They want forgiveness but they reject repentance. They want heaven but they avoid surrender. But hear this, and I hope clearly, you cannot separate the love of God from the cross of Christ. Because God's love is not proven in words alone, it is proven in sacrifice. Let me tell you something. God's word declared in Romans chapter 5, verse 8. But God demonstrated his whole love towards us. In that while we are still sinners, Christ died for us. Notice the word demonstrates. God did not just say, I love you. He showed it. Not when we were righteous, not when we were holy, not when we deserve it. While we were still sinner, the cross is God's love reaching you at your worst. God did not wait for us to become worthy. He died because when we were not. Hear what prophet Isaiah said in Isaiah 53, verse 5, says loudly. But he was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastiment of our peace was upon him. And by his strife we were healed. This is substitution. This is propitiation. This is atonement. He was wounded for us. He was bruised for us. He was punished for us. The cross is not just Jesus died. The cross is Jesus dying in our place. At the cross, our punishment made his love. Look closely. Look closely. What 2 Corinthians chapter 5, verse 21 says? For he made him who knew no sin to be sin for us that we might become the righteous of God in him. This is the great exchange. Our sin plays on him, his righteousness plays on us. But here this exchange changes our life. Because when righteousness enters us, sin cannot remain comfortable. The cause does not only forgive our past, it changes our future. Listen to what the Lord Himself says in John chapter 15, verse 13. Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friend. God's love is different from human love. Human love often rises and falls with emotional circumstances and expectations. People love when they feel appreciated and withdraw when they feel hurt. But God's love does not fluctuate. Human love often asks, What do I gain from this relationship? God love asks, What can I give to save you? Human love protects itself. Human love often says, If you do right, I will love you. If you fail, I will disarm myself. God love says, I love you. And that love transforms you to live holy. The scripture makes it clear in Ephesians chapter 2, verse 4 to 5. But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ, even when we were dead in transgressions. It is by grace you have been saved. God love when you were spiritually dead. Human love can promise forever, but sometimes cannot sustain it. Couple will say to each other, today do us part. And within days or years, divorces all over the map. God's love proof forever through sacrifice. The cross is not poetry, it is a proof. 1 John chapter 4, verse 10. Make it clear. When the word of God says, This is love, not that we love God, but that he loved us and sent his son as an atoning sacrifice for our sin. Whoman Lord says, I love you. God love says I died for you. Whoman love says, Do not hurt me. God's love says I will bear the heart. Woman love says you owe me. God's love says I pay it all. That is the difference. The love of God is divine, sacrifice, gifts, and suffer. God's love for us is so great that our finished mind are unable to grasp the depth of the love and mercy that God has bestowed on us. Jesus did not just risk his life, he gave it, proving that love of God is greater than the highest fast. But here this, the greatest danger is admiring the cross without surrender to it. The greatest travesty is celebrating the resurrection without resurrecting from our sin. Celebrating resurrection without still living, while still living in sin is the greatest contradiction. You honor the risen Christ with your lives, but deny his power with your life. The greatest tragedy is shouting, his risen, yet refusing to rise from the very sin, he died to break. You celebrate the empty tomb, but your heart remains in the grave. Many love the idea of the cross, few die to themselves at the cross. Jesus said in Luke chapter 9, verse 23, if anyone desire to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross daily and follow me. This is where many are deceived. They want Jesus to carry the cross, but they refuse to carry theirs. But the cross demands response, it demands surrender, it demands transformation. So when he says take up your cross, he means die to pride, die to sin, die to self-rule, die to life that receives God. You cannot be saved by the cross and still live against it. The cross forgives rebellion but does not permit its continuation. The cross is not only where Jesus died, it is where our rebellion must also die. To admit the cross without repentance is to stand near mercy and refuse accepting it. The cross exposes sin in its obvious form. Repentance is the only honest response. Jesus died on the cross to save you. You take up your cross to follow him. This cross brings salvation. His cross brings salvation. Your cross shows discipleship. His cross paid the price for sin. Your cross means you no longer live for sin. The message on Luke chapter 9, verse 23, is this you cannot follow a crucified Savior with an uncrucified life. If we walk away unchanged from Calvary, we have seen the cross, but miss is many. The cross is God's saying sin must be abandoned. Repentance is us agreeing with that verdict. You cannot cling to sin that he died for and claimed the salvation. The salvation he purchased. Hebrew chapter 10, verse 26, 1. For if we sin willfully, after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sin. This is serious. This is eternal. This is sober. To ignore the cross is to reject the only cure. To mock the cross is to reject the only rescue. To live in sin after seeing the cross is to insult the sacrifice. To claim to sin after Calvary is to despise the love that bleeds for you. So what does the cross call you to? Repentance? Faith? Surrender? Obedience. Repentance means turning from sin. Faith means trusting the finished work of Christ. Surrender means giving him your life. Obedience means follow him every day. The cross is not just where Jesus died. The cross is where your old life must die. Just as Galatians chapter 2, verse 20 says, I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. Brethren, can you say that about yourself? That you have been crucified with Christ. To be crucified with Christ means your old self no longer negotiate with sin. The desire that once wore you and nailed to the cross and the life you now live is no longer about self-preservation but full surrender to Jesus Christ. To be crucified with Christ means you stop defending the very nature Jesus died to kill. Pride is crucified. Secret sin is crucified. The need to please people is crucified. You no longer live to protect your old life but to walk in a new one. To be crucified with Christ means the cross is not just something you admire, it is something you experience. Your ego is broken, your will is yielded, and your life becomes evident that the old man has died and Christ now lives to you. The cross does not just save you from hell, it saves you from yourself. So when you come to the cross, you do not negotiate. You surrender. The love refers at the cross the man alive lay down in return. When you say the nails, you cannot continue to play with sin. When you say the blood, you cannot continue living casually. When you see the sacrifice, you cannot continue resisting God. The cross changes everything. Brethren, someone changed by the cross, we hate sin. Then we pursue holiness. Then we see God's will in all they do. They walk humbly, they obey the scripture, they live with eternity in view, not perfection, but transformation. Then they stumble but they return to Jesus Christ. Then they struggle but they surrender. They grow because love is working in them. If the cross is real to you, sin will no longer be comfortable. If the cross is real to you, sin will no longer feel harmless. Because you see what it costs the Son of God to carry it. If the cross is real to you, repentance will not feel optional because love that bleeds for you demands a light that turns toward him. If the cross is real to you, you will not live casually before God because Calvary turns comfort into surrender and admiration into obedience. A heart touched by Calvary cannot remain cold towards holiness. The cross changes your desire before it changes your circumstances. The soul that encounters the cross of Christ are changed and transformed. They begin to love righteousness, they begin to reject darkness, they begin to follow Jesus Christ fully. Because the love of God reveals at Christ, change at the cross, change everything. Listen carefully, brothers and sisters, in the Lord. Jesus Christ went to the cross for you. He carried your sin, he carried your guilt, he carried your punishment. Love held him there, not the nails. Millions of nails cannot heard the King of Glory. Mercy kept him there, not the Roman soldiers. Grace flow from there. But hear this. The cross demands a response. You cannot stay neutral, you cannot stay unchanged. Repent today. Come to Jesus Christ. Surrender your life. Lay down your sins at the cross. Time is short. Life is fragile. Eternity is real. Do not delay. Do not resist. Do not walk away. The love of God has been referred. The cross stands before you. The invitation is open. This is not just a message you had. This is a truth you will answer to. Your soul is online. It's on the line. Eternity is at the door. Choose life. Choose Christ. Choose now. This is fate hour. And this will be the hour that determines your eternity. Do not give up now. The road may be narrow. The battle may be fierce. And the weighty may feel long. But the finish line belongs to those who endure to the end. The kingdom of God is not promised to the comfortable, it is reserved for the faithful who keeps standing when others walk away. When you feel tired, keep praying. When you feel discouraged, keep believing. When you feel alone, keep walking. Every step of endurance is a declaration that your hope is not in this world but in the kingdom of God. The kingdom of God that cannot be shaken. Hold down. Stay faithful. Enjoy to the end. The crown is ahead. Calling Jesus Lord is easy. Obeying Him is the evidence your action at the loudest convention your life will ever make. Is Jesus Christ your Lord? Or just the name you claim? Your life is already answering the question for you. Because true lordship is not spoken, it is lived. If Jesus Christ is really your Lord, then your choices, habit, and private life should prove it. Because a silent life cannot confirm a loud confession. Through the death on the cross, Jesus Christ brought grace to all humanity. But get this grace is not permission to stay the same. It is the power to be changed. The grace of God does not just forgive your past, it reshape your present and redirect your future. It teaches your heart to walk away from sin, to hunger for holiness and to live with a deep reference for God. When grace truly touches your life, it does not leave you comfortable in compromise. It awakens conviction, it builds discipline, it produces a life that reflects Christ. This is not cheap grace. This is transforming grace. Live differently, walk uprightly, honor God with your life, obey the Lord that died for your sin. Beloved, after hearing about the love of God, refill at the cross. This is not the time to remain on change. No. The cross is not just something to admire, it is a call to respond. Love stretched wide for you now. Invites you to surrender fully to him. Come to Jesus Christ now, not casually, not halfway, not when it is convenient. Come because the cross proves how serious your soul is to God. Believe in him, turn from your seed, lay down your pride, your control, and your plan. Let the one who died for you now live in you and rule all over you. As we close, I am reminded of the one of the songs playing loud in our radio station. The voice of grace goes by radio. The song goes like this. Alive forever in Christ. The lyrics capture the very message of the cross, alive forever in Christ. Once I was lost in darkness night, burning down with no true light. Sin has reached my despair. Chain of fear were everywhere, alive forever in Christ. But at the greatest price, death has lost its claim on me. I am safe and am free. My sacrifice, alive forever in Christ. What a powerful reminder. The cross was the greatest price, the resurrection is the greatest victory. And the love of God offers you life today. This is not just a message you had. This is love calling you to decision. Your soul is on the line, eternity is at the door. Choose life, choose Christ, choose now. This is faith hour. And this will be the hour that determines your eternity. If you have not come to Jesus Christ, come today. Tomorrow is not promised for anybody. Eternity is closer than you think. Just one heartbeat away. When that moment comes, where will you be? With Jesus Christ or separated from him forever. Hear this clearly. The cross revealed that Jesus Christ is not one option among many. He is the only savior. The only one who carries our sin. The only one who can cleanse your soul. The only one who can restore what sin has broken. The only one who can turn your darkness into eternal light. So believe in him, trust him, worship him, turn from your sins and follow him completely. Because the love revealed at the cross does not offer temporary relief. It offers total transformation. It turns desert into garden, sorrow into joy, guilt into righteousness, and death into life. Do not let this message end as information, let it become surrender. It is not the hearers of the word who are changed, but those who obey it. Those who yield to the love of God refer at the cross.
