We empower individuals in need by teaching positive and servant leadership principles. Our focus is on facilitating a unique formal process to foster meaningful connections and forge unlikely friendships, nurturing a loving community. Additionally, we are committed to constructing a new modern campus with inclusive facilities to provide comprehensive and humane support for people in need.
Ride The Wave Foundation (RTW), a non-profit organization, was established in 2023. We offer free business training to individuals who feel marginalized by society, seek assistance, and aspire to improve their lives.

Tide Talk: Lead With Open Ended Questions With Javon & Jeff
Welcome to Episode 7 of Tide Talk — a 15-minute podcast series from Ride The Wave Foundation, hosted by Jeff Fisher and Javon Blue.
This week’s principle from the Wave Maker book is all about how we connect — through questions.
❓ Ask with Open-Ended Questions isn’t just a communication trick. It’s a relational superpower.
In this episode, Jeff and Javon dive into:
• The difference between closed and open-ended questions
• How to draw out someone’s story instead of shutting it down
• Real examples from mentorship and street-level connection
• The social value of being open and creating emotional safety in every interaction
• How this principle deepens trust, healing, and transformation
Whether you’re leading, mentoring, parenting, or just trying to connect with people on a deeper level — this episode gives you practical tools to help others feel seen.
