The Power of Paying It Forward: June's Journey Through Homelessness
Join us for an incredibly powerful and brave conversation with our guest, June Wyeroski, a remarkable individual with a story of resilience and hope. In this episode, host Jeff Fisher sits down with June to discuss her journey through homelessness, mental health challenges, and her unwavering spirit.
June shares a deeply personal account of her past struggles with family and how a late diagnosis of severe ADHD and NVLD (nonverbal learning disorder) finally brought clarity. This conversation is a testament to the power of human connection, the importance of paying it forward, and the necessity of compassion over judgment.
This episode also marks the exciting re-branding of our podcast from "Ride The Wave" to the "Wave Maker Podcast," a name that perfectly aligns with our grand commitment to making a tangible, positive community impact. At the Ride The Wave Foundation, our mission is to build a modern, university-style campus dedicated to providing a transformative path for people experiencing homelessness. We believe in providing mentorship, education, and compassionate solutions to help individuals not just survive, but thrive. Listen in and be inspired to become a wave maker in your own community.
