In her speech, Delcy Rodriguez also emphasized that Venezuela has the right to maintain relations with China, Russia, Iran, Cuba, with all the countries of the world, and with the United States as well, she said.

CUBA
In Cuba, the remains of the 32 members of the Cuban security forces who died in the US attack on Venezuela on January the third were received with state honors, and thousands of people joined the tributes in the streets waving flags and saluting as a sign of respect.

The remains are expected to be transferred to their local pantheons of honor for ceremonies in their municipalities of origin.

RUSSIA / IRAN
And Russia accused the United States and the United Nations of attempting to destabilize Iran and warned that its actions could generate bloody chaos in the region.
