Cuba-United States-Russia

Cuba denounces as a terrorist act the attempted armed infiltration by a fast boat registered in Florida carrying 10 Cuban residents in the United States who, in Cuban waters, opened fire on the authorities of the border guard who repelled the attack, killing four of them and injuring the other six, who have already been identified, all with a history of criminal activities and armed with assault rifles, handguns and explosives. 

Secretary of State Marco Rubio claims to be unaware of the details and announces an investigation while the Russian Foreign Ministry said that this is an aggressive provocation by the United States whose goal is to escalate the situation with Cuba and trigger a conflict. 

Ecuador

In Ecuador, the drug trafficker known as "Pipo" identified the US-friendly neoliberal president Daniel Lobo as having ordered the assassination of former presidential candidate Fernando Villavicencio in August 2023, just days before the presidential elections. 

Local media serving the powers that be falsely held the Correismo responsible for this death, which thanked the candidacy of the representative Luisa Gonzalez, who have been leading the cause and, ultimately, Daniel Lobo won. 

Brazil

And in Brazil, the justice system sentenced brothers Domingos and Chiquinho Brazão to 76 years in prison for ordering the 2018 murder of consul woman and activist Marielle Franco, a black politician who fought against police violence and militias threatening economic interests she opposed. 

Other implicated individuals, including a former police officer and a former police chief, also received sentences for cover-up and criminal organization.
