Now back to the title of this episode. This past weekend my husband and I went back to Iowa to visit family for the holiday weekend. Over the weekend, we went to see a theater production of 42nd Street at Drake University. Shout out to Drake University Bulldogs!

The weekend became very eye-opening when I decided to go to a Tai Chi class with my 80 y/o mom. Over the last several years she has stepped out of her comfort zone and I'm thrilled for her!
Tai Chi has always been on my list to try and it took my mom pushing me to go. The outcome was that I loved it and plan to take classes in Colorado where I live.
There is no age limit on learning something new - never!
Lastly, I will be offering 1:1 coaching beginning in late spring/early summer as well as group coaching. Details soon!
