The evening is filled with beautiful hymns, inspiring messages, and a sense of community. Meanwhile, back at home, her dad, Jabari, and her mom, Zoe, are busy preparing for the first night of Kwanzaa. At the neighborhood community center, the family gathers to celebrate unity, self-determination, and the rich cultural heritage that shapes their lives.
