Speaker 1:I am your host, trinisha english, and I'm joined, as always, by the lovely Sadia. What's up, guys? Hello, hello, hello. My little wave. Yes, that's the royalty that you are. Um, it's been a minute. So, sadia, what you been up to just for the past couple days. As we were just talking about pissed off at that damn Beyonce, I just want to let y'all know I'm never pissed off at her. Oh, my god, ever when I tell you that me and Sadia together are livid, we'll get into it, I can't believe her other than that any any.
Speaker 1:Yeah, how are? How have you been? How are things going? Things are going great. Still the same stuff, dealing with this hot weather in Indiana. Yuck, yeah, it's really nasty, it's not fun, it's not a good time at all. And you know, just been doing my same old, same old, just out here, saving one house at a time and slinging drinks In my spare time. Yeah, what about you, fran? Oh, you know, I just been working, um, and trying to work, and dealing with the political climate which has severely impacted my work. It feels like every day, that orange thing just does something that sends someone at my job into a tizzy.
Speaker 1:So, just uh, disassociating. Yeah, that's the best thing to do, and it still hasn't been a year yet. It hasn't even been a year yet. Um, what is this? Technically? Month seven, yes, um, by the time y'all hear it, we'll be beginning on month eight, but as we record this, it still hasn't at that point. It still hasn't been a year. That's crazy and it's crazy. It feels like a lifetime, uh.
Speaker 1:So, yeah, just uh doing that and uh trying to find joy when I can. Um, yeah, that's a, that's about it. That's about it. Um, it's really crazy though, because, uh, since the last time we recorded, we had our lives changed. We had a spiritual experience in atlanta, georgia, um, a few weeks ago, and I am so upset that that has been overshadowed. Just blown out the water, blown out of the freaking water. But it's okay, we're gonna get into it, we're gonna be um, I don't know anything else in the news. You want to? Um, I mean, well, ever, ever since mercury put in her micro braids, it's been crazy.
Speaker 1:Listen, like last week alone was crazy. People were legit dropping like five. Yes, they were. When I say dropping like flies, I mean like going on the glory. Yes, like the funeral homes are busy banging. They are banging right now. Michael or michael jamal warner, yep, hulk hogan, yeah, I mean boo, but whatever, who cares? Um, but still a body that used to be buried. They still got some type of ozzy osbourne.
Speaker 1:I, why am I forgetting the black people that passed? Maybe it was only there was like a jazz singer or somebody. Oh, all right, yeah, yeah, I don't know who that was, but I mean no disrespect to them, no, not at all. But yeah, but it was a lot of people that uh passed away just really quickly. To go back to hulk hogan y'all go stream burke hogan's song. Oh, she gotta come on, give her a little money. You don't remember that song that she had with Paul Wall? Yes, I do remember. No, I mean so. Do I remember that Brooke Hogan had a song with Paul Wall? Yes, because I remember that was also around the same time that they had that reality show on VH1. Yes, yes, yes. Now do I remember the song with Brooke Hogan and Paul Wall? And that's gonna be absolutely not okay, I mean, it was cute. I remember it because it was Paul Wall.
Speaker 1:But the reason why I'm saying stream it because apparently, what the streets is saying, because you know that was a whole thing that she was dating a black guy and he didn't like that, because you know, heart, er, unless they got money, they ain't about to be in my house. So the streets are saying that she told him will take me out, your will nothing to do with you. Because how dare you? I want to see some, I want to see some evidence of that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But if it's true, because they probably have made up in the time since then. This was just in 2003 I'm sorry to uh, 2023 when she requested to be pulled from his wheel. Okay, all right, excuse me, brooke Hogan, yeah, look at allyship. Okay, I mean, girl, you still could have left it in there and then gave the money to us. Yeah, that would have really pissed him off, whatever.
Speaker 1:But if that's true, I think y'all should just go stream her song. Put her up to number one. I mean, y'all put Heidi. What's that? What's from the hills? Heidi? Y'all made her little song. Go number one. Go ahead and do it for Brooke. Oh, yeah, whatever, just give her one little good one. Listen, I'm into it. I'll give her a couple of streams. I'll, you know, give her a little what? 14 cents off of my little two streams. I got her Just giving back. Uh, speaking of music, it was quite a lot of music.
Speaker 1:That also happened. Right, we got the tyler creator album, which was at the top of this week, but the clips y'all had clips. Miss. Y'all was all about the clips album. I still justin bieber job that happened a long time ago is here from the future. I am, and I don't understand. Why are y'all acting like this is new? I swear to you, this happens years. It's not this. That tiny desk happened.
Speaker 1:When I tell y'all this idea, argue me up and down for a weekend as we looked at the time stamps that she had seen exactly everything that had happened in that clips tiny desk previously, because this was just a re-air of that tiny desk it was a re-air that was not new like I was wondering because it's coming on my tongue. I'm like, did something happen? Because again, all these people are dying. So I'm like, did one of the clips got? Like, why are they acting like this is new, like glory, and they listen. They are bad. Malice is now no malice.
Speaker 1:They got songs about praising the lord. Actually, there's a couple of songs on it on there that you know I have made it into my little, into one of the playlists. You know I like to capture songs from time periods to remind myself. You know what I was listening to. Um, so yeah, one of them uh, dropped into it. So you know they had a couple of hits on there. I mean nothing, I'm not banging it like. I'm banging that justin bieber album that one tell me that was falling out of rotation. For me it's good, yeah, it's. It's if.
Speaker 1:Imagine if michael jackson, oh, was still recording music today. Oh, justin bieber recorded all the songs. He said no to him. Put him in an album. That is a hundred percent. What that? What it sounds like? To me, it sounds like these are michael jackson like songs, songs that someone would have written for him that he'd have been like nope, I don't want him. And justin bieber would have collected it. Yeah, he did. I think he did a really great job. It flows well. He's showing his musical talents. He's got Drewski on it.
Speaker 1:So, yeah, I was about to say who all does he have featured on it? Um, uh, that's a good question. I know he's got a sample with a uh like. Or he's got a song that has a 2 Chainz sample in it. Oh, um, I can't really remember. I guess I'm not bumping it as much as I think I am this young swag album, but yeah, he's got a couple of. That's the name of a young swag. No, it's just, it's called swag. There's no young, oh, I added the young swag, the young to the swag. Um, yeah, he's got drewski gonna that, uh.
Speaker 1:And then dijon little b, sexy red is on a song and that song is great until sexy red gets on it. Yeah, I did hear that. Maybe that's what turned me off, because it was named. The name of it is swag and young thug post uh, posted something that, like, swag means someone who aligns with god or something like that or something. No, it doesn't. I don't know what it is. I know he's got marvin wine is the outro. Is marvin wine is singing a gospel song, um, at the end of it, which is has also made it into every rotation in my playlist. So, yeah, I enjoyed it. I would say this I think the reason why the features didn't come to mind is this is very much an album that I am.
Speaker 1:I was not in the target audience. I don't think I hit the um like in the age demographic that justin bieber appeals to. Okay, but I have been a fan of justin bieber since he came out because at the time I was working with kids and he was everywhere, everywhere, and he makes good music. So he's someone who's grown on me. So I definitely am a tt listening to this justin bieber album. Come on, tt, okay. Yeah, I keep saying I don't listen to it.
Speaker 1:Swag out of all things. Yep black, uh, background swag and it's good, it goes. I loved it, yukon, they, yeah, they, the first like three songs are just like an amazing run and I do believe the first song on it all I can take will let you like really colors. My take that it's literally like the songs that. Yeah, that's the opener on it, it it sounds like a song that michael jackson would have been like. That's a really great song and I don't want to record it because it sounds like things I've already done. Oh, okay, now I have to listen to it.
Speaker 1:I did see, um, hayley williams just dropped something. Yeah, I did see that too, which you know I need to investigate a little bit more. I don't know what it is, but, yeah, shout out to her. Yeah, so the music's been good, life's been, you know, as good as it can be, as the season finale of america is happening. Um, cowboy carter, the cowboy finale is crazy. Is it something different, cowboy? Because we have so much error has come to an end and I'm really sad, I am very sad about it.
Speaker 1:The costuming, the Blue Ivy Honestly, rumi Carter, oh, rumi too, rumi Carter, yeah, the costuming, the choreography, the visuals, the messaging, the Everything, everything, everything. The vignettes, the, her being, uh, a godzilla walking right on different towns that she was going to be in, leaning in a? Um, in the car, from the ceiling in the car because she knows we will catch her. The robots like, yeah, all of it.
Speaker 1:The sir davis being the official liquor, the pause, the merch, the merch number one is the merch, well, maybe top, maybe top five, yeah, two, two, yeah, no, no, no visuals, I would give two. The merch is definitely breaking the top five. I don't even know why. I tried to rank it. Um, um, just phenomenal merch rollout. It was the. The uh, special drops for each city was genius.
Speaker 1:She just we do not deserve her, like we don't, we don't, we really don't right. And so I mean, we were at atlanta night three, so we were. We saw the first hove signing yes, which was everything. And um, what I will say is hove really was commanding in that space. It made me want to go see him on tour, if and when. Yeah, I would definitely go see hove if hove decides to.
Speaker 1:I don't even think he's retired, he's just being a husband right now. But if he decides to stay at home dad, yeah, he's being a stay-at-home dad right now and you know, if he's available. He's like he'll be like, hey, can I come out tonight? She's like sure, no, actually he acts blue, I don't know. Yeah, I think it even goes to be yeah. But I think beyonce got there that night and was like, oh, your dad's performing, oh okay, all right, cool, I'll take the extra time. Yeah, but yeah, if he definitely goes on tour, okay, I can do that too. All right, anything else, no, no, oh, you, you negotiated a booty grab on his end and I just have to agree to that. All right, it's okay, all right.
Speaker 1:Is roomie? Oh, she's not gonna act right tonight, cool, whatever, you know, I could just see, I just hear, hear the sit downs that they would have. Well, blue would have with roomie. Like, hey, I thought roomie was going to get fired. In fact, honestly, I am very impressed that she made it through the entire tour. Um, I was very especially after her. I'm so atl on night. Two, one and two, yeah, in atlanta, I definitely thought she had gotten.
Speaker 1:They were like listen, your pip is over. You did not meet the conditions and I'm so sorry. You need to get your things and leave. And I don't know if it's because her mother is the boss or what. But I did not see roomie carter making it through that tour. But I can't see beyonce like trying to like, like reason with blue, like hey, just let just let her finish the tour, and blue's like no, we run a tight ship around here and she's not about to keep doing this. No, she's not, she's not and you can tell, I think.
Speaker 1:Then she got negotiated in like roomie got negotiated in like okay, every three nights you can freestyle just a little bit, just a little bit. And those are the nights where where she couldn't freestyle. Those were the nights where she looked like she was clocked into work and she didn't want to be there. But on the nights she got to give him blue arrow because she, she really showed out and I, roomie, yes, I'm really proud of you. It was a really good thing to see, it was really nice to see. It was a really great tour. It's put together really well. The costuming was phenomenal, the visuals, that just all of the thought that she does into it, the vote obviously we don't the vocals, the catalog, everything the arrangements just really, really great.

Speaker 1:When the cowboy carter tour dates came out, the reason we were in atlanta night three is because that was the last tour date. Yep, and my good sister, dia, said to me you know, she gonna be doing the most at that last date. It's in atlanta, it's in atlanta, let's go there. And what I will give her is she gave us a little something, because that was supposed to be the last show. Hove showed up, she turned it, she did like. She did three nights. She took one night off, she worked thursday, friday, she took saturday off and then she worked sunday and monday, right, so she really did her thing. Y'all broke into her, her dancer's vehicle, because, yeah, let's talk about that.
Speaker 1:At no point should they have had to do any type of investigation. Once you found out that this belongs to Beyonce, you should have took it back. You should have turned around immediately and I don't know how he's going to do it and gave it all back, like I am sorry I didn't, I did not know this was yours. Take it back. What are you doing? Is that we were there? Yeah, we were there, we were standing outside and what's even crazy is I said to trinisha because we were talking about how we're going to get to the concert and everything and we were talking about driving and stuff like that. But I was like they like to break into people, cars in atlanta. So I would rather not. If we have a choice, I would rather just uber, because they will bust your windows out and take whatever. If there's nothing even in there, they still gonna bust your windows out and steal whatever. If there's nothing even in there, they still going to bust your windows out and steal. And I just told her that Jasmine Sullivan that answer Bust the windows out, that rental that's crazy and stole that woman's things and do what you will. I'm not losing. I don't do the leaks. I wait for what is pre-packaged, what's going to be put out.
Speaker 1:Atlanta y'all better hope y'all on the next, on the next tour, on act three nothing to do with me, exactly because, you know, mother don't, mother does not play, has nothing. We can go down a list of people that prove we don't know. Neo know that she don't play because we ain't heard to the left, to the left, and because she don't do it care. Uh, not carrie hilson. Well, carrie hilson too, because she's opening. She's opening for the opener right now.
Speaker 1:Mother don't play and I liked her too. She has, she could write, she wrote right, she has some good singles. She had some good songs. I liked both of those albums, but every once in a while, you know, I guilty pleasure listen to them. But yeah, but yeah, the mother don't play. Khalees found out too. Khalees brought that on herself. Yeah, yeah, they all did. So, yeah, she don't play. So Atlanta, y'all better hope. Yeah, I hope she does come back, but doesn't matter, don't make me no difference. Have car, will travel, I don't care, I don't live here, so that I will give her that.
Speaker 1:But I say all that to say our intention was to be at the last cowboy carter show because we knew, we, yeah, we knew. And then she added three more dates, yep, and then you all saw what happened this weekend. And then this is what I want to say to Beyonce you already know it's like the Hunger Games to get tickets. Say, you already know it's like the hunger games to get tickets. So you know, you know what we have to go through just to get tickets. You can't be like adding stuff on at the end and doing all this extra stuff like, give us some type of grace, ma'am, because, listen, I love that Oprah and Tyler Berry can make it. I love that for them. I love that for them. However, perry can make it. I love that for them. I love that for them.
Speaker 1:However, but I'm talking about me, about me. I'm talking about me and because you know, I got offered the opportunity to go to Vegas. You did. You did by that lady. I don't even call her by her name because I don't like her. Don't even call her by her name Because I don't like her, don't even know her.
Speaker 1:So in one of my very first Like episodes of the podcast, I like go off on my boss. I maybe not say go off, but I like am talking about something that I'm really frustrated about, that I wish she would have did differently. Right, and she listens to the podcast. She texted me about it. It was fine, we're cool. Shout out to my boss, joe. She's great. So I know she's going to hear this. I'm so I hope that she does. I am so I don't know. I could walk past joe and not know who she is. But joe, I don't like you, so upset with her.
Speaker 1:Let me tell y'all how this goes down. I'm having drinks with joe and I'm actually complaining about the fact that I bought tickets to what would be the last show. Right now she's added these extra shows and they're in vegas, and the reason why they weren't on there originally was because of the negotiations with sphere. Y'all know what happened. Y'all know how it went down, y'all know. So I'm just relaying all of this to her and she happens to look at her calendar and realize that she has a layover in las vegas on the same day as the cowboy counter tour. So she changes her flight. Now, mind you, she's headed on a family vacation. She changes her flight, stays the extra time in vegas and she goes to see beyonce. Now she's texted me since then.
Speaker 1:Apparently she had I mean, obviously not even apparently obviously right, she had a really great time. She talked about being really, really rejuvenated. She talked about how it was really great to be able to see her from vegas and how great beyonce is. And blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. She is living the life that I imagined for myself and she lucked into it. Lucked into it like, stop it. Oh. And now I'm being mean to everyone because beyonce hurt my feelings. Yeah, that's how we've been for the past couple days. Everybody can get it, I don't care. I'm cussing everybody out. I'm so upset because Beyonce played me and people know too, because I had people come up to me like Sadia.
Speaker 1:I seen Beyonce brought out Destiny Child and I immediately thought of you and I said, oh, she's pissed. I'm glad, you know. Yeah, I, yeah, I'm like, so I don't even, I don't even care about shibuzy. I forgot he came too. Don't even get it.
Speaker 1:And and hove did a another song too. Yeah, he did niggas in paris. Why didn't you do it in paris? Thank you, I thought I thought he did do it. Uh, I don't think I thought he. I think he did, did he? I might, I don't know. And linda three was the first time he made an appearance. It could be, it could be. I think that's the first time he made appearance in the us. Yeah, but I think he came out because you know how london is so special, london is so special to them. So they be doing. But I think that's all they got. But I don't know. But I don't care about mr schmoozy, I don't care. Listen, that was cute.
Speaker 1:Y'all do y'all, little black country thing, love it, love it for y'all, but and but. Dc3 came out there. It's crazy. Michelle and kelly came to eat down. Beyonce was like usual. My friends are here, my friends are here, my friends are here, my girls are here, and there was that one.
Speaker 1:Then y'all did the mute challenge and kelly roland looked at y'all and told y'all to shut up, shut up. And I just would have given to be just inhaling the same air. I won't even watch the whole video. I don't even know what all they did I did. I seen the snippet of killing, telling everybody to shut up. I know they walked out to lose my breath, but I refuse to even watch the whole video to see what all they did.
Speaker 1:I'm trying, they, uh, I'm trying to remember what song they did. Oh, bootylicious, oh well, exactly. I was like at the very, you could have brought them out with your bills, bills, bills. Yeah, I mean, you had the whole salon thing going. Y'all just could have walked to the other side of the stage and just did that. But I mean, maybe it's a preview, wasn't really in that one, I don't know, oh, she wasn't. That was when they were, still, uh, latoya and latavia. Well, I guess we're. I guess what.
Speaker 1:We got a couple weeks or less than that, until the 13th, to see what the back of the shirt gonna say yeah, the back of the shirt. No one heard. She's probably just trying to think of what to do. She's just like y'all getting excited. I just didn't know what to put on the back of the shirt. That's real. It's not gonna be anything on it. It's just gonna have the tour dates. To what tour? To what tour? And are we gonna get a movie? Of course I, we're definitely getting a movie. Didn't you announce the renaissance movie after the last show? I think it was very close after? Okay, I know they're. The levi's ad is supposed to release, I think, on the fourth, or this is supposed to release sometime next week. Okay, they've been promoting that, I'm sure. Then we'll see the whole run of everything.
Speaker 1:Listen, I'm gonna say this and I don't think she owes me anything. I'm not. This is actually not a complaint. Mama's knee looks like it needs a little bit of a break because I will say, by atlanta night three, yes, you could tell she was hurting and in the video of them stomping down the runway, yeah, destiny's child, I mean beyonce, I mean obviously I'm. And again, like you've done all of these shows right, blah, blah, blah. But yeah, so part of me is like I don't.
Speaker 1:The rumors are that act three is like coming right away, sit down. I think she, mama, need to ice that knee. She needs to sit down off of it or something. Or call meg and take one of hers. She will gladly listen and hurry because clay thompson seems to be closing in on her lower ligaments as we speak, so move quickly. Before she promised him to that nigga. Oh, even if she does, she'll take it back to give it to Beyonce. I'm sorry, klay, I need your left knee, beyonce. Baby, I gotta give it to Beyonce and I'm sure he would gladly be like I'm in love, I'm getting into work.

When they said that, I didn't get scared at all. I was like they are coming to help us. They see that we are in, just they. Yeah, we need them. So, yeah, they're like we're on the way, cool, please.
