Radhika Dutt
Radhika Dutt is the author of Radical Product Thinking: The New Mindset for Innovating Smarter, a globally adopted framework now used in 40+ countries and translated into Chinese and Japanese. An entrepreneur, product leader, and speaker, she has been part of five acquisitions, including two companies she founded. Radhika serves as Advisor on Product Thinking to the Monetary Authority of Singapore and consults with organisations from high-tech startups to multinationals on building products that drive real change. Her experience spans telecom, media, robotics, ad-tech, government, consumer apps, and even wine. An MIT graduate with an SB and M.Eng in Electrical Engineering, she speaks nine languages and is currently writing her second book on why goals and targets backfire — and what leaders should use instead.
