Poetic Plonk
Welcome to Poetic Plonk, an offbeat and unconventional episodic podcast that uncorks the world of creative expression. Join me as I explore a different poem, heartfelt letter or short story in each episode—from classic and contemporary works to some of my own creations now and then. Whether you're a beginner like me or a well-versed literary enthusiast, Poetic Plonk is the podcast for discovering, exploring, and celebrating all forms of literature.

S2, E8: A Most Distasteful Herb
Episode eight revolves all around a herb that is used and lauded in everyday cooking, a herb that some love and some hate. Coriander (cilantro across the pond). I explore the origin story of coriander and how it leeched it's way into cuisines all across the globe. I read an original poem that I wrote about coriander, written from a place of disgust and disdain. I'm not a fan. So sit back, relax and I'll see you on the next one.
