It's Ok
This is a podcast about the highs and lows and all the beauty in between. I think it is important to let people know that life isn’t perfect in any way and to let people know that they are not alone in the things they are experiencing. The two words “It’s Ok” have really helped me accept my feelings and not feel guilty about what or how I feel. So it is ok to feel happy, it is ok to feel sad, it is ok to be confident and it is ok to fuck it all up,... .
I like to share the things I've learned along the way and the things I'm learning right now. You never know who needs to hear it :)
Some episodes will be more in-depth and others will just be about the chaotic life of a twenty-one-year-old student trying to figure out who she is and what she likes. And then we'll see what the future brings :) I am very excited about this journey and so grateful that I get to do this! So enjoy along with me :)
