Hello, beautiful souls, welcome back to another episode of Unleash your Inner Radiance and Mindset Monday, where we are going to dive into personal growth, transformation and living a life to its fullest. I'm your host, lisa Catalyst, life, wellness and Transformation Coach. Today, we are diving into the magical world of manifesting your dream life. Ready to turn your dreams into reality? Let's get started. First, let's talk about the foundation of manifesting, which is actually your aligned thoughts. In order for you to manifest anything and stay in the positive, you need to align your thoughts with the positive. This is where the magic begins. It's about sinking your thoughts and your deepest desires. You know all those dreams that you guys dreamed about, that you hold in your heart. Those things can happen. They can. You just need to align your thoughts and your deepest desires, which is all of your dreams. Make them happen. See, alignment means literally having your thoughts, your feelings, your beliefs and your actions in harmony with your goals, and this is crucial when every part of you is working towards the same objective. What you create is so incredibly powerful. It's focused. It's focused energy that will propel you forward. Let's break down a little bit what that's going to look like. So your thoughts, your thoughts are the seeds of your reality. If you are constantly thinking about your dreams in a positive light, you're actually nurturing those seeds. However, how most of us look at our dreams is our thoughts are filled with doubt and negativity. You're essentially just stifling your own growth. You're stifling your dreams, you're stifling your goals because you've got that negative mindset of is that's a long shot? I can't do something like that. Who do I think I am to do that shot? I can't do something like that. Who do I think I am to do that and I wouldn't be successful. Right, you have these thoughts, but positive, affirming thoughts are definitely your first step towards alignment. So if you can take those negative thoughts and flip them over to positive thoughts and retrain your brain, you can do anything. Now, your feelings and your emotions you know your emotions fuel your manifesting engine because it's energy. Fuel your manifesting engine because it's energy. So when you feel excited, you feel joyful and you feel incredibly grateful about your goals, that creates this magnetic energy that attracts similar positive experiences. It's all energy. But if you look at it the other way, if your feelings of fear and anxiety and doubt and self-doubt, they create resistance, resistance it's really essential for us to cultivate our emotions and cultivate our mindset and increase that energy so that it supports our dreams. Do you think you can do that? Do you think you can do that? We'll talk more on that.

Speaker 1:

Your beliefs, oh my. And able to achieve your goals, you are more likely to take actions that align with that belief. However, if you are the type of person that harbors limiting beliefs, like I'm not good enough or I don't deserve success, you unconsciously sabotage your efforts, and I know that this is a thing that we all do. I'll do, because I am 100% doing this at least twice a day. I catch myself, but it's like we intentionally our subconscious tells us to intentionally sabotage, because if you go into the rabbit hole of I'm not good enough, oh my gosh, where does that go right? Think about that. You say to yourself you're not good enough, and then you say this and you say this and you say this, and you would never say these things to your friends. So don't say them to yourself, because you need your core beliefs to shape your reality, your core beliefs to shape your reality, and you need to know what those core beliefs are, because transforming these beliefs into empowering ones is your key to alignment, so you can take those negative things that you said to yourself or when you go down those rabbit holes. Take those things, write them down Now create a positive out of it. Recite those positives, put them on your mirror, put them next to your bed, put them on your nightstand. Just put them anywhere On your closet wall, on your computer, on your phone. Put them everywhere, because the more you talk positive to yourself, the more yourself is going to believe it, and there's that belief.

Speaker 1:

Now let's talk a little bit about actions, because you need to take action to change your mindset right. So your actions are actually where your thoughts and your feelings and your beliefs come from, because consistent, inspired actions towards your goals signal to the universe that you are serious about manifesting your dreams. Now you might have a big goal, but if you take and you set into action, you making all those smaller steps to get to that big goal, you're propelling yourself forward, you're putting yourself in action, you're creating a harmony that you need and the energy that you need to take yourself to that end point. So when these four elements your thoughts, your feelings, your beliefs and your actions are aligned, you create a powerful cohesive force that drives you towards your goals.

Speaker 1:

Imagine trying to drive a car with the wheels pointing in different directions. That's how not having these four things in alignment is, because then everything's kind of wishy-washy. You wouldn't get very far if you did that. If you think about a car with wheels pointing in all four different directions, you wouldn't get very far, right. But when everything is aligned, you move smoothly and swiftly toward your destination. Isn't that what we want? Swiftly towards your destination, isn't that what we want? So now you're probably thinking, okay, how do we achieve this alignment?

Speaker 1:

Well, I'm going to talk you through a few things. You should have a mindfulness practice. You know. You can start by really becoming aware of your thoughts, and I've talked about this in other episodes too. You need to notice when you are having limiting thoughts and when they arise, and what you're doing when they arise, because what we need to do is we need to take those and we need to gently shift them to more positive and empowering ones. This can be through affirmations, visualization or simply choosing to focus on the positive aspects of your day. I mean, it sounds easy, doesn't it? But we get stuck in those limiting beliefs and then we go down a rabbit hole. And we right, because if you want to change your mind set and your thoughts really fast, record yourself when you're saying those things to yourself and go back and listen to how you're talking to yourself. You will be absolutely disgusted. So I highly recommend you trying it, because it's a big game. It's a game changer. It you know, writing them down was one thing, but actually just subconsciously hitting the record when I'm doing something to see where my mind goes was actually a big eye opener for me. It was like an aha moment.

Speaker 1:

Let's talk about emotional check-ins. I want you to do a regular check-in with your emotions. Are you feeling excited? Are your goals motivating you or are you experiencing fear and doubt? Because all you need to do is use techniques like gratitude journaling or meditation so that you can cultivate some positive emotions that support your manifesting journey, support your manifesting journey Belief.

Speaker 1:

Do you believe you need to identify those limiting beliefs that might be holding you back? That's why I've been talking so much and why I think it's so important that you make a list of the things you're saying to yourself, write them down and then have an attitude that I don't want to talk to myself like that anymore. This is how I'm going to talk to myself and then write those down, because your brain only knows what you put in it. So if you're constantly in this stage of negativity and you're constantly saying these bad things to yourself, that's all your brain knows. So if you take it and you flip it to the other side, your brain and you just keep focusing on those this is what we're going to talk about brain. This is what we're going to see every day. Brain your brain, starts to see it that way. So that's how you take action. That is how you need to believe that you are worthy and capable of achieving your dreams.

Speaker 1:

So when I talk about taking action towards your goals, it doesn't mean that you have to do everything at once, but you do have to keep moving forward. So I want you to create smart goals. If you need help with those, I'll be happy to help you, but you need to break down your goals into these little steps and you need to celebrate every single goal, every single win, every single victory, even if it's the smallest thing. You need to celebrate it, because we don't celebrate ourselves enough. Remember that progress is progress. Remember that progress is progress no matter how small it's progress.

Speaker 1:

So one tool that I think will help you a few prompts, because I know I talk a lot about journaling and I know in the past I've given you some journaling prompts, but here's some things that I want you guys to actually think about. What do I truly desire? What do you truly desire? Write that down. It's your journal, you can write whatever. What do I truly desire? How do I feel about this goal? Can you manifest it? Does the goal mean enough to you that you will work hard to get to it? How do you feel about that goal? What beliefs do I hold about my ability to achieve this goal? That's your next one. What beliefs do I hold about my ability to achieve my goal? Now? That's where your negative self-talk is going to come in and that's where flipping it to the positive is going to benefit you. And, lastly, what actions can I take today, right now, today, to move closer to my dream? So I want you guys to use these prompts to explore your thoughts, your feelings, your beliefs and your actions, because we want to ensure that they are supporting your goals.

Speaker 1:

When you align your thoughts, you create a very powerful energy that attracts your desires, because everything is energy. Have you ever noticed how thinking positively about something seems to bring more positivity into your life? That's how alignment works. That's how alignment works. It's like tuning into a radio station, which we don't do much of that anymore, but it's like tuning into a radio station. When you're on the right frequency, you get a clear, powerful signal. When your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and actions are all in harmony, you become a magnet for your dreams. You become unstoppable. So let's get aligned and start manifesting our best lives. So here's a way we can do this Craft a vision board.

Speaker 1:

It can be an electronic one, it can be one that hangs on your wall, it can be on your phone, it can be you can do it right in Canva, your wall. It can be on your phone, it can be, you can do it right in Canva. But it's a really powerful manifesting tool. Where do you see yourself living? Where do you see yourself in five years? Where do you see yourself in 10 years? How does this dream? What directions does it take? You Put those all on your vision board.

Speaker 1:

Vision boards are a visual representation of your goals and your dreams. They can have everything on it. Envision what you want to do, envision where you want to live, envision where you want to go, envision where you want to travel to. A vision where you want to travel to. Because having a vision board, it actually helps keep your goals front and center. It makes them feel more tangible because you're looking at it all the time going. If I do this, this and this, it gets me closer to that. If I do this, this and this, it gets me closer to that. So you can gather materials out of magazines, photos, quotes, a board, scissors, glue, get all those things, but select images and words that resonate with your goals and arrange them on your board the way that makes you feel inspired. There's vision board apps like Canva or Pinterest or for like digital versions. Go on to Canva and Pinterest and create a board, print it out, put it on Because put it on your phone, have it be your screensaver.

Speaker 1:

You're looking at that every day, right, but you need to understand that your mindset will shift if it has to look at that vision board every day. It actually gets to look at your vision board every day because your mind doesn't know that that stuff isn't true. So take the action to look at it, because you are going to look at it every single day and visualizing each goal as it's already achieved. It's already happened. This is my life. Your brain doesn't know any different. Use all these things to align yourself. Use all these things to align yourself, because vision boards are such a fun and creative way to stay focused on your goals. Every time I look at mine, I feel a surge of motivation and clarity. It's like a roadmap to my dream life.

Speaker 1:

So and who doesn't want that? Right? Are you living your dream life right now? Is there a few things that you could change? Maybe right, but we need to shift our mindset, because our mindset is everything when it comes to manifesting Everything, because you have to believe that you deserve your dreams and are capable of achieving them. Your mindset shapes your reality. So, with the right mindset, anything is possible. So a positive mindset attracts positive outcomes. Right, a positive mindset attracts positive outcomes. Right, it's as simple and as complex as that. A positive mindset attracts positive outcomes Because where's your negative mindset gotten you? Where's your negative mindset gotten you? Is that powerful? The thoughts you entertain and the beliefs you hold create your reality. If you believe that you are capable and deserving, you open yourself up to opportunities, to miracles, to successes.

Speaker 1:

On the other hand, like I just talked about, if you are plagued with self-doubt and negativity, you're going to find yourself stuck and unable to move forward. Because if you're stuck in a mindset that just is all negative, look at where it's gotten you. You're thinking what you think about grows right. I know that's a tough thing if you've been stuck in that for so long to go. Oh, I actually did that because I kept thinking that way. If I change it to this, it'll be better, but I don't want you to find yourself stuck and unable to move forward. So try this for 21 days, we'll see.

Speaker 1:

Common limiting beliefs include thoughts like I'm not good enough, I don't have what it takes, I'm not successful. Successful. These things keep you from achieving your potential, but you can overcome them. That's the good news. So I want you to use affirmations, and I give you affirmations every Monday, so don't tell me that you don't have any affirmations, because I want you to start the day with a positive affirmation that reinforces your self-worth and your capabilities. For example, say to yourself I am deserving of all the good that life has to offer. There's one affirmation for today I am deserving of all of the good that life has to offer, I am capable of achieving my dreams. Second one there you go.

Speaker 1:

I want you to practice gratitude. Shift your focus. Shift your focus from what you lack to what you have, to what you dream of. Gratitude transforms your mindset from one scarcity to that of abundance. So keep a gratitude journal and write down at least three things that you are grateful for each day. Just find happy things to write down. Surround yourself with positivity, because your environment greatly influences your mindset. So I want you to surround yourself with positive influences. Read uplifting books, read self-help books, listen to motivational podcasts and spend time with people who inspire and support you.

Speaker 1:

I know right now there's a lot of negativity in the world. Try to distance yourself from negativity that influences you and only causes you to drain your energy and dampen your spirits. So I hope this is resonating and I want you to consider using apps affirmation apps Like Think it Up although I've not tried that one, somebody else told me about that one or which allows you to record your own affirmations and listen to them daily. So that's kind of a cool thing. But if you want to listen to your record, you can just record them on your phone and you don't even need to have an app, because I give you plenty and you can write your own. So it's just kind of cool because you're recording them in your voice. We'll use your recording voice on your phone. There's another app, like Gratitude, which can help you just maintain consistent practice by sending you daily reminders to log your gratitude. If you need daily reminders, then try one of those.

Speaker 1:

But a crucial aspect of taking your steps and flipping your switch, that's when you flip your switch. That's when you start to believe your own potential and the universe aligns with you to support you. It's about shifting your mindset from scarcity to abundance. Think of your mind as a garden. What you plant and nurture grows Right. Plant seeds of positivity, of confidence, of belief in yourself, of self-worth, and watch as they flourish into a beautiful reality. By cultivating a I just can't even say this enough by cultivating a manifesting mindset, you set the stage for your dreams to become your reality. For your dreams to become your reality. Remember, you are deserving, capable and worthy of all the good things life has to offer. Start believing it and watch how your life transforms.

Speaker 1:

So let's talk a little bit more about taking action, because manifesting isn't about dreaming, or it isn't just about dreaming. I guess I should say it's about doing. It's about doing things like a vision board, like rewriting your nasty things, like recording yourself talking to yourself and then writing down positive ways that you can talk to yourself. It's about breaking down your goals into smaller, manageable steps and creating a timeline and action steps to keep you on track. But in all that, I want you to stay open to the new opportunities and the new miracles and be flexible and open to see all of the miracles you can do.

Speaker 1:

Positivity planners there's productivity planners like Trello and Asana. I've never used Asana. I've used Trello a little bit, but it's just so important to take action, because action truly is where the magic happens. I mean, you can have the most beautiful vision board and the most aligned thoughts, but without action, your dreams remain just that dreams. So take every step you can to bring you closer to your goals.

Speaker 1:

Manifesting is more about the journey than the destination. So I want you guys to find joy in the journey. I want you to celebrate your wins. I want you to set your goals. I want you to, if you do one thing I just sent three emails oh my God Celebrate yourself, because what you should actually do is write down three big goals that you want to get done each day. Where are you going? You're moving forward. That's how important it is.

Speaker 1:

Practice self-care, because that is so important. We are not kind enough to ourselves. I was just told that the other day we are not kind enough to ourselves. Told that the other day we are not kind enough to ourselves. So practice self-care. Stay motivated. Don't get burnt out. Looking at your vision board, how are you going to get burnt out? Because you know that if you take these steps, it's going to send you in the direction of that vision board.

Speaker 1:

Use a gratitude jar to note and celebrate your daily achievements. That will be a mindset shift. Right, because it shifts your focus on outcomes and appreciating each of the steps in the process. That's what that does, because it's seeing. Look at that. I'm putting all these things into my gratitude jar. That means I'm saying a lot of good things to myself. I'm thinking a lot of good things because the journey to manifesting your dreams is full of growth, learning and joy, and by embracing each and every moment, you will find fulfillment, not just in the end result, but in every step along the way.

Speaker 1:

One of the big things for me. It's been a dream of mine for like probably five years, if not longer. Um was to write a book. Well, um, one of my things that I am now doing and um it's coming to almost fruition is writing a chapter in a book. So I, with 30 other women, have written written a chapter in the Unstoppable Four and is coming out in August, and I am beyond blessed to have followed my vision of actually writing a chapter in a book. So I just wanted to share that with you guys. That's all for today's episode on manifesting your dream life.
