Hey there, beautiful souls, welcome back to another episode of Unleash your Inner Radiance. I'm your host, lisa, your Catalyst, life, wellness and Transformation Coach, and today we are diving deep into a question that might just change your life. Are you happy with your life? Take a moment and let that question settle in. How does it make you feel? Does it stir something really deep inside of you? Maybe a sense of contentment, or perhaps a twinge of unease? Wherever you are on the spectrum, it is okay.
Speaker 1:Today we are not just here to ask that question. We're here because we want to explore what it means, why it matters and what you can do about it. So let's break it down. What does happiness look like to you? Is it the big things the career, the success, the financial security, a loving family? Or is it the little moments, a quiet cup of coffee in the morning, the sunrise or the sunset, or maybe just the sound of your dog's paws as they walk across the floor, or that feeling of the sun beating down on your face during your afternoon walk? Or maybe, just maybe it's something deeper A sense of peace, a fulfillment or an alignment with who you truly are. But here's the thing Happiness is not a one-size-fits-all.
Speaker 1:It's about checking the boxes. No, it's not about checking the boxes, but most people think it is. We got to check all those boxes before we can be happy. It is not in any way about checking off the boxes or fitting into someone else's mold. It is about you, your journey, your growth, your unique blend of passions, quirks and dreams. And if your answer to that question are you happy with your life? Is anything less than a resounding yes, it is not a failure, it is an opportunity. It's a nudge from the universe telling you that something needs to shift and that you are ready for more.
Speaker 1:In this episode we're going to go a little bit deep on three key areas where, if you start making those shifts in those areas, you will see a change in your life. So number one is mindset. How do you view happiness? Is it something you chase or something you create from within? I want to dive into the power of perspective and talk about how shifting your mindset can transform your reality. Now, if you do not follow Laura St John, I have a link to her six-week course in my show notes. I highly highly recommend you taking that six-week course. Oh my gosh, it is absolutely mind-blowing. And in that course she talks about snacking on happy. So every time you have a bad moment, find a happy moment in it. Just snack on it. Just snack on it. She has some exercises that are completely mind-blowing, so I highly recommend you check out her link in the show notes.
Speaker 1:Number two balance. Are you juggling too much, leaving absolutely no room for joy? Now, I can relate to that because I do that a lot. I know I need to live my life, but I'm also five years from retiring, so things need to happen and I get involved in things, and I might get involved in too many things, but I'm trying not to let it steal my joy, because maybe you're stuck in a rut, maybe you're afraid to pursue what really lights you up. That's what I'm trying to do Pursue what really truly lights me up. We'll talk about how to find that sweet spot of balance in your life. Action Number three action.
Speaker 1:What steps do you think that you can take, starting today, to move closer to a life that truly makes you happy? One would be signing up for a six-week course, because I highly recommend that, but there are small changes that you can do in your life that can lead to huge transformations, and I'm here to guide you through that process. Now I want to talk and take this just a little step, one step further. I guess We'll go one step further and ask you another powerful question Are you living your life to the fullest? Are you? Are you living your life to the fullest? Think about it. Are you showing up for yourself every single day, embracing your passions and pursuing your dreams, or are you playing it safe, holding back, waiting for the right time to start living the life that you want? Waiting for the right time to start living the life that you truly, deep down in your soul, want? Living life to the fullest doesn't mean you have to be fearless or have to have it all figured out, because none of us have it all figured out. It is about being courageous enough to take those small steps towards what makes your heart sing. It's about embracing the messiness of growth, the messiness Do it messy and the vulnerability of truly being seen and the freedom that comes with letting go of what no longer serves you. So let's affirm together.
Speaker 1:I know this is a Mindset Monday, so I wanted to give you a affirmation, like I always do, so I want you guys to write this one down. I want you to journal on it. Here it is I am worthy of a life that makes me feel fulfilled. Let me start over. I am worthy of a life that makes me feel fulfilled, vibrant and truly alive. A life that makes me feel fulfilled, vibrant and truly alive. I release the fear of the unknown and step boldly into my fullest potential, knowing that I'm supposed to be supported every step of the way, every step of the way you are supported, every step of the way you are supported every step of the way.
Speaker 1:To help us dive a little bit deeper on those questions, I've got two journal prompts for you. I thought I'd change it up a little bit today. One when I think about living my life to the fullest, what emotions come up for me? What fears or beliefs might be holding me back from fully embracing my potential? That's number one. Number two what is one small but meaningful action I can take this week to move closer to a life that feels more aligned with my true self? How can I start living more fully today?
