I've already apologized to the parents over and over again, because we know you're an objection.
Speaker 2:Don't apologize to you.
Speaker 3:Attorney Norm Pattis called it strategic.
Speaker 4:We thought it was vicious and uncalled for and gratuitous. But at the same time the plaintiff's attorneys called for a recess to determine how they'd orchestrate the rest of the day.
Speaker 3:You think I could book that for, like the weekend of the 14th, when the soundtrack comes out? You think I could book that for like the weekend of the 14th, when the soundtrack comes out? If so, bump somebody. All right, thanks, all right, love you, man. Bye, I got my MTV out. Savage, I'm a savage, oh I'm a savage.
Speaker 2:Whatever I want, I'm going to get. Whatever I want, I have to get.
Speaker 5:And want I have to get and you're confident on these cases. You don't think you're going to be behind a defendant table throughout the entire campaign, crippled and unable to campaign.
Speaker 6:If I am, if I am, it's going to show what a fake deal it all is. It's all fake. It's all just fake stuff.
Speaker 5:Do you?
Speaker 6:want it televised In order to interfere with the election. This was election interference at the highest level. One person is responsible for this nightmare and he's acknowledging. He brags about it Donald Trump.
Speaker 5:Chief White House Correspondent, mary Bruce, traveled with the president. Good morning Mary 2020.
Speaker 9:Rape conviction against former media mogul Harvey Weinstein was thrown out by New York's highest court today.
Speaker 10:Now to another big headline Arizona's governor plans to sign a bill today repealing a 160-year-old abortion ban.
Speaker 2:Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Patriot News Hour with your host, joshua Capilla, the independent with conservative values, fighting the liberals, protecting the homeland from terrorists and foreign. Ladies and gentlemen, we're not gonna stop. We're not gonna stop, we're gonna tell the truth. They want to suppress the information, they want to spread the lies, but we're holding everyone accountable. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Patriot News Hour.
Speaker 4:Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. This is Joshua Kapil, your host on the Patriot News Radio. There's so much to talk about. There's so much going on. Right now, the world is in utter chaos. We have job firings the federal government, we have an ensuing war in Ukraine and Russia, we have Israel fighting Iran. We have Imas, al-qaeda. I mean, what the hell is going on? What do we do? Ladies and gentlemen, everybody has a million questions and I am here as your host to break this thing down.
Speaker 4:Remind you that I voted for Trump, and the reason why, in the very beginning, was because the open borders Biden was a complete disaster. On the front of the border, thousands of people were pouring in the immigration problem. The crisis was out of control, immensely, exponentially out of control. Americans were living in fear. Illegal immigrants, criminals from mental asylums were pouring over, children were getting raped, people were being killed and there was an American outcry that swung every swing state in President Donald Trump's favor. But hold up, that's not me basically letting him off the hook, because he broke a lot of promises to me, also as an American. Number one that I'm really disappointed is President Trump has just done a mass sweep of everyone these illegal immigrants, hardworking individuals that have established roots. A lot of them came over here recently. Millions have been here for years and I don't agree with that.
Speaker 4:I was talking to a couple of friends last week and I said he lied to me, didn't really know what to say. They were quite astonished, but he did lie to me and I voted for him. And I remember when a politician lies to me and I asked that you do the same. Remember, hold them accountable. Once you become so beholden to the right or so beholden to the left, it's inevitable that you will become brainwashed and you do not redress your grievances with the government. So I urge all of you to hold your politician accountable.
Speaker 4:We're American, you have the right to vote for a Democrat. You have a right to vote for a Republican. We live in the greatest country in the world and our democracy is teetering on the edge for many different reasons. And I want to get into the situation about Donald Trump and what he's doing to immigration. With immigration, there are those that say Mr Trump is federalizing the National Guard and a judge just knocked him back and said hold up a minute. We have to give control and authority back to Newsom, and I'm not a fan of Newsom at all for many reasons. The fires, the liberal policies, the destruction of the nuclear family, I believe is an absolute disaster in my mind.
Speaker 4:But Trump, on the other hand, is a disaster in so many ways too, and I'm going to be honest with you, my audience. There are Republicans in office that do great things. There are Republicans in office that do terrible things. Same with the Democrats. There are Democrats in office that do great things. There are some that do terrible things.
Speaker 4:But I want to highlight a situation where Donald Trump deported a little girl that had brain cancer and she was an American and one or two of her parents were illegal immigrants. So you're doing these massive sweeps at Home Depot, you're doing these massive sweeps at car washes, at restaurants, these jobs that Americans really don't want to work. Maybe some teenagers here and there, but what is happening? It's almost like Gestapo tactics we're looking at. Remember, I voted for him, but I am not happy that he lied to me. But then again, clinton lied, obama lied, bush lied, everyone lies, but that's politics, right? You bend the truth as long as it doesn't break. Well, a lie is breaking and bending under the truth. Right now, ladies and gentlemen, we're going to touch on a lot of topics, from immigration to Iran to Israel, to federal jobs being lost, but first I want to touch on the immigration policy. So, ladies and gentlemen, I have one question Are you ready?
Speaker 8:56 past the hour. Donald Trump's immigration crackdown has resulted in a 10-year-old US citizen girl with brain cancer and her four US citizen siblings all deported with their undocumented parents when they were on their way to an emergency medical appointment. Joining us now is NBC News reporter Nicole Acevedo. Nicole, what happened here?
Speaker 7:Well, jose, this happened about a month ago. This family was on their way to the doctor in an emergency, with their kid, who has been recovering from brain cancer from the past year. They lived in the Rio Grande and they were on their way to Houston, where the girls specialists are based on, and on the way there's an immigration checkpoint that the family has crossed every time that they have to go to Houston to give care to her kid, and they were prepared every other time with these letters from their doctors, from their lawyers, explaining the situation so they could pass. But this time, jose, it was different. The letters were not enough. When the CBP officials that were at the checkpoint there, when they asked the parents to show documentation of their status, they didn't have any, and that caused them to arrest them in that moment. But they weren't alone. They were with five other of their children in that vehicle and all of them were detained. And at least four of those kids are US citizens and a lot of people don't know this, jose are US citizens and a lot of people don't know this, jose.
Speaker 7:But if you're an undocumented parent that gets picked up by immigration authorities and you have US citizen kids, your options are really limited. If the kid stays in the United States, they actually go into the custody of the government and enter the foster care system, regardless of whether they have family members in the United States or not. The other option is to have the kids come with them to the country where they're being deported to. And this mother in this family, faced with this option, with a sick child, you know, she tells me when I spoke to her that she felt like she was literally between a rock and a hard place. So you can imagine that this family now they have been in Mexico after their deportation about a month. The mother tells me that the kids have not been able to go to school. Her kids have not been able to get the health care they need, especially this little girl, to make sure that her recovery cancer continues in the right track make sure that her recovery cancer continues in the right track.
Speaker 8:And Nicole, the Texas Civil Rights Project says the parents did not have any criminal history once they crossed the border.
Speaker 7:Yeah, that's what they are telling me. The lawyer who's representing them in the organization tells me hey, these people, the only thing they didn't have were their documentation.
Speaker 8:Nicole Acevedo. Thank you very much.
Speaker 4:Ladies and gentlemen, this is not a good situation.
Speaker 4:What's happening right now? You have a child that's literally taken out of treatment, sent back to Mexico or taken away by the US government. Now, this is what I did not sign up for. This is wrong, this is anti-American, this is not right.
Speaker 4:I am all for abiding by the laws and enforcing immigration policy, but when you make a backdoor deal for tens of years, for a decade or two, a generation or two, and then you blame those that you come over to do the slave labor for us as Americans, and blame them and then act like they're the enemy, this is absolutely 100% ridiculous. Raiding Home Depots, stopping families at checkpoints, breaking them up and Kristi Noem and Donald Trump can stop this at once. They can enforce the policy and say if these individuals have not committed a crime, let them go. If they have American children, let them go and focus on the criminals, the rapists, the kidnappers, the individuals that are being released from mental institutions and then send them to El Salvador under the prison.
Speaker 4:Ladies and gentlemen, this is not good, this is not right, this is actually anti-American and Trump broke the promise, and it amazes me how people have selective memory. They tend to choose to forget willingly about what Trump said, about what any politician says, and that's why me, ladies and gentlemen, I am an independent with conservative values. I hold on to what's fast and good, and that is God, that's Christ, my Savior, and that is the Bible. So right now, I want to pan over to another clip and I want you to hear what Donald Trump promised you and me about immigration policy. Ladies and gentlemen, are you ready?
Speaker 10:Of the president-elect, mr Trump, vowed to make immediate and sweeping changes after he takes office on January 20th. In his first post-election interview with Meet the Press moderator, kristen Welker, he spoke about inflation, january 6th pardons and also immigration. Is it your plan to deport everyone who is here illegally over the next four years?
Speaker 5:Well, I think you have to do it and it's a it's a very tough thing to do, it's but you have to have. You know you have rules, regulations, laws. They came in illegally. You know, the people that have been treated very unfairly are the people that have been online for 10 years to come into the country, and we're going to make it very easy for people to come in in terms of they have to pass the test.
Speaker 10:The president elect says the mass deportations could possibly include the American citizen family members of those deported. He is open to working with Democrats on a legislative way to keep dreamers in the United States.
Speaker 9:Staying on the topic of immigration, you've said that you're going to carry out the largest domestic deportation operation in American history. Unquote. Does that mean that you will deport every undocumented immigrant in America, including those who have jobs, including those whose spouses are citizens and including those who have lived here for decades? And if so, how will you do it?
Speaker 6:Just one second. He said we killed three people. The people we killed are al-Baghdadi and Soleimani, the two greatest terrorists, biggest terrorists anywhere in the world, and it had a huge impact on everything, not just border on everything. He's the one that killed people with the bad water, including hundreds of thousands of people dying, and also killing our citizens when they come in. We are living right now in a rat's nest. They're killing our people in New York, in California, in every state in the union, because we don't have borders anymore. Every state is now a border and because of his ridiculous, insane and very stupid policies, people are coming in and they're killing our citizens at a level that we've never seen. We call it migrant crime. I call it Biden migrant crime. They're killing our citizens at a level that we've never seen before. And you're reading it like these three incredible young girls over the last few days. One of them, I just spoke to the mother and he just had the funeral for this girl, 12 years old.
Speaker 6:This is horrible. What's taken place? What's taken place in our country? We're literally an uncivilized country now. He doesn't want it to be, he just doesn't know. He opened the borders Nobody's ever seen anything like and we have to get a lot of these people out or we have to get them out fast because they're going to destroy our country.
Speaker 6:Just take a look at where they're living. They're living in luxury hotels in New York City and other places. Our veterans are on the street. They're dying because he doesn't care about our veterans. He doesn't care, he doesn't like the military at all and he doesn't care about our veterans. Nobody been worse. I had the highest approval rating for veterans taking care of the VA. He has the worst. He's gotten rid of all the things that I approved, joyce, that I got through Congress, all of the different things I approved. They abandoned. We had by far the highest and now it's down in less than half because he's done all these great things that we did, and I think he did it just because I approved it, which is crazy, but he has killed so many people at our border by allowing all of these people to come in.
Speaker 4:And it's a very sad day.
Speaker 4:Thank you, president Trump would have to spend to alienate these individuals. But that's not the worst of it. The worst of it is the very thing you're trying to legislate against as far as or for, I should say, is locking pedophiles up, criminals up, individuals that are child sex trafficking. You're going to round thousands and millions of people up, mass deportation and drop them into the criminal element known as Mexico, with all the gangs, the cartels, the MS-13s, and it's going to be a pedophile's field day. What I mean by that is you're going to take Americanized individuals by the millions and then drop them off with no sense of culture and what to do and how to survive. That is the most inhumane thing possible. But we made the deal not me but the politicians did, not you but the politicians did to use slave labor to build this country and then to turn around and act like these families are the enemy, when a lot of the children are American, born, covered by the Constitution, birthright citizenship, and then you want to go back and say, well, we'll let the dreamers stay. Well, how are they going to stay when you're destroying and tearing the family apart and, at the same time, saying I'm a Christian, that's not what I voted for.
Speaker 4:I voted for immigration enforcement, ladies and gentlemen, and this is wrong. You go too far to the left, you destroy the wrong. You go too far to the left, you destroy the country. You go too far to the right, you destroy the country, and that is why I am an independent with conservative values. The problem is, our nation has chosen a side and our nation, our population, has become supremely blinded by the word immigration and illegal immigration. We need to fix this. They are human beings, they have families and it could have happened to any one of us. We left our border in. We used individuals to work in hotels, grocery stores, car washes, to pick our food and vegetables, our hotels that we go and stay at. So to turn around and vehemently villainize individuals and call them evil and to threaten mass deportation and enact it is an abomination in my mind. But, ladies and gentlemen, we're digressing. Let's get to the news on Iran and then we'll add some commentary. So, ladies and gentlemen, are you ready?
Speaker 11:We begin with breaking news from the Middle East as Iran launches retaliatory strikes against Israel. These are the live pictures from Tel Aviv, where we can see huge plumes of smoke rising over the city. It's not clear if they came from missile strikes or the interceptions, but emergency services say seven people were injured on the ground. According to the AFP news agency, this is how it looked about an hour ago, with air defence systems intercepting missiles above Tel Aviv, and we've also seen a big explosion. Not sure yet what was hit and of any confirmed injuries, but we are getting some images suggesting that a building certainly has been hit and some reports of injuries. Our colleagues on the ground say they've heard several window rattling booms. Our reporter in Jerusalem has seen drones. Israel says it's continuing its airstrikes on Iranian military targets.
Speaker 11:Meanwhile, following that first wave of attacks last night, which hit nuclear sites and several targets in the capital, this video shows the aftermath of a new airstrike near Tehran in the city of Gamdari, and Iranian media say the country's air defence is now activated in near Tehran, in the city of Ghamdari. Iranian media say the country's air defence is now activated in central Tehran. A loud explosion has also been heard in Isfahan. It comes after several of Iran's military leaders and six of the nation's top nuclear scientists were killed, with state media reporting that civilians, including children, are amongst the dead.
Speaker 11:Iran's airspace has been closed indefinitely, forcing hundreds of flights to take longer routes around the conflict zone, and in the last couple of hours, russia's leader, president Putin, has spoken to both the Iranian president and the Israeli prime minister, condemning the Israeli strikes and offering mediation between the countries. Well, let me just show you also live pictures from New York, because the UN Security Council is about to start an emergency meeting to discuss the situation. We'll bring that to you live. The Iranian foreign minister has said that Israel has crossed every red line and the international community must not let these crimes go unpunished. Ione Wells, our correspondent, is in Jerusalem. Ione, just bring us up to date with what we know is happening in Israel, with these strikes continuing.
Speaker 12:That's right. In the last couple of moments, iran's state media and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard have confirmed that Iran is indeed trying to strike targets in Israel. They have said that they are launching the third round of missile retaliatory strikes on Israel. So that explains why we have seen images of drones, of explosions both here in Jerusalem but also in Tel Aviv as well. Now, just earlier this evening, from where I'm standing, I could see a couple of drones flying through the sky here, some of which seemed to end in what were quite big explosions. We heard bangs, we heard a sort of low, rumbling noise echoing throughout the city, which has been something that our colleagues in Tel Aviv have been reporting as well.
Speaker 12:Now, as you touched on, it's not clear whether these explosions are the sounds of missiles hitting the ground or hitting targets here in Israel, or whether they are the sound of them being intercepted by Israel's defense operations. Now, certainly, israel has said it is working on intercepting missiles, but it's clear that attacks are continuing on both sides. This evening, earlier in the evening, we heard as well from Iranian state media that the Iranians were working on intercepting further missiles in Tehran as well, and the IDF confirmed that they had now hit 200 targets in Iran. That's double what they had reported previously in the day. So, as was widely expected, we are seeing further escalation this evening. As I say, that was not necessarily a surprise, after both sides said that this was now a war. The IDF had said it's war. Iran's foreign ministry earlier had said that Israel's actions amounted to a declaration of war. So it was expected that this would continue this evening and we're waiting to see what the extent of damage will be throughout the night this evening.
Speaker 4:Ladies and gentlemen, there is so much going on and I want to read an article from June 13, 2025. And it's called Five Key Reasons Behind Israel's Defensive Strike on Iran's Imminent Nuclear Threat. Israel's precise preemptive strike on Iranian nuclear and military targets, named Operation Rising Lion, is a decisive response to the escalating and imminent threat posed by the Iranian regime's nuclear weapons ambition and regional aggression. After years of failed diplomacy, iran has repeatedly defied international warnings, rapidly expanding uranium enrichment and made alarming progress towards developing a nuclear weapon, all while repeatedly calling for Israel's annihilation. Coupled with direct missile and drone attacks on Israel in 2024 and the widening reach of Iran's terror network, these actions left Israel with no choice but to act to protect citizens and prevent a nuclear-armed Iran.
Speaker 4:We have to understand something, ladies and gentlemen If Iran becomes a nuclear nation, they will put these nuclear warheads on the ICBMs and they will fire them off, destroying, possibly, america, israel, causing a nuclear holocaust, a nuclear winter, and nobody will survive this. When it happens, we'll all fry, we'll all die. I mean, this will be a terrible, terrible situation. So Trump, working with Israel, providing these weapons, as he's negotiating with Iran, he's basically doing a Trojan horse strategy and getting ready for the strike. I am really curious to see where this goes If we enter World War III. This is not going to be good for anybody. Nobody will win this game. I mean, people are stocking up right now. If it gets bad, the stock market will be impacted, supplies will run low, the fear index will shoot through the roof.
Speaker 4:We have to be very careful, but we're going. I mean, look, ladies and gentlemen, you can possibly have two nuclear powers if Iran obtains nuclear weapons, and they basically have a religious war going on, going back to biblical times, making claim to the error of who God's people really is. And I'm not going to get into that, ladies and gentlemen, even though I'm a theologian, but I do want to say that we are in a dangerous position. Time's running low and I will carry on in the next episode to keep you guys up to date. What is happening? Remember, I'm not a Republican or a Democrat, I'm an independent with conservative values. Until next time, ladies and gentlemen, this is Joshua Kapia signing off on the Patriot News Hour.
