Global Convoy is an adventurous collective founded by Max White, Joel, and Becca, who turned the outrageous idea of driving £75 cars around the world into a global community of overlanders. Starting with a beat-up Nissan Micra and a Skoda bought off Gumtree, their journey took them through Russia, Central Asia, Japan, the Americas, and beyond, fueled by breakdowns, hitchhikers, and the kindness of strangers. Their story grew into a movement, inspiring others to embrace mishaps, mayhem, and magic on the road. From the Pan-American Highway in a converted yellow school bus to their annual “Mayhem” expeditions, Global Convoy continues to prove that adventure is about community, not luxury. Alongside building resilient travelers, they champion causes like Adventure Mind, showing how outdoor exploration fuels confidence, connection, and mental health.
