Georgia Barker is a UK-based wildlife photographer, content creator, and founder of Nature with Georgia — a growing online community inspiring people to reconnect with nature. After leaving a career in customer service and years of solo travel across Australia, Africa, and Canada, Georgia rediscovered her sense of wonder close to home through birdwatching.
Her candid storytelling and photography celebrate the everyday beauty of British wildlife — from barn owls to garden sparrows — showing that adventure doesn’t always mean far-flung destinations. Through free community nature walks, ethical photography, and a determination to make birding “cool,” Georgia promotes accessibility, curiosity, and conservation for everyone.
