Alastair Humphreys
Alastair Humphreys is a British adventurer, author, and National Geographic Adventurer of the Year whose global expeditions span multiple disciplines. He spent over four years cycling 46,000 miles around the world, rowed across the Atlantic Ocean, completed a self-supported foot crossing of Iceland, and trekked 1,000 miles across the Empty Quarter desert.
Despite his massive physical resume, Alastair is most famous for pioneering the concept of "microadventures"—short, local, and accessible outdoor challenges designed for ordinary people with busy lives.
