Some of us have certain things that we know triggers our HS to flare up, others have no idea what their triggers are, and some are on a journey to find out...and ALL of these are OK! For some, triggers can be certain clothing, mechanical stress, sweat, friction, what you may or may not be eating...the list goes on so we took some time to talk about it!
We have said it once & will say it forever, your HS is not your fault. However; taking time to journal or be more aware of your daily actions can help identify if there’s anything you can do to help.
We hope this conversation will help you on your journey to learning about your HS!
