I’m Lee, a psychotherapist with years of experience in counselling and mental health.
I’ve worked in gambling support programs in collaboration with Crown Casino and Lottery West in Perth, as well as within women’s and men’s prisons.
These days, I work in private practice in the UK in West Sussex. I work with a variety of clients, I work with the NHS and Depaul Charity as well as other organisations in the past in Perth Western Australia.
I work with mostly, adults and young people, families, and couples.
My background also includes studying child development, Energy Psychotherapy, supervision and art in my younger years.
I have a deep passion for philosophy, psychology, and sociology, which I have engaged in extensive study, this was very challenging as I am on the Neurodivergent Spectrum, diagnosed with Dysgraphia and trauma related early dyslexia.
While I’m not a specialist in all of these areas, I have a four year degree in counselling which included Psychology and philosophy, Social Women’s studies and Aboriginal studies.
I bring a unique early life experience, growing up in Ibiza in the 60s, 70s and early 80s, ive lived in, Spain, France, Germany and Australia.
I will combine my life experience, research and years of psychotherapy work, to explore the ways these disciplines shape our understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

Welcome to my 10 top Tips—where life experience meets professional insight. I’m Lee Tomlin, a psychotherapeutic counsellor with over 16 years of experience, and I’ve been fortunate to live in Ibiza, Australia, and France, shaping my perspective on life, culture, and human nature. With a background in psychology, philosophy, sociology, child development, and art, I bring a broad and humanistic approach to therapy and personal growth.
Each episode, I’ll share 10 practical tips on different topics—whether it’s managing anxiety, improving relationships, or finding balance in a chaotic world.
