Craig (00:01.075)
Welcome to the Official Munzee Podcast.

Rob (00:03.712)
I'm Rob, also known as Coach V, your host and the president of Munzee.

Craig (00:07.681)
And I'm Craig also known as Seemyshell, I started as an avid Munzee player, now proudly part of the team.

Rob (00:13.066)
Each week we'll delve into Munzee's mysteries, divulge some secrets, and inform players from around the world just what is coming your way.

Craig (00:20.321)
So sit back, relax, drive your car. Today's episode, we're going all spooky Rob. Happy, happy Halloween. Is that what you say in America? Happy Halloween? Yeah. Happy, happy Halloween to you, Rob.

Rob (00:31.212)
It is happy Halloween. Yes. Yes. I mean, you know, hey, happy Halloween to you.

Craig (00:37.857)
Do they do much of Halloween stuff in the good old UK?

Rob (00:42.286)
You can tell if Americans live in a place by how decorated it might be for Halloween. There are, you know, pockets, there are places where Halloween, you can see that people do this kind of thing, go a little trick or treating, that kind of stuff. I mean, it gets dark at 5pm here now with the time having changed, which by the way, hey everyone.

Craig (00:45.835)
Yeah. Yeah.

Craig (00:55.295)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (00:59.542)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (01:04.543)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (01:07.938)
Time changed around the world and this weekend it changes for MHQ. So we're going back to what the times used to be. Yeah.

Craig (01:09.045)
this weekend. Yes, yes.

Before you move on Rob, quickly, quickly, quickly, here's a tip straight out of the box, first and foremost. In the camp hub, like where you see Cappy, you click on Cappy and go into the camp hub, that's where you can see MHQ time, right there alongside the tree, Rob, see? So if you're wondering anywhere in the world, like what's happening to MHQ with the timeframes and going back and forth, just look in the camp hub and you'll see. See, a tip, tip straight out of the box, Rob, wow.

Rob (01:21.08)
My goodness.

Rob (01:42.584)
It's true.

I mean, what a start. What a start to this episode. I'm so excited.

Craig (01:46.401)
I know, I know. But anyway, let's get back on the Halloween topic, Rob, because in Australia, find that there's two types of people in Australia, and they're the same types of people who, about the candy corn, with the candy corn cards that have just gone out last week, and that is they hate it or they love it. There's no rule in between in Australia with Halloween. So you'll get the Halloween people who decorated their house and so on and so forth, and others.

Definitely not and they go, we're not America, we're not doing Halloween. so what you'll find if you want to do trick or treating in Australia is that if you don't want to have people knock on your door, make sure you don't have your front light on, like your front porch light. Just turn your front porch light off and you won't get knocks, that's it. And if you have your front porch light on with some decorations, you're gonna get knocks. So from the kids and stuff, so. Mm-hmm.

Rob (02:28.462)
That's it.

Yeah.

Rob (02:35.714)
That is true. That's the American way as well. I will tell you as we move on. Lou calls it begging for candy. So no, no, we do not participate in Halloween festivities here in our household. No.

Craig (02:43.731)
Yeah. Mm hmm. Right. Well, yeah, that's fair enough. No one's coming to my door to beg for some lollies. No one understands me apart from Australians in the UK when I say lollies. anyway, Rob, Rob, Rob, mate, you're back in the UK after a big week long extravaganza in Texas. When I say extravaganza, it was actually hard work, I'll be honest with you.

Rob (02:56.766)
No they're not.

Craig (03:13.439)
lot of work. We did a lot of work Rob. We did a lot of work.

Rob (03:14.552)
Right. We did. did. We packed a lot of work into a few hours. We had some fun because, you know, where is what we do. Had some good times and yeah, planned out a lot of good stuff for the end of this year and early next year. I'm excited about it. It's always great to get, you know, members of the team together. wasn't every single member of the team.

Craig (03:21.075)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Craig (03:32.065)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (03:41.326)
but it hopefully those days will come again soon. Maybe even next year. We had some chats about that, but yeah, great to get together. Really enjoyed it. Weather was good all the way up until the events, you know, when massive storms blew in Friday night, another huge storm blew in Saturday afternoon. Sunday, Sunday was clear. But yeah, a lot of fun, a lot of points, a lot of people. really enjoy going to events.

Craig (03:43.393)
Close enough? Yeah. Yeah.

Craig (03:51.425)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (03:56.492)
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Craig (04:02.502)
Mm-hmm. Yeah.

Craig (04:08.35)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (04:10.85)
And listening to people, just getting to hear from people because there are some like, hey, know what you could fix? Here's what's broken, that kind of stuff. But more often than not, it's actually the positivity, the positive stories. Munzee got me out there walking. The thank yous, those thank yous, I store them up, I put them in my pocket, I hang on to them for all the rainy days in between.

Craig (04:13.537)
Hmm.

Craig (04:22.506)
Of course.

Craig (04:27.617)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (04:31.475)
Mm-hmm. Yes.

Craig (04:36.224)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (04:39.302)
And yeah, I really, really appreciate the players that came out and just hearing from, I would say that it powered not just me, but the whole team, you know, for the next couple of months, just everyone getting to hear, yeah, from, from the players. was great.

Craig (04:39.419)
Hehehe

Craig (04:43.167)
Yeah.

Craig (04:48.832)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (04:52.512)
Yes.

Yeah, absolutely. And a big shout out to those players who, who did travel a fair bit. And one of those players is, uh, is the bridesmaid at the moment, but like heading up the leaderboard pretty hard. That's Colecracker7. And the reason why I say that is that she left on, she attended the Sunday event, Rob, and then she left and we're in Texas here. She attended the Sunday event and then left Sunday evening, Rob. She was driving past Pensacola airport as I was flying in. So.

Rob (05:23.512)
Ha ha ha.

Craig (05:24.403)
She, she had the pedal to the metal. She wasn't speeding. She doesn't speed. She's very good lady like that too. But, but yeah, no big shout out to those people who did travel a fair distance. think, you know, even, Eagle dad and Xenia, they're another great couple as well. They traveled a fair distance. If I'm leaving anyone out, I do apologize, but there's others that did travel from Minnesota as well down. That's right. We, yeah. Minnesota. Yeah. Yes.

Rob (05:46.36)
Yeah. Minnesota, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Arkansas. Yeah. I mean, we could name a lot of states. Those are the ones that I remember for sure. And yeah, it was great.

Craig (05:53.705)
Mm-hmm. Yeah.

Craig (06:01.737)
It was good seeing some of the Munzee players as well. Let's just say quite relaxed at the brewery. And you know who I'm talking about, Martez. No, it was good to see. It was a lot of fun. And thank you to all the players for turning up too. And we had a blast at the same time. Thanks to the players who deployed all the cards and other bits and pieces and bibs and bobs.

Rob (06:09.582)
Maybe.

Rob (06:15.534)
It was fun.

Craig (06:29.249)
for us all to have fun with while we were there. Meanwhile, Rob, I'm back in Alabama, you're back in the UK, but the events from last weekend, as I said before, we had the four in Texas, Massachusetts had one, Missouri and California, and around the world,

Rob (06:43.5)
Finland, Denmark, Germany, UK, and Victoria, Australia.

Craig (06:49.109)
Very cool. The leaderboards, firstly, as always, at the moment, this month, we have weekday millionaires. Wednesday millionaire was Schmitzschfam 4 with 1.1 million points. So well done to Schmitzschfam 4. Rob, you wanna read out Friday? You go with Friday.

Craig (07:30.705)
And well done, an eagle that in Xenia 1.2. But Marley fancy T, that's actually Xenia with two million, she beat him. So well done, well done Xenia. Meanwhile, Rob, Saturday was a huge day, especially for one person in particular, local Texan right there. Her very first millionaire. She's more excited to think about having her name on this podcast and what she's about getting the million points. I'm only joking.

Rob (07:38.296)
Yeah.

Craig (07:57.217)
Now she's listening to this very intently because she didn't tell me how to pronounce her name. So this is how, this is, oh no, no, this is how I'm going to pronounce her name from now on. Well done. First place on Saturday to Brandy Courtney with 1 million points. that's Brandy Courtney. Well done to you. Smith's Smith's van for 732,000 points. then third place, another local there in Texan.

Rob (08:01.164)
Well don't say it then. We'll just skip it.

Rob (08:15.278)
Brandy Court gonna be so excited about that. Well done.

Craig (08:26.526)
Denali0407, a birthday twin of mine with 708,000 points. And well done to Denali, she also helped Brandy Corte with her one million points as well. So had to get it in one more time.

Rob (08:38.2)
Good. I mean, they were two of the hosts of the events over the weekend. So really great to see the hosts, you know, get the most. I like it.

Craig (08:43.068)
Yes. Yeah.

Craig (08:48.165)
Exactly. Sunday Rob, what do we have on Sunday, mate?

Rob (08:51.534)
MarleyFansCT with 529,000, Colecracker7 513,000, and Jaffa43 476,000.

Craig (09:02.656)
That's another one who traveled a fair distance as well as Jaffa 43. Good to see Jaffa up and walking again after your operations, et cetera too. So well done and keep up the good work. Monday millionaires, Rob, we have Schmitz Fan 4 back in 1.1 million points. And then on Tuesday millionaires, have NZ Kiwi. And I said NZ Kiwi, not NZ Kiwi with 1.6 million points. And then Munzee Prof again, back in with 1.1 million points. Munzee Prof was there. I did speak to him, Rob.

And yes, my thoughts were correct on how he's getting those million points each single time. He's utilizing his Skylands and Treehouses with the extra magnet events that are happening. Doing it twice a day, because they're premium, with boosters as well. So, well done to Frank Munseyprof. There you go. Mate, all the events this weekend, how many big events we've got this weekend?

Rob (09:55.118)
Well, there were actually two this week, like during the week, yeah, to wrap up the month of October, which was great. So they got a few of the BVGs, which is nice. But in the USA and in the world, there are zero events this weekend.

Craig (09:58.399)
This week? Yeah, during the week. Yeah. Yeah.

Craig (10:07.551)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (10:13.616)
Zero event so everyone can relax still still cap still cap because you still need to keep up that streak Pete Don't forget that either that you got to keep up the streak if you want this streak bounces as well But yes, Saturday first and Sunday. This is the second of the month. So clan wars doesn't start till the third So hence the reason why? Yeah, we don't have a we a relaxed weekend Rob. So Lou, what's she gonna do my nothing on the weekend like she's gonna put her feet up and Have a have a have a glass of wine

Rob (10:37.206)
She's got plans, plans. Now we're going to a velodrome. We're going to watch some indoor velodrome bike racing, a three day bike race. Crazy. Yeah.

Craig (10:43.68)
Craig (10:47.42)
Wow, three days straight, when do they stop and eat and drink and go to the toilet?

Rob (10:51.875)
It actually used to be that way. It was five day and a three day, but it's three days of racing professional racers from all over the world. It's really cool.

Craig (10:53.823)
Wow.

Craig (10:58.638)
okay.

That's pretty cool. All right, Rob, the big events coming up. Don't forget this December 7th in Newmarket, England. There's now 33 in that one too, and it's still growing. So well done there. So Newmarket, England, December 7th, January 9th to 11th is at North Netherlands. Three big events for FRLK's birthday. January 16th and 18th, Munsey Mecca in Florida. This one needs more attendees, 25 at the moment. A new one is on the calendar, Rob. February 20th. This one here is in Foley, Alabama.

And it's the day before the BAM Rama geocaching mega. So we might get some co-existors to that one as well. So February 20th and, and I'm hosting that one, Rob, saying. March 6th and 7th Munzee madness, four events, one on the Friday, three on the Saturday in Huntington beach, central park 15 so far on that calendar. And since September 18th to 20 Munzee mania in Minnesota. So.

Rob (11:39.726)
Yeah, I was gonna say that location seems familiar. Yeah, very good

Craig (11:59.999)
Get your backside to that one as well. That's that's almost a year away now. So, yeah, I think people can do that. So less than a year. Sorry. Yeah. Very cool. Very cool. If you have a growing event, you want to reach out to me and let me know, and then we can discuss about how we can get promote yours as well, both on the podcast and also your own promotion to, on different social media outlets. So there we go. Rob, look at that half, half the time almost gone already. Wow. Developments.

Rob (12:06.114)
Yeah, planet.

Rob (12:27.586)
We just might run out of time for some of the late topics. well.

Craig (12:30.721)
No, we won't because I'm going to grow this quickly. Developments this week, mate. First and foremost, this was one of the things that happened live as we were in the boardroom having our meetings and that is the ability to fetch bounces with the Rover. So these things can happen quite quickly. If there's no actual extra coding involved, literally all it is is a click of a button. And that's what happened here.

Rob (12:54.222)
Yeah. Um, you brought it to the table literally and, you know, just a conversation that started and, while we continued on with the conversation, this is what's nice about having a member of the tech team in our, you know, weekly gameplay chats. And so, uh, yeah, Robbie sitting there and I'm watching him, um, cause I'm, he's sitting next to me and he's just typing away at the code. And then, uh, he sends me a message first and says, um,

Craig (12:57.921)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (13:08.426)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (13:12.575)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (13:23.96)
test it on the, on our testing app. And, and he had already tested it a couple of times and it was like, yep, that seems to be working. So spread the word around the room. Everybody tested it. It was pushed live shortly after that. And then we made the announcement like, I don't know, the next day or something. Yeah. So, there are some things that can be done quickly. they are tested as we just said. but yeah, the, is part of the flexibility of our team, I guess for, short, quick ideas. Yeah.

Craig (13:26.721)
Hmm.

Craig (13:33.825)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (13:40.277)
Yeah, yeah.

Craig (13:44.095)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Craig (13:51.905)
Yeah. Yeah. And just, just let everyone know as well. Not everyone, as Rob said, not everyone from the team itself was at the events and also at the board meetings, et cetera, because there are other players out there, other workers out there that their sole job is the tech side only. They've got nothing to do with gameplay. They don't even implement anything that we implement. They've got nothing to do. They literally just do the tech. So there's some people out there who are worried about that. And it's like, no.

Rob (13:53.646)
It's good.

Craig (14:20.233)
It's all organized. We have Robbie who is tech side, but his role is to, he's the one that implements things here and there. Not, there's a few others out there that just do the tech only. So don't need to worry your little panties about those. Anyway, next off we have Rob is the brand new Halloween skins come out too. There's two of them itself, Frankenstein for the Drak-cola, I can't even pronounce it right. say.

Rob (14:46.414)
Draculata. Yeah, Dracula and a pina colada combined together. So this is the Frankenstein, which, you know, looked like a hot dog basically. And so now the new skin is kind of a hot dog with fangs that drinks pina coladas, not blood. What what sort of crazy person comes up with these ideas? His name's Dylan.

Craig (14:47.665)
Dracula. I don't drink those things Rob. I don't know. that's what it is.

Mm-hmm.

Mm-hmm.

Craig (15:05.735)
I know.

Rob (15:14.226)
And the rest of the team start bouncing the idea and it's like, that's hilarious. Yep. Very fun.

Craig (15:18.733)
Mm-hmm and then the other one was the winged monkey. It's a basically as a spider monkey So again this one here looked really cool. What's across this but this is a cross between? The the the monkey so from from Wizard of Oz and then that other thing with all the arms. What's that?

Rob (15:32.12)
Mm-hmm.

Spider.

Craig (15:36.729)
it's water.

Rob (15:38.222)
I think there's eight of them and a lot of eyes. I don't, don't, I don't know exactly what, else you might mean, but yes, it, it's literally just a spider monkey, which there is a type of monkey called a spider monkey. So this is a play on words kind of like Dracolata being, you know, Dracula and a pina colada. Anyway, yeah, just some fun.

Craig (15:47.595)
I didn't

Mm-hmm.

Craig (16:00.926)
Mm-hmm. And like we didn't discuss this, Robert, like all of them, they are still available in the store at the moment for the extra skins. And you can still utilize the skin rotator. What do you call it? The randomizers, the skin randomizers can still be used with these as well. So all you're doing is add another skin to that skin randomizer so you can change it up for all the players around the world. When they cap it, they don't know what they're cap. So very cool.

Rob (16:16.58)
Randomizer, yeah.

Craig (16:30.545)
Rob also released this week was the flat scatters event as well with a kitty tiki bar. Tell us more about the kitty tiki bar. It's very, very alcohol week this one.

Rob (16:35.982)
Crazy, right? Right. The flat cat scatters. So this one is all about Mari's two flat cats. Benji and Burr are the ones that are represented in the flat cats. so, yeah, this kitty tiki bar is the badge that you can earn from Tuesday, October 28th, which is

Craig (16:50.185)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Rob (17:04.109)
When it started and then it ends on Sunday, November 2nd. So right before we roll into clan wars, if you cap the a flat cats, it will scatter up to three different cat toys and then those scatters. They're available for everyone to see, but there are three new badges. So yeah, there's one for this specific time period. There are a couple of, you know, cumulative ones. So if you've

Craig (17:20.065)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (17:26.785)
nice.

Mm-hmm.

Rob (17:34.284)
Capses three those cat toys in the past now you've got a chance to get more badges

Craig (17:39.2)
Mm-hmm. One thing I will say as well, if you don't have any around you, jump on places like the water cooler, for instance, and just say you are happy to sort of swap cats, you know, for different locations with different players. And then you can, everyone to be happy because they're all got new flat cats in the area. Everyone's capping them. Everyone's capping the scatters. They're getting the cap on points from it as well. So yeah, if you don't have any around you, don't fret. You can actually swap with people. And that's the best part, I think, Rob, about virtual, this virtual game is you can place them.

pretty much all over the world apart from some of them. Meanwhile, Rob, if you don't have any either in your hot little hand to deploy around, there's currently a buy two get one free in the store as well. So that means you have to have three flat cats in your cart or multiples of three and then you'll only be billed for the two, four, six, like that sort of thing too. So that's how that works. So multiples of three in your cart. Don't buy two and expect to get one chucked in. No, you gotta have the three in your cart.

Rob (18:38.68)
same as the way it's been set up for years. And we remind you, it's important to remind and I know we have to say it. It's important. We write it in the blog every time. Yep.

Craig (18:38.837)
That's what happens there. But we like to, I like to re-enter right. I like to re-enter right. That's right. That's right. Meanwhile, Rob, something else brand new is coming out for Halloween. What's this one coming out for Halloween? Tell us more about this.

Rob (18:57.19)
man, we we've got such a creative team that just has so much fun. So internally we call, we've got a certain set of things called that we call flash mobs. And this goes back for years now to when we flocked the map flamingo feathers and pillows and the different things that we do. So

Craig (18:58.817)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (19:09.695)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (19:15.649)
Yep. I Remember the I remember the pillows Rob. I remember the pillow fight. That was cool, too.

Rob (19:22.53)
Yeah, yeah, a lot of fun. So well, it's back. We've been doing some different cursed types and things like that. Well, this time we've taken a slightly different spin and we're calling it the Knights of the Living Mechs and it's running across Halloween. And, you know, this is partially inspired by Dylan's thought process because Dylan and Wiley love Halloween. You and I got to go to their house and saw just how much they love Halloween. Amazing.

Craig (19:26.593)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (19:38.826)
Hmm.

Craig (19:44.563)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. They live Halloween.

Rob (19:52.878)
That actually that's a better word for it live and love. Yeah, so Exactly well these new mobs are out on the map and this ends on November 4th at midnight so rolling into November 5th But I'm so excited about the way that this blog was written that I actually want to read Portion of this to the players because everyone doesn't read these things for themselves, but it's a really great explanation

Craig (19:55.798)
Mmm. And breathe. Live, love, breathe Halloween.

Craig (20:10.656)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (20:16.065)
Okay, yes.

Mm.

Rob (20:22.626)
of what it is. a minute's worth of listening to the blog. Here it is. Something strange is stirring in the code base and it's not just the faint sound of gobbling. After years of silence, Scottbot has returned from the digital graveyard. More about that in a second. He has been patched up, reprogrammed and is ready to lend helping hands as the MHQ team battles a mysterious outbreak of corrupted code.

But just as Scottbot began rebooting the system, a long forgotten project clawed its way back online. The Gobbler. A rogue turkey mech with a bad attitude and an even bigger appetite for revenge. And maybe leftovers. Now, one more piece. The servers are overrun with chaos. Both mechs seem to be replicating themselves, spreading across the Munzee map like an infectious digital virus. Every capture only fuels the madness.

Craig (20:59.233)
you

Rob (21:17.388)
New versions keep spawning in strange places and the battlefield grows by the minute. The Knights of the Living Mechs have begun and it's up to you to contain the outbreak before the code consumes us all. Will Scottbot's steady hand save the day or will the gobbler gobble his way to total domination? Who's really the biggest turkey of them all? That's the question. I mean, is that not amazing? What a blog post!

Craig (21:40.497)
nice.

It is, but Rob, Rob, I've got to say this very quickly. Nothing is wrong with the code. Nothing is wrong with the app. This is a story only. It's a storyline. So don't copy and paste exactly the Rob's words right there. That's a storyline, Rob. It's a really cool story. It's just a story. No need to worry. Yes.

Rob (21:52.46)
Rob (22:01.132)
It is. Well, those who chop our words up, they're not going to they're not going to write what you just said. Here are the 10 types that have been infected. They are the onyx, the citrine, cemetery place, surprise, void mystery, flat DHS, because this is all about Dylan, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin sprouts, pumpkin vines and the pumpkin flower. So if you don't see any of these on the map or

When it rolls around to November 3rd and 4th, if you'd like to get some special new points, then guess what? If you deploy any of these types, they will pop up with this Night of the Living Mechs. They will pop up with a hand on them, which you'll be able to cap. So you're looking for those jewel points for Clan Wars for the month of November? Why not deploy one of these? And then you get the cap on that.

Craig (22:30.986)
Mm-hmm.

Hmm?

Craig (22:43.777)
Man.

Craig (22:52.148)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (22:56.906)
special things happen when you capture these specials. They might deploy a special Mac on Cappy the unicorn's account. Like we said, they're multiplying, there's a special thing that's happening where they're actually being retired or broken earlier than other Macs do is the the the thoughts behind this project have been so much fun. We're all very excited about it. It's too special.

Craig (23:15.136)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (23:21.802)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (23:26.856)
new Macs. Like I said, they're on Capy the unicorn's account. Let us know what you think of Scott bot and the gobbler. Hey, by the way, welcome back, Scott. Welcome back. He's back from the beyond we'll say. And yeah, so here's our first actual mention of the fact that Scott Foster, co founder of Munzee.

Craig (23:41.917)
The dead.

Craig (23:47.157)
Yes. Scott, yeah. Mm-hmm.

Rob (23:52.002)
has returned as working behind the scenes and has been for several weeks now. Thank you for helping us, Scott. I still say blame Scott, but you know what? There's been a lot of really great stuff happening recently. I blame Scott for that. He's doing some great work for us. Thank you, Scott. Welcome back.

Craig (24:04.769)
Mm-hmm Yeah Absolutely, thank you. Thank you Scott and yeah, absolutely the lights and the nights nights of the living mech great idea great sort of style Very much. I enjoy this a lot when these sort of things happen So there you go any further than that we're gonna move on to because the Christmas event packages they're out Coming soon. Let's stand by for those very soon. They're coming me up very very soon So keep an ear out and an eye out for those as well meanwhile

Rob (24:27.566)
Soon. Yes. Yes.

Craig (24:33.959)
Also the clan requirements have been published for next month too. They're a little bit up and down, Rob will just say that. And all I'll say as well is that you can't please everyone, but then, some people have said like, you know, the point is too much. Other people said, it's not enough. So it is what it is. It evens out all in the end, Rob. Anything you want to say more about that?

Rob (24:55.118)
Goldie locks would have a hard time finding the perfect level every single month guaranteed. So Goldie locks, flexible plans, know, pick and choose every month. Every month is different. Hey, by the way, additional rewards have been added for level five. The blog was updated.

Craig (25:01.121)
Absolutely.

Craig (25:07.73)
Mm-hmm. Yeah.

Craig (25:15.009)
yep.

Rob (25:16.919)
And you can see that it's written in red. It obviously would have updated instantly in the app. So that is there. It should have been updated on cup Z because it pulls from all the same information. additional level five rewards your well.

Craig (25:22.175)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Craig (25:31.028)
One more thing, Rob, and I'm one of these people as you forget, if I'm aiming for level four, for instance, for the month, I look at level four rewards only. But no, once you reach level, you get the rewards from that level. So to get level four, you've got to do levels one, two, and three, and you get rewards from one, two, and three, and then you get the rewards for level four as well. you don't just get the rewards for level four. If you're doing level four, you get the rewards for one, two, and three as well. I do forget that, Rob, that's on me too sometimes.

Rob (25:53.71)
Hmm.

Craig (26:00.706)
I look at that and go, yeah, so just keep that in mind that you do get all the rewards as you level up, all your clan levels up. Meanwhile, Rob, we're gonna move on now to the Munzee Question of Week. This one comes from Facebook. Bethany Lovegrove says, have any bonus events been announced for Novemberies yet?

Rob (26:01.272)
Yeah.

Rob (26:17.9)
As of the recording of this podcast, no. I don't know when this goes live what the answer will be, so I can only say as of right now, no. Coming soon.

Craig (26:23.361)
No, there you go. Other than that, did slip it out Rob with the Knight of the Living Max in regards to the third and fourth. If you hold off and do them on the third and fourth, then they will go towards your clan role requirements. So that could possibly be one of those bonus events if you want to call it such. Meanwhile, a Munzee request to Rob, a request of the week. This was requested in person at the event from Brandy Corte and she asked me.

If you said, Craig, can there be some way to know the length of a destination before deploying them without having to look back at old blogs and Google? And Rob, this is already done. It's already been updated. All the temporary destinations now have their timeframes in the description of the actual Munzee itself. So that means you have to look on the website or a web browser and go into your undeployed and see how many days it can last from there. So it's the quickest way to do it. Any other suggestions, Rob, in regards to that?

Rob (27:21.87)
That's pretty impressive. got to say this is specific proof that, you know, we listen. You heard the question in person. You brought us to the team and it, it, was another one of those. Hmm. Okay. We got a quick fix for that. So yeah, the one fix has been made. I might expand this fix. I'm going to check in with Robbie and see if it might be possible for us.

Craig (27:27.873)
Mm-hmm.

Yeah.

Craig (27:34.015)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Craig (27:41.184)
Yeah.

Craig (27:48.961)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (27:50.67)
even to make it so that when you're using quick deploy and a name is popping up. Actually, now that I think about it, by the time you have already hit the button on quick deploy, then it's already deploying. So nevermind. I'm not even going to put mine out there because it would be as helpful as what you've already got, which is it's written in the notes. I was just going to say put today for day T-POP to, you know, yeah.

Craig (27:55.126)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (28:04.64)
It's already deployed. Yeah.

Rob, I saw you. I saw you thinking that it, yeah, the smoke was coming out your ears. That's right. Wow. Wow. Interesting. And meanwhile Munzee tip of the week. We're going to end it here with the tip of the week, Rob. And that is Munzee has been running actually very, very well in terms of Touchwood in regards to the app, et cetera. If you are having issues though, personal issues as well, try this in the following order. First and foremost, hard reset the app. And what that does is actually clears out

Rob (28:22.99)
The smoke, the smoke coming out of my ears. Yep, yep, yep. Next.

Rob (28:37.686)
guess please.

Craig (28:47.072)
or the cache of the app itself. Not GeoCache, just the computer cache stuff, right? So that's what happens there. Yeah, that's true too. Exactly, exactly. After that, if it hasn't worked, try to check your internet connection. After that, turn your phone off and back on again. And if it still hasn't worked, that's when you can send in a support ticket and go from there. I mean, you can have a look on social media to see if anyone else is having the issues, but at the moment, Rob, it's all going.

Rob (28:52.672)
It pushes through any update that might be waiting as well. OTA over the year. So yeah.

Craig (29:16.382)
Well, I touch wood again. I don't, don't, don't tell me I'm going to, I'm going to get a blame now. If nothing happened, I've something happen. I'm going to get a blame now. Geez. Blame not Scott. That's right. That's right.

Rob (29:18.355)
I mean, we're working.

Rob (29:23.534)
Blame Craig, blame the shell. Yep, there it is. Nope, no more blame Scott because like I said, Scott's helping. He's on board, he's working on, just so everybody knows, some capture speed things. All the things that we know are requests that are on the backend that we've been working on for a long time in the background. Scott's helping out with that stuff, so thanks again.

Craig (29:35.593)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (29:39.518)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (29:44.416)
and they have nothing, nothing to do with gameplay stuff. Nothing to do with gameplay stuff. No, no, absolutely none at all, whatsoever. So, all right Rob, that ends another official Mungsy podcast.

Rob (29:48.534)
Scott has nothing to do with gameplay. That is correct.

Rob (29:57.762)
Thanks for joining us on this Munzee adventure.

Craig (30:00.638)
Don't forget subscribe, rate and review on your favourite podcasting app and join us next week for another informative episode.

Rob (30:06.399)
And remember, Munzee is more than a game, it's a worldwide community of mobile game players.

Craig (30:11.53)
So keep scanning, keep discovering, keep that Munzey spirit live on. One, two, three, Brandy, Courtney. I had to say it one more time.

Rob (30:16.002)
Dead on!
