Craig (00:01.068)
Welcome to the official Munzee podcast.
Rob (00:03.846)
I'm Rob, also known as Coach V, your host and the president of Munzee.
Craig (00:08.03)
And I'm Craig also known as Seemyshell. I started as an avid Munzee player now proudly part of the team.
Rob (00:13.17)
Each week we'll delve into Munzees mysteries, divulge some secrets, and inform players from around the world just what is coming your way.
Craig (00:21.016)
So sit back, relax as we cool down the temperature up here in the northern hemisphere while the southerners heat up slightly as well. But we are cooling everything down, Rob, in this episode, I'll say that much.
Rob (00:34.27)
This is going to be a very cool podcast. You're right.
Craig (00:38.414)
Only for some, let's be honest. The ones that actually the one that listens. So if you're and so if that's you, you're the one that's listening, then g'day and welcome. So thanks for joining us. Meanwhile, Rob, I've got to I've got to apologize straight off the bat too. This one, this podcast may not sound the same as the regular podcast, etc. Because why? I'm recording this.
Rob (00:44.092)
Yeah.
Rob (00:49.918)
Thank you for being here. We appreciate that. That's right.
Craig (01:04.288)
in the back of my van again parked right up against the local coffee shop stealing that well not stealing because I bought a coffee I've obtaining their Wi-Fi because down here in the southern southern Alabama area Rob we get these afternoon storms rolled through and they're they're afternoon storms they're lightning storms that roll through too and lightning hit so close to our house that it surged everything through and blew out the starlings.
Rob (01:15.486)
Yeah.
Craig (01:33.164)
So I've got to wait for another week before the Starlink comes in. Like it blew out everything. I had to miss the the Geocash podcast last night, the live one, because you know, the coffee Yeah, because the coffee shop's closed last night. So You know, I've had the
Rob (01:33.754)
No way.
Rob (01:41.438)
Did you really? Wow.
no, they turn their Wi-Fi off overnight? What's up with that? Come on, people.
Craig (01:49.758)
I know. I know. Who does that? I I'm I'm have to push back the Treasures of Our Town podcast with Josh for a week too as well because of it too. So yeah. So you've listened to Treasures of Our Town Podcast. You'll probably hear Josh by himself next week, just a little snippet to say why we're a week late. But anyway. Yeah. Yeah. Lots lots happening. Lightning. Thunder and lightning very, very frightening. So there you go. What about what about yours what about yourself, mate? What have you been up to?
Rob (01:56.488)
No way Why?
Rob (02:07.518)
Wow. Well, okay. Man. Lightning.
Rob (02:15.271)
Ha ha ha.
I've been so busy with the final prep for our cool new bouncer. I'm just gonna say it now at the beginning of the episode so that everybody knows. I mean, those who are actually paying attention know what we're gonna talk about, because we talk about what comes out on the blog every week. But that's that's been mostly what I've been up to is just just getting everything ready, all the final prep, I suppose, for for all of it. So exciting times. It's here!
Craig (02:22.123)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (02:34.892)
That's true.
Craig (02:48.49)
Nice. Nice. It's it's finally here. It is absolutely finally here. All right, Rob, let's move on then because we've got a lot to talk. Well, you've got a lot to talk about, sir, because my Wi Fi is coming and clicking in and out right now. last week, the events in Arizona, Kansas, Wisconsin, Florida, Nebraska, California, Minnesota, and Missouri and around the world, mate.
Rob (02:59.682)
no.
Rob (03:08.744)
We had three in Swinland Swinland, Sweden, two in the UK, one in Netherlands and one in Germany.
Craig (03:12.344)
Swinland
Craig (03:19.256)
Swinland, I like Swinland. Wow, there you go. Finland and Sweden get together and become Swinland. I like it. I like Rob slipped up. Friday, the leaderboards themselves, we had Taxi three four three on three hundred and forty thousand points, followed by Sporty Taxi with three hundred and nineteen thousand points. I wonder if they're friends. And then in third place, DJ AJ bros with two hundred and sixty five thousand points on Saturday, mate.
Rob (03:22.27)
Who knows where that came from? Yeah. Yeah.
Rob (03:44.734)
We had Vatotech with 854,000 points, Herbie with 845,000, and Jaffo forty three seven hundred and ninety-seven thousand.
Craig (03:55.93)
Jaffo 43 on the leaderboard. Well done, Jaffo43. Back in there. nice, nice job. If you don't know why she's called Jaffo43, just ask her in person and she'll tell you, maybe. after that, on Sunday, we had in first place FRLK with 1 million points. Yes, we had a million there. 1 million points to FRLK. Well done to you, sir. In second place, Regal with 976,000 points. Third place,
Rob (03:58.558)
Back in there. Yeah.
Craig (04:22.133)
Jabig G with eight hundred and sixty nine thousand points. So well done to those as well. The events this weekend there, Rob, not many capping around because you know we're coming up to the end of the month. In USA we have Indiana and Florida and around the world, mate.
Rob (04:37.3)
British Columbia, Canada and Netherlands.
Craig (04:40.255)
That's all it is. So get your cards out as well. Just here's a quick tip for you. There's a card requirement too in the Gauntling games. If you haven't done it, get your cards out for those events as well. So you can get your card points happening too. Big events coming up, but don't forget September 17 to 20, Munsey Mania in Minnesota. Apparently, I said 18 to 20 last week or something like that instead of 17 to 20. It's 17. September 17th. There's one extra one, is the day before. 17 to 20. There you go. I hope you're happy, boomerang.
November sixth, seven, and eighth is Munsey Mirage in Viva Las Vegas. Five events, three days. There you go. January fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen as well. Munzie Mecca in Florida. Five events over the four days. February fifth, coexisting in Yuma. And then March sixth and seventh, Munsey Madness in California. And those are starting to hit the calendar, Rob, too, for March five and sixth.
Rob (05:30.948)
And it's the fifth fifth and sixth. Yes, you said sixth and seventh. That time I was actually listening. So I know. You did say six and seven though. Really weird. I don't know how you how how you said two numbers that weren't there.
Craig (05:34.561)
Yeah. I thought I said five and six. I thought I said five and six.
Craig (05:42.237)
I would not say I would not say six seven, six seven. Never would I say six seven. No, I'm not like that, so
Rob (05:46.96)
No. You you must have been thinking about not saying it or something. Who knows? but yeah, somehow I can imagine that people might want to, you know, look early on Monsey Madness every now and then things pop up early, don't they? All of these events, they they start adding on, one one the day before, two on this day. So yeah, just get get to California early if you're gonna do it, just so that you can get all the points. If you've never been there, there's plenty to get. They move around.
Craig (05:52.315)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (06:00.022)
Yeah. The exactly.
Craig (06:06.689)
Yep. Yeah.
Craig (06:10.579)
Mm-hmm. Yes. There is plenty. Plenty, plenty to get from there as well. So there you go. All right, Rob, let's talk about this week's happenings because there's been a lot, first and foremost. Bonus days for this weekend, 17, so what are we in? August? August 17 to 23. That's right. So you only got another couple of days for this one here, and that is the it's time to deploy your cubamels, Sam. Cubamels.
Rob (06:29.544)
August. Yeah.
Rob (06:39.08)
No.
Craig (06:40.203)
No, time deploy your cubules for the higher levels in Gauntlet games. That's right. the the the Q rate. Q rate corobar is happening as well. So therefore what happens is is you you s I'm messing myself up because I'm not on I'm in the van again for some reason. It's frying my brain.
Rob (06:55.592)
You're out of your environment and it's just you know, causing you issues to get it all done. It's the crate cracking cubemoles, double cubimoles for each of the crates that you open. If you use a crowbar between the seventeenth and the twenty third, you can get four of those cubimoles. Yeah. So this is Yep.
Craig (06:58.89)
I am.
Craig (07:06.071)
That's what it is.
Craig (07:10.263)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (07:14.989)
Four That's half of what you need to release one.
Rob (07:20.294)
It's an easy way to get the all of the mini cube moles that you need to release them. That is true. So we also don't forget, have Scatter Saturday that's happening. That will be the the last one for this month is happening this weekend. And then Whittle Wish Wednesday coming up next week. So that's going to round us out for the month of August. Yeah. I nearly forgot what month we were in as well. Well done. So yeah.
Craig (07:24.991)
Mm. Exactly.
Mm-hmm.
Craig (07:36.907)
No.
Craig (07:41.408)
Mm-hmm. August. That's right. That's right. Well, we're talking about the the bonuses as well. The months of September came out as well for the bonus. We've got Twig Tuesdays, double pack rats deployed when using Twigs. However, Rob, you must have been able to have actually deployed a pack rat beforehand. They won't just be available to everyone for twigs if you haven't received any pack rats at all. So there you go. Twig Tuesdays. And then one of my favorites, Rob.
Theatre Thursdays. Now do you know why it's called Theatre Thursdays? Because it's because it's places, everyone. Places. See? Theatre Thursdays, that's what it is, see? This one people are really, really loving Rob too, because it's double points on the on theaters. Double points on on places, but also
Rob (08:14.876)
I don't, no.
Rob (08:19.348)
no. Yeah, nice one. There it is. That makes sense.
Craig (08:35.507)
The radius is extended too on the places too. I do believe is double the radius on places. So it's two miles for a an airport, for instance, you know, so that's really cool.
Rob (08:42.504)
Wow.
Wow. That's yeah, that's quite a quite a deal to double up all of that. The points? The radius? Yeah. hopefully well, I mean that's one of the kinds of things that people will then get to play kind of the way that you and I do when we use the capture radius booster so that that is available available at a larger radius, so as you're driving down the highway or wherever those that were placed just
Craig (08:52.045)
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, yeah. Mm-hmm.
Craig (09:04.341)
Mm.
Rob (09:14.342)
A little bit more than a thousand feet away. Just thinking, you might play that way. I don't know. I know I do. Yeah. So
Craig (09:19.595)
Yeah. I know, I do. Absolutely I do. So for for me, if and y you and I then, it's gonna be four miles for a an airport. Yeah.
Rob (09:29.064)
wow. Wow. Yeah. So use those capture radius boosters, everyone. That's gonna be crazy. Wow.
Craig (09:35.596)
That's right. There you go. Capture radius boosters. Well, yeah, that's nuts. There you go. For all the other weekends, September 4 to 6, September 18 to 20, September 21 to 25, we'll talk to you about those as they progress onwards. If you want to know more though, just have a look at the blog post for that because we've got more things happening, Rob. The other things that happened already is the brand new Secret Zeeps. What? Yeah, another new Secret ZeeOps has dropped. This is called the Sweet Tooth Trail.
Rob (09:56.819)
Yeah.
Craig (10:02.183)
As all secret Zeops, this is 1500 Z in app only. And it unlocks a new mech when you complete it as well. It's the new mechs called the Sunday Serpent. you can't finish this one in a day, Rob. No one can finish this one in a day. Mari, our good friend Mari, who we say a lot on the podcast, Mari, she she developed this so you actually have to play in the level one, you can't get until you've played it for three days in a row, which reminds me I've got to do my stars today, so I've got to do my daily stroll.
Rob (10:11.741)
Mm.
Rob (10:21.074)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (10:31.649)
You gotta do a daily stroll three days in a row before you can proceed to level two. So well done, Mari. Look at that. Blame Mari if if you don't want if you want to d done in a day, but you know, you can't. So there you go. No. No. Mm-hmm.
Rob (10:37.086)
Hey.
Rob (10:41.714)
Yeah. Not this time. Not this time. You know what? I've noticed that there's sort of this theme that's been happening with this one called the Sweet Tooth Trail. And I personally have a sweet tooth. Actually, all of my teeth are sweet teeth. because you know, like the sweeter the more likely I am to eat whatever it is, or to drink whatever it is. so
Craig (10:52.989)
yeah.
Craig (10:56.279)
Mm.
They really are.
Craig (11:08.022)
Uh-huh.
Rob (11:09.694)
Did everyone notice and hopefully and by now you should have. Last week there were some new greeting cards that got released. Those were all, you know, sweet themed, they were popsicles, they were, you know, cold but also sweet. then we've we've just kind of leaned into this whole sweet thing. There is a brand new POI. Did you know that? Have you seen it? It's out. Yeah.
Craig (11:17.133)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (11:24.757)
Ice cream.
Craig (11:39.126)
It is, yeah.
Rob (11:39.518)
This is part of part of like two things, another two things. It's actually four things, isn't it? The cards, the sacred Zeops. We released a sweet treat POI. So a place for sweet treats. These are the kinds of places that if you put these Munzies out on the map and I visit the locations, I will very likely be stopping there. Some of them for breakfast, some of them for a snack, some of them for lunch. It's just gonna be like these
Craig (11:42.209)
Ha ha ha.
Craig (11:54.582)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (12:03.629)
Even for even for dinner, I know you Rob. Even for dinner as well.
Rob (12:08.988)
Yeah, the these are my places. So these fit in as ice cream shops. They're donut shops. They are like the old school candy shops. sweet shops, you know, whatever you may have in your area. we could list all the different types, obviously. The custard places, frozen custard, that's it's froyo, frozen yogurt places. but what is it not? It's not just the gas station that sells candy.
Craig (12:18.694)
yeah. Mm-hmm.
Craig (12:24.618)
I know.
Craig (12:28.646)
yes. Mm hmm. Yeah.
Rob (12:38.834)
It's not Walmart. Walmart is not a sweet treat place. All right. Do they have them? Absolutely. But it's not that kind of place. It's something that is designated specifically to be a sweet treat. All right.
Craig (12:40.405)
Mm-hmm. No, no.
Craig (12:53.983)
I wonder, I wonder, Rob, who, who is going to be the very first person out there to put a sweet treat POI on a place whereby has been utilized several times on the Munsee Monthly Moments videos as well. And that is America's largest candy store in Minnesota. Yeah. See, that would be a an ideal one. It's an actual candy store. Like they're there to sell candy. That's how they make their money. They don't make their money on pumping gas and then
Rob (12:56.158)
Mm-hmm.
Rob (13:08.692)
Mm.
Rob (13:12.26)
now that's an interesting one.
Craig (13:21.921)
Yeah, make a couple of dollars here and there, you know, selling ice cream. So no, no gas stations, no Walmarts, none of that sort of stuff. Actual designated shops like that that actually sell sweet things to sweet treats. And if anyone I'll tell the so I'm gonna let a little bit of a cat out of the bag. We shouldn't talk about each other, but we are in front of each other's faces. So it's okay. If you don't know Rob itself, then I have stayed several times with Rob in Airbnbs, etc. as well. The way to Rob's heart is
Rob (13:28.5)
Mm-hmm.
Rob (13:33.929)
Nice.
Craig (13:48.896)
I wake up before him, I then go down to the local donut shop, I get a monster energy drink. at the same time as I get a six pack. He is. He absolutely is. A monster energy drink with several different types of donuts and then I come bearing gifts and that's his breakfast. So
Rob (13:55.999)
Drinking one right now. Yeah.
Rob (14:07.654)
I mean, what a way to wake up. Monster and or Red Bull, because we're not sponsored, obviously. So or I am not sponsored. So, you know, what whatever. Energy drink of some sort. It's always the the, you know, no sugar and no Yeah. Which is weird, right? It's zero sugar. Right. It it's the fake sugar stuff. It's not not the calories from the sugar because I'm gonna get all of those from the donuts. You know how that goes. So gonna max out on
Craig (14:10.285)
No, no.
Craig (14:24.587)
You don't need any extra sugar for goodness sake. That's weird.
Craig (14:35.135)
Yeah. That's right. That's right.
Rob (14:37.936)
on all the rest of the stuff. So yes, for those of you who haven't met me, you might be able to hear it through the the way that I get all, you know, stirred up and excited sometimes. it straight up run by energy drinks. And that's okay about me.
Craig (14:39.725)
Mm.
Craig (14:47.373)
He he does.
Craig (14:53.861)
Exactly. And you can probably hear it halfway through the episode because we record in the morning, you see. So Rob's just started his beverage and then halfway through the episode it kind of kicks in. So that's how it works. Exactly. But but Rob, get your sweet treat POIs now and get out on the map as well. I will be honest, this has been a request, a noticed request fr on the water cooler several times over the last several months as well. I know one particular person
Rob (15:03.07)
Boy, does it kick in. That's right.
Rob (15:13.747)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (15:19.041)
He is a captain of a ship and goes off the coast of Florida often. he loves these ones too, so he's actually made mention of these as well. So there you go, sir. Ice cream shops, donut shops, anything sweet, but it has to be a dedicated candy or sweet treat store in order for it to have the new ones on. We we're making more work for ourselves too, Rob, with reviewing too. So there you go. Make it easier.
Rob (15:28.115)
Nice.
Rob (15:40.104)
Yeah, you know, what are you gonna do? W is it's what No, no, no. Easier? That's crazy.
Craig (15:45.686)
Yeah, they can make it easier on us if there is if there is an actual link to the the actual sweet treat store, like a website to the sweet treat store. Put that put that in the notes and also don't forget as well, make sure you do update the name of the POI. Just don't put quick deploy by, you know. it's gotta be you've got to update the name. You we've got to know what the the the place is about. Hey, if you wanna go right in there, if you if a p you know the person who owns that sweet treat store, I personally, Rob, what I do.
Rob (15:51.668)
yeah.
Craig (16:13.513)
I go in the notes section, I put in the hours of operation in there, I put in what they sell and all that sort of stuff too. Put all that in the notes because there are people out there who who look for these sort of things as well. So Rob, quick quick quick story is that I I saved a bird one time a couple of years back now as well. And I knew where the veterinarian veterinary offices were because there was a POI there and I'd been capturing it every single day. So I knew exactly where the vets were. See?
Rob (16:17.748)
Ooh.
Rob (16:24.788)
That's true. That's true.
Rob (16:40.446)
Wow. Wow.
Craig (16:42.121)
Only because of Munzie, that bird lived. So there you go. Anyway. And and so did Munzie. But speaking of doing their part, Rob, this is the big thing that's happening now. These things called BAB. What does B-A-B stand for?
Rob (16:45.768)
Well, that you've done your part. That's amazing. I Yes, yeah, you know.
What is it?
Rob (17:00.648)
You you know how we love to use our little acronyms, don't ya, everybody out there? You got player-owned bouncers, you got ma Munsey owned bouncers, you got all the different things. Just three letters that usually describe some sort of a category is how we have always done it. Team owned bouncers, T O Bs. Well, now you have the Build A Bouncer. So B-A-B. And each time
Craig (17:02.797)
Yeah.
Cabamols.
Craig (17:17.868)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (17:27.191)
Home.
Rob (17:29.8)
Here it is. A little bit of information about this specific one. It is called the Build a Pop. And that's because this one is a sweet treat. Yeah, it's a sweet treat. A BAP being sandwich in in some places, many countries in the UK for sure. so you've got the build-a-pop. It's a popsicle. And some of this stuff is the coolest art.
Craig (17:31.245)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (17:42.945)
Yeah.
Mm.
Rob (17:59.686)
And that's because it was made by none other than Andy Cameron. Andy of Wallaby fame. So for those of you who may have played Wallaby over the years, some of this may look familiar, and that's because we've finally been able to do something that we have wanted to do for so many years. We've got an excellent young man on the team by the name of Sam. And Sam and Robbie have become a dynamic duo of such
Craig (18:00.855)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (18:04.617)
Exactly
Craig (18:19.105)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (18:24.319)
They really have.
Rob (18:29.28)
Such immense proportions that they have taken things that we've wanted to do for years and they are now able to build them in their laboratory. These two evil geniuses have put together a popsicle that you, the players, get to customize. I can't believe it. We've wanted to take our bouncers and give you control over what they look like for so, so, so long.
Craig (18:39.831)
Yeah.
Craig (18:55.287)
Mm-hmm.
Rob (18:58.088)
And it's finally here.
Craig (18:58.167)
You have control over what they what they named. You can't actually change your name of your bouncers, you know, family friendly of course, but you know, you can. Yeah. Yeah.
Rob (19:01.424)
Yes. Yeah, yeah. That's been that's been a possibility for a long time. And that was one of those like, okay, well here's one thing that we can let people control. But you've never been you've been able to change skins. So we came up with kind of an intermediate step because it was again something that was easy. you just change you one button and it changes the skin, which is nice to change the look. Mm-hmm. Yeah. But now
Craig (19:10.997)
Yeah. Yeah.
Craig (19:15.903)
Mm-hmm. Yes. Yeah.
Craig (19:25.323)
We come up with a r randomizer after that as well. So you know, that was good as well.
Rob (19:30.406)
Now it's time to put it all in your hands. And obviously I'm very excited about that. there are i in true Munzie fashion, there are lots of ways that you can do this. You can actually go to four different places to access this.
Craig (19:41.325)
Mm.
Craig (19:46.711)
But first, Rob, but first, you this is what Rob does well. He he jumps ahead. First and foremost, Rob, you've spoken it up. You've spoken it up really well. Everyone's excited for it, but they're like, okay, how do I get one? You can purchase your base Builder Pop from the Freeze Tag online store only. That's the only way you can do it. After that, your Builder Pop will be deployed automatically and once your purchase is complete. You'll be able to customize its appearance after that. So how do you customize? You choose how you cut customize. You can customize
Rob (19:50.994)
I do. I do.
Right. Hmm.
Craig (20:13.953)
Via Cupaz app. Go to Bounces, Builder Pop Custom Design. In app and the MunsDex. That's right. You go to the Muns Dex, featured Builder Bounces, Builder Pop, my Design. And that's probably the most convenient way, I think, as well, is directly from the MunsDex because it's in app as well. The other one is in app and you open your Builder Pop's Munzy details and then edit design. Or you can do it actually on a on the website on your
your computer, your laptop, whatever it is, go to Edit Munzie and then custom design from there. So that is how you do it, Rob. So now people are excited for it. w how else what what what what's more? What what else is happening after that? Can you just build you can just build it once and that's it?
Rob (20:52.648)
Well, I don't know, but now that the term terms and services are all read out now we can talk about the coolness of all this thing. Cool, 'cause it is cool, cool, cool.
Craig (21:00.273)
Yeah, I know. It's not the terms not the terms and services. It's how you actually get one. That's what I was reading. Here's the monster. See? See this is the monsters kicked in. The monsters kicked in.
Rob (21:06.356)
I know. It is. But l by the that's right. It's true. By the time people are listening to this, like I mean, if you don't already have your build a pop bouncing out there, then where have you been? This this is this is live. It's happening. Well, we should back up and say unless of course there was a wrench in the works, but knock on wood, no, after we record this it's supposed to be going live today, so let's make it happen.
Craig (21:19.413)
Yeah. Yeah.
Craig (21:28.749)
Ha ha ha
Rob (21:36.712)
This is a really cool one because it is it's kind of like that randomizer that we have on the skins where you can change what skin you have on some of the other bouncers, on the the streak bouncers, for example. You can change that skin and it changes after each capture. Well, that isn't possible specifically on this one where it does it for you. And you know, that hasn't even been no, we're not we're not doing that.
Craig (21:43.703)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (21:57.963)
No.
Rob (22:04.188)
What you can do though is you can change. Yeah, you can change the the look of your popsicle. You can change it. You can change the eyes, you can change the mouth, you can change ki kind of like the there's there's lots of different settings on it, which makes it nice. So when you build it, it isn't stuck that way unless you just love it. If you want to keep it the same, cool, keep it the same. Like, you know, it's no no big deal.
Craig (22:04.331)
No, this is different feature.
Craig (22:12.813)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (22:21.633)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (22:28.641)
Yeah. Absolutely you can. Yeah. If if that's the case, Rob, I don't think I don't think I I haven't asked this question in the Munzie team yet, so I don't know if you know the answer or not. But can you buy more than one build a bouncer pop?
Rob (22:33.989)
yeah.
Rob (22:44.178)
Yes, yes you can. What we're starting out with because there are tens and hundreds of thousands of different possibilities based on the number of choices and the number of options, the number of bits as we're calling them. yeah, so because you have these build a bouncer like bits that
Craig (22:45.879)
There you go.
Craig (22:56.215)
Correct.
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Bits, yeah.
Craig (23:08.705)
Mm-hmm.
Rob (23:10.214)
are different types of things and when you put the combinations together, every single one of them is unique. So so that that that's what makes it fun. it gives everyone maybe something else to chase to try and get a collection of all the different bits that you have captured. Yeah. So we're starting off with everyone having the ability to buy two. Two of these
Craig (23:21.302)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (23:26.663)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Collection of all the different yes. So Rob, when you when you're talking about bits. Two, there you go. Two, two in total. But when when Rob's talks about bits, we're talking about there's standard bits. And they're the options which come with the purchase of the base. Then there's upgraded bits, which can be unlocked with Z. Then there's the exclusive bits available only with premium memberships.
Rob (23:38.971)
Is what's available. Yeah. Yep.
Craig (23:54.816)
And then Rob, the fourth one is rare bits that can be unlocked when earning specific badges, including the hidden ones as well. There you go. There you go. Yes. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Rob (23:55.112)
Yes.
Rob (24:02.908)
badges. Badges and by doing specific things in the game might unlock some special rare bits. Wow, how interesting. So this sounds like something that a lot of thought and work has gone into to make it exciting, I suppose is a good word for it. so we'd love for everybody to get started, to have a good time with
Craig (24:13.387)
Yeah, yeah. I like it.
Craig (24:22.591)
Mm-hmm.
Yes. Yeah. Yeah.
Craig (24:31.127)
Mm-hmm.
Rob (24:32.52)
These, you know, special build-a-pop bouncers because it is something that we've we've we've worked on for a while, we've talked about for even longer. And hopefully everyone else is ex as excited as we are about the giving you the ability to customize your bouncer, make it personal to you, and really just yeah, just get out there, have a good time with them and as you chase them.
Craig (24:36.599)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (24:43.458)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (24:52.738)
Mm-hmm.
Rob (25:00.21)
See if you can complete all the different looks from the build apot.
Craig (25:04.619)
I was gonna say I was gonna say, Rob, I know one person in particular, her name is Monrose. Now she's one of those types she loves to collect them all, like every single one, every single item. She likes to look at her cup of Z and see it all filled in, nothing blank in her cup of Z. And so for her to do that, any money she right now has them all listed written down in a book, her Munzie book or something like that too, whereby she's then setting up alerts.
Rob (25:11.709)
okay.
Craig (25:33.228)
Well, so when one of them particular one comes to an area within her radius that she likes, which I think is twenty or fifty miles, even at even at two AM in the morning, she gets an alert, she gets up and goes to grab it. Like that's the sort of player that Munrose is. nothing wrong with that. The I love Sue. but yeah, there's people like that who want to collect them all. This gives a lot of players a lot to actually collect, Rob. So I like it.
Rob (25:43.411)
Yeah.
Rob (25:57.638)
It is true. Yeah. There's
Craig (25:58.636)
And then at the same time, when we said before about the the rare bits that can be unlocked with you earning specific badges, we're not gonna release all that information straight away either. But but I will say, if you get a collect a bit from a parti sp a specific badge, jump on the water cooler. Let everyone else know. Everyone else join in to say, Guess what I got? And you may be the first person that get that particular rare bit with that particular badge too. So
So utilise the water cooler for those particular means and chats and discussions as well. So that's what it's there for, Rob. That's what's there for.
Rob (26:29.04)
Watch, watch for them, watch for those those special things to come out and yeah, just enjoy what we've got for you now and let us know what you think because yeah, yeah, we we're excited about it. So thanks to Sam and Robbie for the teamwork and putting this together in a way that is far more exciting than just a a base level, but instead we've been able to put some time in to really polish it to make it look super cool.
Craig (26:33.772)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (26:40.402)
Exactly.
Craig (26:45.631)
Yeah.
Craig (26:53.366)
Mm-hmm.
Rob (26:58.428)
and and to give you multiple places to be able to get the the customization done. So so yeah like like Craig said the best place is probably through the Muns decks. but but yeah Cupaze obviously also always has ways to do it. So for those of you who really love using Cupaz Z, cool. Go and customize your bouncers there. will you leave them the same and let them bounce forever as one? dunno. We we
Craig (27:04.94)
Mm-hmm.
Craig (27:10.669)
Mm.
Craig (27:20.653)
Mm-hmm.
Rob (27:27.144)
We're looking forward to seeing what everybody does with this 'cause you always surprise us. Yep. So thanks.
Craig (27:29.889)
Yeah. And just to just to quickly round it out as well, where can you find these bouncing? You can find them bouncing on greenies, elementals, like ice. Jewels is aquamarine and diamond. Places, that's right, places, everyone. P on the beach, entertainment, cinema, and sweet treats. You can see them on summer seasonal munsies, on flats, and all virtual colours. So when we say all virtual colours, we mean like all the gardens that are out there as well. So
We know we know that there's bouncers love to bounce on gardens. So if you don't have a garden near you, my suggestion is to you know, place one there and let other people put deploy in your particular garden, right near your house or your area or where you go past, because there's gonna be bouncers that land on there more often than not in virtual gardens too. So but make them virtual colours over, you know, weapons and jewels and all that sort of stuff too. That's my personal opinion. But Rob, let's move on now.
Because I have the Munsey question of the week. And funnily enough, I don't know where this question came from, Rob, but you know it's it's anonymous who who who's who already knew something part of the game. The question is this: if I'm not happy with the design of my builder pop, even after a few after it's been capped a few times, can I change it
Rob (28:32.246)
Ha.
Me either.
Rob (28:46.354)
Yes, yes you can. I w I wonder who asked this. How interesting. What a setup. please, matter of fact, please make some changes. Have a good time. change things up. If you notice that people are not using the a specific type of eyes, then you know, throw out there. Let people have those eyes to be able to try and cap them and complete their sets. Good good times.
Craig (28:48.941)
Mm.
Mm.
Craig (29:03.915)
Yeah. Yeah.
Craig (29:09.205)
If you're one of those if you're one of those players that go all of a sudden grabs some rare bits as well and you think to yourself, hang on, not many people get to these rare bits, chuck the rare bits on there too, see so and change it up to with your rare bits. That's my my my choice. Because you think about it, Rob, too, the rarer it is, the more likely it's actually going to get capped as well. So there's there's that aspect to it as well. So and meanwhile, capture like points-wise as well, deploying it is 200 points, capture.
Rob (29:19.17)
Mm. Yeah.
Rob (29:27.218)
Yes, that is true. That is true.
Craig (29:35.551)
Is 150 points and cap on points of 50 points too. So there you go. That's the that's the points system as well. All right, Rob, moving on now to the Munzie tip of the week. And this one here is actually coming back first and finishing off the month of August, and that is utilize Whittle workshops. The Whittle workshops are your three-day temporary destinations, they attract cubimoles.
That everyone will be deploying and needing for the end of the month because some people have said, Wow, that's a lot of cube moles we have to either deploy or cap. Well, now's your time. See, Rob does these things for a reason. And yes, Rob did do the the Gauntlet Games requirements for August. So I'm throwing you under the bus again. so yeah. now with with sweet treats and
Rob (30:14.26)
That's true. And get ready for next month. I mean, who knows what sort of new things, new cool things might show up for next month.
Craig (30:24.361)
And places everyone places on on on Thursdays. Wow, there's a lot's happening for next month as well. And people can read into it too, Rob. If if they're the the good hard Munsey players, they see what's coming up. They see all the the bonuses as well that's coming up and go, Okay, Gauntlet Games is gonna go in this this this direction this month, you know. They they can see it before any of them pops up. So there you go. All right, Rob, that ends another official Munsey podcast.
Rob (30:29.886)
Gonna be good.
Rob (30:46.078)
I agree.
