Hey, welcome to Renewed Mindsets. I'm Rick, and I'm so glad you're here. Now, this is something special. For the next 25 days, we're gonna slow down, we're gonna quiet our hearts, and we're gonna turn our eyes towards Jesus as we walk through Advent together. Now every day we'll take a few minutes to breathe and reflect and remember the hope that came into the world and the hope that's coming again. Hey, we are back. Day seven of Advent. We've got I would do a drum roll if I had it, but I don't. We've got Lauren back.

Hey, Lauren. Did you have a good Saturday?

Good. Me too. All right, let's get down to this. Jeremiah 33, verses 14 through 16. And run with it.

The day will come, says the Lord, when I will do for Israel and Judah all the good things I have promised them. In those days and at that time I will raise up a righteous descendant from King David's line. He will do what is just and right throughout the land. In that day, Judah will be saved, and Jerusalem will live in safety, and this will be its name. The Lord is our righteousness.
